Worlds worst Starbucks i hv ever visited.the counter girls doesnt understand frappuchino mocha word. was asking her co worker what is thatthe frappuchino was not that much cold and not good in taste usually we gets in Starbucks.looks like they were working there for free.no greets no smile. just frustrated faces.and the other hot brew i ordered was just lukewarm...i threw that away. didnt want to ruin my mood by argument...

Terrible service. At the register i ordered caramel macchiato with whipped cream. Then I got coffee without whipped cream. I asked : Can you add whipped cream please? Woman at the register was very rude, she took the glass quickly and spilled half, and was very angry. do not understand why ? I hope the owner sees this.

Every cup I order is perfectly made, all ingredients evenly balanced lettingg you taste and enjoy what you were expecting. Gotta love it. Thumbs ☝

A zero! This place is horrible. I just bought a coffee from there and had a big piece of finger nail. I had drove off already and have kids wit me,couldnt go back (we had been driving for hours). This isnt just way unprofessional and disgusting but is absolutely cruel. This starbucks should be closed for good. Im going to see who I can talk to about this because in no way is that right. Please stay away from this place.

This Starbucks is never open on time. Its supposed to be open at 6am, I was here at 6:30 and they were just getting started. Told me it wont be ready for next 10 maybe 15 minutes. Thank God for the Dunkin D, next door.

I am outraged at the service here and do not recommend anybody ever going here. After spending the last 4 hours on a bus, we stopped at Oasis to eat. Once there, I decided to hit up Starbucks because, you know, I needed some coffee to give me some energy to stay lit. I decided to order a Mocha Frappe. While I was waiting in line, one of the employees asked me what my order was. I told her what I wanted and continued to wait in line. Once it was my turn to order, I told the other lady what I wanted. After I ordered, I proceeded to wait for my drink for about 20 minutes. As I was waiting, people who ordered after me got their drinks first. The workers kept making doubles of the drink and causing lots of confusion. After I got my drink, some of my friends went to Starbucks and experienced the same situation. One of the workers forgot about his Chai tea latte. My friends also found my drink sitting on the counter with my name on it. I noticed that it was spelt wrong because the staff didn’t care enough to actually listen to what I told them.

Nope. Worst Americano I ever got - pretty sure they only put one shot in a venti. Tasted like water and sugar with a hint of coffee. Add to that I paid almost $1 more for it and waited forever for it. Not at all worth it.

MESSAGE TO REGIONAL MANAGER!!!!!Something is very wrong at this location.I ended up throwing 3 lattes in garbage in last 3 days....last time I told Barista to re-do my drink,which she did but still no improvement.It tasted like sweetened braon colored water.I see a lot of comments are about taste so something is really bad. Employees are fine no complain there

Starbucks chose a great location

Barista made our unusual drink perfectly and my husband, a retired sailor, was in uniform for Memrial Day. The barista gave us a military discount which was very much appreciated.

Terrible service. Workers are laughing the whole time about not knowing what they are doing. There is absolutely no coffee in our drinks. Tastes like straight milked down chocolate milk.

These guys don’t know how to make a mocha a macchiato or a simple coffe. I don’t know what they are trying to save or do, but one thing is sure this is not StarbucksI drink Starbucks almost every day and I know the taste

This is ridiculous, slowest starbuks ever. Waiting for coffee more than 25 min, just couple of us, 3-4 people in front of me.

When 2 cows work, then a rating of 1! No more, they make delicious coffee in a couple of seconds, they can spoil the mood and are always not happy with something, when other staff are working, then 4 stars!
