I love love love this place. First off, they’re black owned by a husband and wife. Secondly, they’re professional and make you feel like family. A few years ago, I bought a remote car starter from them for my SUV. They were quick, and I haven’t had any problems with my car since then. So for Christmas this year, I decided to buy my family remote starters for their cars as well. Ms. Jeanette patiently and politely answered all my questions about the different vehicles and how to prepay for these Christmas gifts. I definitely recommend them for remote car starters. I see that they do rims as well, so check them out for your car needs ☺️

This place is hands down the best place to get shoes for your ride. Everyone was friendly and extremely informative. They have unbeatable prices on all their products and they are very good on explaining any concerns you might have. Their waiting room is sick, they hav an elevated room with led lights all around and leather chair wrapped around the room, with 40 in TV, showing everything from Netflix to premium movie channels. Ive been shopping for rims for over a year now and luckily found this place, which had superior products and much superior Service. They do everything in house and guarantee their products and services. I highly recommend on checking this place before settling with any other!!

I had to go in because my wife was having trouble getting or automatic starter installed. They made my 7 month old, 1 year old, and myself comfortable. They even played Marsha and The Bear the whole time for my babies while working on our truck. Starter is working fine and even for the inconveniences my wife had for free they upgraded the starter package we originally purchased. We will support this Black Owned Business again. 👍🏿👍🏿

I remember I went up there to buy a radio they told me they did not have one so I proceed to leave out and I guess a person they knew ask for a radio some how it fell from the sky and he got one its hard to do business with your own people specially when you spending money we can’t win for nothing I would have them one star but I didn’t because they black so I gave them 3

I went to multiple rim shops looking for the perfect set of rims every time i found something i liked i couldn’t get them backside of my bolt pattern. Came here and they worked with me and hooked me up with a bada** set of 20” for a decent price. Everyone was nice and genuine and everything went smoothly. I got what i wanted and was in and out in an hour or a little more . Even killed time talking with the lady at the front desk about my birthday . I had a remote starter put in my car. They were extremely professional from the time I made my appointment until I picked my car up. I arrived a few minutes early and I had no wait time. I was told my car would be ready in 2 1/2 - 3 hours and it was. The price was very reasonable as well.

Very bad experience here.... originally purchased a Groupon for about 150$ for a remote start, made an appointment in October as I wanted this service before it became too cold out side, received an appointment mid November, the day before my appointment they cancelled on me, and had to reschedule me for week before Christmas (2 months after purchasing this Groupon).Finally, my appointment came, and as I arrived they said their is an additional charge for 220$ extra and 240$ If you pay with card. I did not have cash so paid the $240 additional to the Groupon for $150.There is no lounge, so if you live far, you are out of luck, finally my remote start was finished after about 2 hours, as I get to my car I notice a huge crack on the windshield the was never noted on the “vehicle pre inspection report”I mentioned this to the owner and she instantly said they are not responsible even after the tech clearly said that “the crack was not there prior to bringing the vehicle in” another tech went back and changed the “vehicle pre inspection report” to make it appear that there was a crack there ... i was so shocked by this experience ... ended up leaving having to pay $390 for a remote start, and having to replace my whole windshield ....

I decided to try them out to get an automatic starter placed on my vehicle, they were efficient, professional, and provided great service. It was reasonably priced and I didn’t wait too long for the service. I definitely recommend them for any of your car’s “Kustom” needs!!!

I truly had an amazing experience. Staff was welcoming and took time to explain different remote start packages. Environment is very clean. Price was reasonable ($220 cheaper than Ford). Staff trained me on how to properly use remote start and answered questions. Good customer service!

Establishment was very easy to find. Parking was a bit confusing at first, but after I drove around to the back I figured it out. I took advantage of their remote start special. Just got it installed yesterday and already loving it. I work 3rd shift and let me tell you its nice jumping into a warm car after a cold night. The staff was very friendly. Waiting room was very clean. Nothing but excellent service. Even got a decent quote for some sounds so Ill be back soon.

My morning started out with this wonderful crew. Had appointment for remote starter but added on radio installation. They were done in less than time quoted. I waited for it and was made right at home in waiting area. I was watching a movie and the work was done before I finished. Everyone was professional and kind. They did a great job taking my $5000 and installing my equipment but when i had a issue they keep telling me next week next week and if im writing this review then next week never happened. last time i spoke to them they are telling me to come pack in 3 weeks. lets see what happens in 3 week. i will be writing another review then. ive always heard give a black business a chance i did and im without music now for 2 months. Go figure

Excellent customer service, Very clean and comfortable shop. I worked with Gilbert to have an automatic start installed on my truck. The worked was performed quickly and they even diagnosed the problem with my backup camera and lift gate switch. The technicians are very thorough and knowledgeable. The price they quoted to replace my back up camera was $500 less than the dealer. I had the new back up camera installed at Extrem Kustoms and it works perfectly...I would highly recommend everyone to this shop.

Went in with the hope of just getting a bent rim fixed but the wonderful staff and owner Jeanette convinced me that a totally different set of wheels would look better on my challenger, so I bought a bigger better set of wheels and couldn’t have been happier with the look of my car ! Since then they’ve done work in my Harley and charger, I’ll never have any one else do any custom work to my cars ever again ! Loved all my experiences that I have had with the Xtreme Kustom team ! They’ve done all my remote starts / alarms, TVs, audio, tint ... they do everything so I had them do EVERYTHING!
