Had to go to 3 different auto zones one store said the other store had the parts and neither store had it had to go to OREILLYS auto parts

Left on hold for 15 minutes, but at least she was nice when she finally got on the phone. Better than the Spencer at Burke location.

Today I came in for a battery replacement. Samuel knocked it out of the park here. Solid dude, and great conversation. Helped me find the part that I needed and helped in my decision to continue coming to AutoZone. Embodies the company values for sure. Also, sick Charizard card and Gon sticker. Even though Killua is arguably cooler. Thanks for the positive experience!

Needed wiper blades, used the manual to check size. Talked to a service representative who checked it on the computer and found the listing was too big on passenger side. Saved me time and trouble.

Ordered me wrong part, then told me I could pick at another location, yo find out they were closed already. Next day I went to pick the part, waited another 10 min because it want even ready, went home and it turned out to be the wrong part. Had to go back and get the correct one since employee had ordered the wrong one.🤦🤦😤

Unprofessional staff! A lot of yelling! Went in for a license place bulb. Asked the cashier if she would be able to help me replace it. She seemed so bothered by the question! She also mentioned her male coworker would help me “if he felt like it”. He was just as bothered! Walked out to help me then back in to “YouTube” how to replace my light. Only he walked in with the intention of not walking out hoping I would leave. I stopped by O’Reilly on Spencer. Explained I didn’t purchase the bulbs there but I needed help. They hooked me up with a smile while raining!!! (Advance Auto Parts Pasadena location)

Called and lady put me on hold twice and never got to get a price for a fuel pump but I called another auto zone on Preston and thankfully he was very nice and held the parts for me. Will start going to the one on Preston more.

Asked the clerk lady in the morning if someone can check battery for me, said in a rude way I am not mechanic, come in afternoon. Then I went to Walmart and bought one much cheaper anyway.You need to be nice to customers.

5 people working. Only one at the counter. The little short one was sitting in her car “getting” her drink. Needed a pilot bearing. Because the number on my part didn’t match numbers in her system she couldn’t do anything. Even though she as a manager stated they literally have a hundred different ones. Good customer service dictates let’s see if we can’t dig a little deeper. WRONG!!! This place is a damn shame. The location is prime for plenty of customers but at the rate that the staff cares, they will be out of business soon. Avoid at all costs!!!

Came to this location because an other autozone told me only this location had the parts I needed in stock and I got here 10min before 10pm which is said is there closing time and they where already closed. If you not going to close at 10pm dont put 10pm.

The worst experience ever I asked for some help with my vehicle to see if they can figure out what was wrong with it, the man told me to stand aside and wait for someone to help me 10-15 minutes later he tells me I dont want to waste your time you can go down to the next shop bad customer service they had four people standing around doing nothing and they apparently could not help me. Said she was busy and all shes doing is chatting on the phone

Pleasant visit,young countryman was glad to help and told me where a local tire store is.

Sorry Auto Zone. The part I purchased did not fit. In fact it was not as described online. For general items, I suppose they are convenient, but if you need parts, honestly, the place to go is OReilly. NAPA is also heavily relied on by many mechanics. Also be aware of Auto Zones new alternate identity Advance Auto Parts. New name same parts supplier.

Never enough knowledgeable sales people on staff. But training is at a minimum, asking a counter person to cross reference something is almost impossible to get an answer.
