Brought in my acoustic to get it set up properly. The action was lowered and some buzzing eliminated towards the 14th fret. Sounds amazing and feels like a new guitar! The strings were set to the perfect height that it sounds and feels good. All for around 70$, which I paid before l, and was around what I expected. I’ve gone to guitar center several times prior to this and they never fail to amaze me with their lack of enthusiasm, or effort to help me. Guitar tech or owner (not sure) is nice and helpful and the other interactions with the staff were nice as well. Won’t hesitate to return. Very excited to keep playing this guitar and wish I had brought it in sooner.

These phonies wanted to charge me $200 for a simple glue job on the bridge of my guitar. Not only that, but they said it would take 5 weeks to complete. NOPE. I took my instrument to a smaller, better shop, paid $35, and was done in three days. It’s a good thing I did my research, otherwise I would have been a victim of whatever scheme these guys are running. See ya never!EDIT: No, it was not the wrong store. It was THIS store and this was the information I was given.

Great service and will take care of you! My daughter had her violin string break five minutes before they closed, and they stayed open until I got there to fix her string so she was able to perform first thing the next morning, great service!

My son comes here for guitar lessons and loves it! He’s only had three lessons so far and has come a long way in playing. The instructor runs the store as well. The environment is really laid back but the knowledge of knowing how to teach the instrument is high. Looking through the store, there are a ton of options as far as guitars and other instruments. It’s worth coming in and looking for sure if instruments are your thing.

I bought a recording king from Adam I believe his name is. He played A couple guitars and you could hear the tone difference in them so well when he plays them and by the sound of it I know which one I had to try and play and I am a newbie but he makes feel comfortable. I had a great experience it sounded amazing I played it very happy with the guitar and the service thanks guys.They got a awesome stock on guitars also tons of amps in there as well have him show you the NUX acoustic AMP it’s amazing!!!!

Adam was incredibly helpful in finding my first guitar. The selection was greater than any other shop I’d visited in the valley and he walked me through all of them. He wasn’t pushy at all, I walked out with the perfect guitar!

This dude stole my 12 string.I took it in over a year ago for some work. He said it would be done in 2 months. He now ignores my calls and messages. Were going to have a huge problem if he doesnt return my guitar or give me a new one.

Pretty awful customer service. Every question asked was answered with a blank yup or nope. Pricing was decent enough but selection was not. I hate to leave bad reviews but the guy seemed irritated to have a customer, I wont be going back but I hope the best for people who do in the future.

My son is 6 years old and just took 12 lessons to get him interested in guitar. I just wanted my son to have fun and he did ... even though he wasnt the best at practicing at home Adam was very kind and encouraging when he showed up for lessons. I highly recommend Adam to anyone interested in lessons!

My band members and I have bought many instruments over the years from here and the service is always great!A few nights ago I was putting new strings on my guitar the night before a gig and one of the keys broke off. I went in to ask about some updates that I could make on my guitar, the main guy was super condescending and tried to sell me over priced items. He then tried to make me feel stupid for questioning the prices he was charging. I later took my guitar to guitar center to see why it still wasnt working and found out that the guy at Guitars & More sold me the incorrect part. Customer service was terrible, I do not recommend going to this shop.

I needed a guitar, fast, for a last-minute Christmas present, and found exactly what I was looking for here. I live in Wyoming and didnt want to make a trip down to Utah without being absolutely sure they had what I wanted for the price I wanted. After several emails back and forth between the store and myself, I was ready. They were extremely friendly and helpful and made the whole experience awesome. By far the coolest guitar store I have ever been too, you can tell they really know their stuff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in to get a guitar tuner and capo and they hooked me up with a free chord chart and headphones! Seriously love this place.

Hmmm...I just called this place to ask a couple of really simple questions. Im fairly new to the guitar and Im having my strings changed for the first time. The guy who answered was pretty abrupt. When I explained that Im kind of new and dont really have any idea what kind of time I should set aside for the strings to be changed he just said it depends how busy we are and left it at that.I will take my guitar in and see how the experience goes. If its better overall than this guy has started me off with, Ill come back and change my review.

Waited outside the store after opening time with two other customers for 20 minutes. No one ever showed up to open shop.

My band was passing through the area on tour and my bass had a electronics problem. I stopped in to get it fixed and Adam (the owner?) got the job done in 10 minutes! He gave me a great deal on bass strings too. We played a show that night and the bass worked flawlessly. A+ quality work.He also recommended a great Mexican place in town, Geckos Mexican Grill. We ate good and had a killer show. Cant recommended this store enough.

Exceptional customer service the way it is supposed to be! Years ago I bought a few guitars here when they were in West Jordan. I finally found them again and after spending many days just looking for a place that would help me find my 5 year old an instrument and not act put out or tell me a 5 year old cant do guitar or an instrument. They had a small childrens electric guitar. The gentleman who helped us played the guitar for him, showed him the ukulele and played it and asked what he was interested in or if we wanted to order something special. We walked away with a guitar and an extremely happy child. They have always been friendly and their prices are WAY better than guitar center or Riverton music and they will help you willingly. I highly recommend this place over any other instrument shop.

Although it took quite a while to get back, they repaired my dads 12 string that he has had for many years. It plays great and they are also going to be giving me an extra set of strings when they come in to make up for how long it took.

Great Until... you buy a brand new guitar, discover its flawed and try getting your money back.When I pointed out that the guitar I had been sold was delaminating below the bridge and should be refunded, the guy swore and told me a story about how he didnt have the money to refund me and he had bills to pay. An adult temper tantrum in front of my teenage son.Eventually I returned and was refunded except for a capo that was still attached when I returned the guitar. Im willing to forfeit the

Took my guitar in with a few issues needing attention. The service and help in store when I first dropped off the instrument was great. Gave me a eta of 1-2 weeks. Well, two weeks rolls by and no news. Gave them a call and the individual who answers the phone was very unhelpfull. Though after more investigation come to find they were waiting on parts. Two more weeks roll by still with no news. Call them up and am told that they would have it done that day. Well they never called at the end of the day. One more week rolls by and still no info. I call in again speaking with the same unhelpfull individual telling me he didnt have a eta. I was quite frustrated. Call again a few days later to hear that they would finish it and be ready to be picked up. True to their word (this time) they call me and I pick it up. The main concern was taken care of but the rest of the set up was sub par. Guitars and more has the potential to be kick ass. But my experience was unsatisfactory. I have other guitars that need some work, and this paying customer will relutently find another shop.

Had a problem with a brand new guitar I bought from this guy. He didnt want to correct the problem at all. I called the manufacturer and they said to call them while I was there at the store and they would talk to him and have him send it back to them at no cost to him! He was still a giant douchebag about the situation. He didnt even want to talk to them. Horrible service never go there again.

I came here in search of a violin and items I would need for my son to use for school I was unaware of the items that I would need for his school the guy that helped us was extremely helpful in picking out exactly what we would need for the school and shyness away from anything extra so that way we would only have what we needed for school two days later I received a letter from the school and that had a list of items we needed for that class upon which I had everything thanks to this guy that helped us
