Called in 10 min before closing.Showed up 10 min before opening up.Said my item might have been sold.To the manager Chuck, who said you are doing great. You are NOT. you need to work on costumer service and solutions. Not sell me on your perspective. Pay more attention to your costumer basis. Do not rent dumpsters with midway building supply!! They are running a scam always saying that the dumpster was overweight and charge your card.They wont rent a dumpster without a debit or credit card so they can overcharge your card later on. Steve promised me a free extra ton and Im 100 percent sure that not even was I even close to been overweight. I have 18 years experience on roofing and I know that 23 squares one layer roof is not going to be close to 6T TONS!!My last time buying materials or renting a dumpster from these crooks.I have customers who paid for their dumpster here telling me they also had their credit card charged for overweight.!

The reservation process was super easy (thanks Pat). The dumpster arrived sooner than expected because of the weekend. Dave called me the day of the order and kept in touch with me until after the dumpster arrived (next day). I really was not expecting that. The driver was so nice, professional, and just excellent at his job. He parked it perfectly on our driveway after bringing it up our steep hill in reverse! I wish I had his name for this honorable mention. The dumpster was clean too. I will definitely be working with them again.

The peices are very reasonable on windows, roof materials, gutters, etc.. for homes and flipping houses. However, the lady cashier or worker needs to work on her people skills.

Midway building supply also charged my husbands credit card without his consent for overweight fees which the dumpster was not even half full. Do not rent dumpsters here!
