Girl with long dreads very rude her face was frowned up the entire time she checked me out. I won’t be coming back this is not the first time. I’m a hairstylist and I spend a pretty decent amount of money when i come in.

I always have an excellent experience when I walk into the store! Anybody that has to say less is hating. Keep up the good work girls

I went in with my face completely covered by cloth, But it wasnt the face covering they preferred. One of the employees directed me too their over priced mask, I declined to buy because what I wanted was already in my hand. so I was completely dismissed and refused service. Did not start any issues and left so here I am telling everyone that if you can go too another beauty supply, do so.

This beauty supply store is in my neighborhood. On several different occasions they have closed 15 minutes before the time posted on the door. They wont answer the door or anything. Thats not good business for regular customers.

Worst customer service ever. The little girl with the dreads ( I think she had dreads, didn’t really pay her much attention) she said “ if you every ready you can step down there.” I found that really rude i threw my items down and walked out that store.

Really bad customer service. Worker had rolled her eyes at me and my friend the whole time we were there. Then she started slamming my items on the counter and rolling her eyes at me. She wouldn’t help my friend pick out the wig she was asking for and my friend kept saying thank you and please and she was still being extremely rude and when I left my bag she started saying a lot of rude things to us.

The workers here have AWESOME customer service and goes a long way with me!!!

They have the newest products for natural hair. Reasonable prices. You can request what you need they will order for you. You get points every time you purchase items

The male employee is very helpful and nice. The store has a lot of different hair colors for women which are reasonably priced. I really like this store and come from Chicago to purchase items.

There was a employee working and she was very rude she was rolling her eyes at the customers and talking about them the whole time I was in the store. She just sat at the wig station and did not acknowledge anyone that needed help I believe they called her Angie. The manager didn’t say or do anything the only person helping was a pregnant woman at the register.

The need to have more variety and appeal. My daughter is no longer interested!

I came to Chicago from Las Vegas, stumbled across Clair Beauty Mart and was amazed. The store was clean, spacious, and had a huge selection of different products that meet all your needs. Natori who was the sales associate, helped me with all my needs. She was kind, sensitive and knowledgeable about all their products. She even gave me advice about taking care of my natural hair. She made my experience memorable. Thank you Natori, I will definitely come back. You really helped this older woman feel young and beautiful.

There posted hours say they close at 8pm but their employees lock the doors before 8pm. I called and the employee answered the phone and I explained I was at the door and it was not 8pm yet. She refused to let me in. Poor customer service in my eyes.

I brought some hair from here a week ago and the weave is already stiff, stale & nappy the hair was 70$ for a buy one get one free & I feel like I was cheated out my money I recommend everybody to not get weave from this bogus ass store

They never have any 27 piece options.and I was surprised they are owned by koreans(I think) they have bundles in clear bags with no brand on it.just a mess
