Ryan, as noted in other review, returned my phone call quickly and installed replacement torsion springs on my garage door. He did a thorough service check which included placing some loose wires back in place, aligning a bent roller track, and cleaning various other parts. His service cost was more than fair. He was fast, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend Alpine Garage Door for top quality service and best cost service.

I suffered damage to my home due to the recent flooding, including the sensors on my garage doors (2) which were under a foot of water for over a week. Ryan was referred to me by my offices property management company that said he was the best. And he IS! He was able to come out quickly, was on TIME, was super nice and knowledgeable. After replacing the sensor (for a very reasonable price) on one of the doors, he did some troubleshooting on the other and was able to fix it without replacing the sensors. I was very happy with him! Then, about 3 weeks after that, the sensor on the OTHER door finally flaked on me. It was a matter of time due to the water damage. Ryan came out almost the same day that I called, replaced the sensor and did not charge me for a second service call because he been out so recently. Now THATS the way you gain repeat business. He is terrific. He also has new doors and does new installations. If youre in the market - you should definitely call Ryan.

Lazy! He wont travel 25 minutes away to Strawberry to install a garage door on a new construction. A one time drive. Business must be good!

Ryan is the only one that responded immediately. He met us at our house to take a look the next day. He spent time showing us our options. He then gave us brochures to look through along with prices. Ryan at Alpine Garage Door just installed two doors at my home rental in South Lake Tahoe.
