They must do good work because I cant get my bike in there. I just spoke with them and its a shame to find out one of the decent shops is closing at the end of the year.If you know of any good bike/scooter mechanics please comment.

Awsome little gem

Finally deciding to post this as I dont usually do this. I purchased my first bike from this shop. It was a low mileage Kawasaki Ninja 250. Just getting into the game. I found the bike very difficult to handle the entire time owning it. I was brand new and coughed it up to inexperience. Later found out (after almost hurting myself multiple times) this bike had BAD carburator issues. You couldnt even walk this bike and it refused to idle at low RPMs without stalling. Sad part is one of the shop guys noticed this after I stalled out a couple times trying to leave. He took it into the shop and shortly after one of the bosses brought it back out and blamed it on being a high rev bike and told me it was fine. Basically sending a complete amateur out with a bike that only worked if you gun the throttle and feathered the clutch. I hold 0 respect for this place looking back now. They knew I was brand new, they knew the bike had issues, and they willingly put my life at risk to make a sale. I sencerily hope this place has changed since.

These guys are great. Told me they were busy and I should see my bike in a week and a half . dropped off on Thursday was not expecting it back for memorial day weekend. Called on Friday told me they would try when I didnt hear back I figured next week then I received a surprise phone call Saturday afternoon that it was done. They did a great job and even though they didnt have to delivered my bike on memorial day weekend . Thanks guys great job.

Called to ask if they were open on July 4th as some places observed it on Friday the 3rd, Mike answered, kinda of a Ahole about the question, asked me if I have the day off, I said yes, he then asked, can I have the day off, I said absolutely ;so what other people told me is true, guy is an Ahole!

I decided to go to this small shop to get my motorcycle inspected. Well what can I say, they dont take debit/credit cards for inspection, only cash. I had to walk over to the convenience store and withdraw $23.00 to pay for a $15.00 dollar inspection? I will save myself the trouble of driving all the way out to this garage for my inspection next year.

While I hate to rate businesses without having a thorough experience with them, I am hoping this will begin to help others. I only brought my bike there for an inspection. They are excellent with their hours for inspection...and I looked into everyone locally. If they are there, they will inspect your ride. I have found all other places have limited hours for inspection. Inspection process was like 10 minutes. So in a way my visit was 5 stars.

These guys are the Dr of bikes... Dave takes his time goin through the whole bike section by section .. yes might be a while before you get your bike back but trust me its worth the wait. This shop is the real deal and no other shop will touch my bike ... I am not paid to say this nor know any of this guys personally ... they really just do GREAT work. If you push your bike hitting 100 dont you want to know its safe so a few dollars is worth it trust me.

Brought my rims and tires in for a change little over a month ago.Did not realize till I got home that the goober scratched my pully and rim for my fat boy.another shop cant just pay attention to detail or be honest..looking to get cams and a tune definitely wouldnt bring it here!!

Absolutely the worst shop in the Massachusetts area please save yourself and go to literally any shop but this one. They had my bike for 5 weeks and never called me once. They had no idea who I was or what my bike was Everytime I called very unprofessional and dishonest people. I paid over 500$ and my bike broke within a month. After they said they rebuilt my carbs and everything. Come to find out I bring it to a shop that actually knows what theyre doing and they actually didnt rebuild the carbs only did the bare minimum yet charged me for the max!!! DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Save the headache and waste of money and go to literally any other shop.

NICE, I went in to see what was wrong with my bike because it was wobbling, Mike told me it was my tire, he showed me the belt was broke in the tire, he changed my tire out for a new one in a short time and the price was great better than Harley Davidson, i save about $150, now my bike rides like a new bike!

Horrible cost me $688 to fix a flat tire and get a battery, I waited 4 WEEKS for them to change the tire(I showed up and they didnt even have the battery charged for me.... AND I provided the tire....., THEN, it was flat the day after I picked it up, and SOMEHOW it was MY fault.... cost me another $110 !! There were other terrible reviews on here, and somehow they deleted them..... Im re-writing this one cause it was such a terrible experience.
