Fair prices, good people who take time with you to explain things, which I need because im getting older and need all the help I can get. Something even more important than these things, I find that I TRUST them....all my personal information is in their hands but I would never trust anyone else. Last month on a Saturday, my friend was doing a college assignment on her laptop which was due on that coming Monday and was invaded by some type of attack which prevented her from seeing the details on her screen. Of course, she freaked out and started getting on my nerves. She wanted to take it to Best Buy who Id informed her will not do work on her laptop on the premises and ships out those assignments. I suggested that she call the Chicago Computer Club in South Holland and see if they could assist. She called and spoke to George, who told her to bring the laptop to the store immediately because it was in the afternoon. George explained the options and procedure thoroughly, which was summarized as cleaning out all the data, but making sure that anything of importance was backed up on a disc. I prepaid for express service and within a few hours, the laptop was ready. George stayed open past the normal closing time because hed run into a slight glitch towards the end and all is well. My friend had her computer returned the day of the problem which could not have happened anywhere else that I know and she was able to complete her assignment the following day. It was a great experience. I came in and he took a look at it. He then explained the problem to me and told me it would take a few days to get fix. My only con was that you have to pay first before the service is completed. But he explained to me that some of the money goes to ordering the part. Now I’ve had my laptop back for a few weeks and it’s like brand new. I don’t have any issues with it.

The computer store in south Holland really took the time to address all of my needs during a emergency I was having with my laptop. My hard drive broke and most of my files appeared to be lost. Not only did they repair my drive but took extra care to retrieve my files. I would strongly recommend the computer store for all your needs.

I am not going out of my way to give this business a bad image but I have tried too conduct business with the establishment twice and both occasions were ridiculous. The reason I even felt a must to leave this rating stems from calling asking how much would a single 1GB DDR400 PC3200 DIM would cost ...$60 Bucks Ive repaired more machines than youd ever image and that Memory wouldnt cost that if I was out of space and it was the only component to get my space ship back too earth and any one that DIYs knows Im being completely honest
