They said it was going to take a day or two. Instead they kept my McLaren over two weeks. I called several times and they kept giving me the run around. After numerous emails and phone calls, I finally received an email saying your vehicle is ready to be picked up. I went immediately upon receipt of that email. This is when I was presented with a $3,397.25 bill which included storage from the day my McLaren arrived for an estimate. Now I know why. They give you the run around and they stall you so they can charge you all these excessive fees - WHICH IS ILLEGAL.I contacted the Dept of Consumer Protection who gave European a warning and I am currently suing European.When I spoke to the owner Ravi and he told me I had to pay $3,397.25 in CASH ONLY in order to pick up my car. European stalled my estimate so they can charge these excessive fees and make it difficult for me to pick up my vehicle. In the middle of COVID - May 2020. I had no alternative but to pay them the $3,397.25 in CASH to get my car. This place is conducting ilegal charges against clients, they alternate invoices balance numbers, they charge clients more than expected not honest people at all, I had to returned my car back. The invoice sheet for parts delivery were this shop purchase parts from do not match customer copy as they change alternating invoice charges to be greater than what they truly charged the delivery for parts.Be aware of storage fees, they alternate to be more no flat rates, kept changing 10% restocking fee to 20% then charging extra for parts that were not there nor were the “ real “ price given from the parts delivery shop.I advise that everyone entering this place be careful! This company should be sue and close permanently!Please keep up with your inventory READ ! What European Collision orders for parts and verify it !!!These people are stealing money out of insurances specially us customers.I’m extremely disappointed with dishonesty writing this review on them just pure false information embezzlement, larceny being conducted in this place.Investigators should conduct a serious search on their computers and full inventory. The owner Ravi and employees should be in prison.

10/10 Would recommend to anyone that is thinking about use this body shop for repairs. My car has vandalized all the way around with barely any spots missing on my car. To the point I could not stand looking at it in my garage. Yves and Loraine treated me like family. Very friendly people and professional. Yves was my advisor and always kept me up to date with any changes or when I can pick up my car. As long as I am in Miami, I will only bring my cars to this shop for repairs. Due to an accident involving hotshot from Miami to Houston, I had to bring in my vehicle for repair. European Collision Center was recommended by Ferrari and they took great care of my vehicle. The car looked like brand new by the time it was complete. Ali (experienced industry expert) did an amazing paint job, highly accurate estimate, and Ali did amazing work replacing bumpers, upgrading exhausts, and adding a new windshield. You cannot even tell the car had work done on it! It looks like it came straight out of manufacturing!! On top of that, during covid times, they allowed an extension for a couple of weeks (which I an extremely grateful of) for delivery of car back to Houston. My experience with this shop was outstanding. I was in a car accident and used insurance to manage the process for repairs. My car is a high end Jaguar and needed a certified Jaguar dealer. The insurance adjusters were difficult to work with and provided horrible service during the process but the ongoing professional communication from Vick and other associates made the process bearable. They worked tirelessly with the insurance company to be sure my car was being repaired at the very highest quality standards. Excellent service. I needed a fender replaced on my Ford Fiesta, and decided to check these guys out. Thankfully, I didnt have to pay for it, but the price was the cheapest of the 3 quotes I got. The reason I am writing this review is because I want to help other customers who are undetermined where to send their TESLA for repair. I am delighted to share my experience with European Collision for those who are seeking a glowing reference.Living in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, US, there were no qualified auto body shops nor Tesla repair centers in the area, and it was looking like it would be difficult to get the repair completed. If we were to get it done, we would have to jump through many hoops such as; ship the TESLA from port to port, get it transferred to a car shop and remotely get a quote by email or phone.I had randomly contacted several Tesla recommended body shops until I struck a gold with European Collision, as they turned out to be the most helpful. Since I couldn’t be in Miami to oversee the process, European Collision provided me with full services which included; arranging a tow and multiple communications with me supplemented with pictures before issuing a detailed quote. As soon as they got the parts from Tesla, they completed the repair in record time and the repair they provided was very thorough. When they called me to say that the car was ready for pick up, they had; repaired all dents, repaired some damage to the suspensions, performed an update, replaced the 9V batteries and had arranged to transport my car to TESLA MIAMI center on my request. The entire experience was completely stress-free, and I was very happy with the price.I also feel it is worth it to mention that the person who inspired me to write this review is my contact at European Collision, Yves Sinson. He acted as an agent between the company and myself all the while ensuring my car got repaired to my upmost satisfaction. Took my brand new Model 3 here to repair damage caused by debris. Would highly recommend because repair was perfect, customer service top of the line, delivered as promises with excellent follow up thru out

Horrible experience!!! They said it would take a few days which turned into over 2 weeks +, and when I came to finally pick up it wasn’t ready and some “parts” were missing. We were told we had to come back to get these parts in a few days which ended up being another 10 days! When I asked why they continued to prolong the timeframe and that I needed the car because family was coming into town I was told my “voice was sexy “ and that I should “stop complaining and tell my fancy lawyer fiancé to get me a rental !!” I was livid. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and inappropriate. They also tried to over charge me for my deductible .... do not waste your time here.
