They told me the glass would be ready in 2 /3 days asked for deposit and wasnt done until a week later after i called to check up on it. Cuts were jagged on corners.. ( Most importantly not safe for children.) Unhappy with customer service and product overall.

Terrible customer service and poor quality work. Used this place to replace a cracked windshield because my insurance recommended it. I made an appointment and dropped it off early in the morning. 30 min before they closed they still hadnt even started on it. They threw it in real quick while I was waiting. First time I took it to the car wash it leaked so I had to bring it in again. Couple years later.... it is leaking again and I have to pay someone else to fix it... again... save yourself the hassle and money. Take your car somewhere else.

Cracked windshield, insurance company recommended this place and sent over info and said I would be contacted by Lake Tahoe Glass. A couple of days later I called them to set up appointment as I hadn’t been contacted. They had my info already but wouldn’t be able to fit me in until 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later I drop off the car and receive a call to come pick it up as they have the wrong windshield and to come back the following week. Drop off the car again and 4 hrs later they call saying it’s ready for pick up. I arrive and the rear view mirror isn’t attached. For some reason they can’t fix that until the following week.

Called for repair for a broken window they came measured and put up some cheap paper saying thats all they could do. Next day called and said window would be in Tuesday or Wednesday but wanted payment paid the full amount but 2 and a half weeks later still no window I will be contacting the better business bureau funny they want money up front knowing they are full on lying so cant even cancel my payment worst business in town

Fast service they are not! Had hired them to replace a window that was broken at our house. Over 2 weeks later we are still waiting for them to finish the job. They have been here twice already, once to take measurements and a cash deposit and the second time they showed up to install the window only to explain they had taken the wrong measurements and they would have to put in another order and it would be another week. Long story short we are still dealing with the cold breeze from the smashed window and have received no correspondence from these guys.. BEWARE of these guys
