Terrible experience At the check out, Rep Juan at register 1 was huffing and puffing the entire time while bagging my $300 worth of stuff. There was a young lady which helped me a lot to find what I needed but I already felt bad enough getting too many things and Juan just made the experience worse. Was even throwing my things in bags

Great and accessible location near South Miami.Thank you Maria (shes a young manager) the service was great and really helpful when trying to get ideas for a small party.I completely forgot to take pictures of the things I got but I loved it.

Absolute worst experience ever. Will not be coming back to this store. I went in to purchase a few items and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me and was having a conversation with another employee the entire time. My receipt never printed and they had me wait for a good while until I finally asked for a manager who didn’t apologize for the experience and was frankly rude. I never got my receipt

Extremely long wait lines and if your going to fill up balloons show up when they open not the employees fault just under staffed.

They have a ton of stuff here. Baloons, costumes, toys, candy, decorations, and everything you need for parties. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high on some item. Plenty of parking in this shopping center.

You can find almost everything here, but its not cheap.

A lot of good options for multiple types of party. This is a good place to come if you need ideas for customized parties. The staff normally stays behind the balcony but they are friendly and help find stuff you ask them.

What an amazing experience at this location. First of all they have all the COVID 19 procedures on place. I love their employees so professional and most of all very attentive. I went looking for a birthday boy gift and the manager saw me and helped me throughout my entire visit there. I’m very thankful for all the help provided.i don’t give them a 5 ..... I give them a 10+ star ⭐️ Great job to all. Stay safe!

This is store 558 right on US1 in South Miami....plenty of parking and always the amazing service, even with the COVID -19. The manager at this store always goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy. The website is old and not very adapted to the new way of doing business so do not hesitate and the local team will make it happen safely and exactly as you wanted ...with a curb site pick up and no direct contact with anyone.

Didnt have much for one year old birthday party.

The worst experience I’ve had in any store and I’mNot one to write reviews but honestly if I could give it a 0 star I would. Your employees (at least the curbside pick up) are terrible. I was waiting an hour outside I’m not even kidding I have phone call proof for my pick up. Some girl answered and said she’ll be out and 30 mins pass by and nothing. I’m with my service dog (I have a medical condition which is why I chose curbside since you know COVID) and had to call my girlfriend to come out of her way to drive down and come down with me to pick up the order. Whoever was on curbside pick up or phone pick up should be fired. The worst customer service.Don’t come to this store. Go elsewhere if you want fast service.

Ms. Karla gave me EXCELLENT customer service throughout my entire experience at her store. Went looking for my daughter’s bday decoration and she provided me great ideas to use for the party with safety procedures. Not only she provided great service but Her concern to have a safety bday party for my daughter. I appreciated that human side of her and thankful for people like her.

I wanted to thank Felix who works at the South Miami location. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, curbside ordering was a little hectic. Was very good I found what I was looking for

I went in with my daughter to this store558 and they had an event. The Easter bunny was there and they had a girl painting faces. But what a great team! I also met the manager Karla and she welcome us. I was very happy to see my daughter having fun at this store and you didn’t just win a customer but my whole family members. I bought many items because I was at that time planning an Easter event for my family and the manager helped me get everything I needed. Extremely appreciated and coming back to this store. Definitely .

Just stopped in to pick up a few items around 7:30pm. An hour before they close. There was one person returning something. Another person purchasing balloons and another customer being quite demanding of a large ballon order. The manager was in the back helping the person with their return leaving one cashier at the front to help the 2 balloon orders and 3 other customers in line, myself included.I could not believe how rude one of the customers was being. Demanding her balloons immediately as if she were the only person on earth with a need...for balloons at 7:30pm at night!The cashier, I wish I knew her name. She was cool, calm and collected. She handled this customer and the other one with grace.This is the first review I’ve done in years!

I went to Party City because the items Im looking for were supposed to be at this location as per their website. It was not their and the worker there was of no help and told me their inventory is not linked to the website. So be careful of lying websites

Terrible stock & service - stopped in for a quick purchase, have been standing in line for 15 min - one attendant...long line. The person in front of me was requesting balloons -he requested approx 10 different options and they had NONE of the balloons advertised...still waiting.

The two stars are for the good store that it is, but I take 3 stars because of the customer service of this store.30 minutes in line to pay, 6 cashiers but only 1 open. Lack of leadership and motivation of the employees shows in their faces :(

Curb side does not work. They don’t pick up the phone then when they finally come out they start to place your order. Waited outside for an hour for e balloons. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I understand there is a pandemic and we have to take precautions to accommodate evwry one, but i putted an order the day prior. Balloons need a major revamp. Hopefully corporate invests in a renovation. Other than that youll get all your party needs (but at top dollar) happy hunting

There are so many items to choose from and yet its the same item in 12 different colors. The variety isnt really here and for the price doesnt make any sense unless its last minute grab and go but thats it. Service was decent and the store was pretty well organized for the most part.

This is my favorite location. It always has everything I need and the prices are great. Be sure to check for coupons or deals online because they frequently have them for in-store or online purchases!

DO NOT buy online to pickup outside! HORRIBLE service during quarentine. They didn’t know the orders, confused times for pickups, the balloons were underfilled. just horrible. i do not know how they only have 1 person taking care of the whole store.

Great variety of products for your party especially helpful before the Halloween. Friendly and helpful staff and Id love to rate it higher but the place is filthy. Shopping carts were extremely dirty and their merchandise is all over the floor.

This Party City is a breath of fresh air compared to the one in Flagler Plaza. This location is cleaner and so much better organized that it was worth the 45 minute added drive in the middle of rush hour traffic to get there. The things we do for our grandkids 😆

Lots of stuff, since almost everything is made in China avoid shopping here if the party is for very young children. Very busy during holidays. Its a bit overwhelming. Parking is fine. Handicap accessible.

Surprise! Purchased items for someone else. They didnt like my choice. About a week later returned items to PC with receipt and original packaging. Except for having to wait in check out line, return was not a hassle.

Everything takes looooong to happen, from paying to waiting for balloons to be filled.Staff apparently is not trained to identify priorities and would keep present customers waiting while they fulfill online orders.Don’t go there if you need fast service.Update: things continue to worsen. Placed an order for next day curb-side pickup and, arriving there 10 mins LATER than the requested time, the order was NOT ready…..

Store has a lot of halloween product but dont like that the store employees hover over you like your gonna steal something.

Due to several birthdays in December and January I went to this location 7-8 times in two months. During no visit did I wait less than 15 minutes. On one occasion I asked for the manager not realizing she was the one frantically blowing up balloons while there were 5+ people in line. She told me Were busy. and turned around and walked away. The only cashier is also the person answering the phone. On one occasion I preordered balloons for pick up and watched 3 women blowing up balloons while one person checked others out. This caused such a delay that I didnt even bother getting more in the store, I went to Walmart instead.

Its got lots of stuff but you always seem to have to search for staff if you need help. I always get the feeling it is understaffed. And you tend to have to wait for for the cashier, again because there is not enough people. It is as if they are driving you to Amazon But the place does have a great variety and it is nice to touch and see the products before buying.

All employees were working. My cashier, Alize, was courteous and helpful.

The worst pick up, delivery system, unorganized Staff, poor customer service, the phone is permanently busy, website is inaccurate, orders delayed for days! Went to pick up my order 4 times, still not available.

Every single time that I go here there’s always an issue.. Especially with this one boy who works there.. the rest of the staf was great but HIM horrible.. he claims he’s one of the managers which I doubt.. he looks 16 .. So rude. Hope to never see him again.

I went there today there was a manager off talking to another manager that was with party city uniform I had to hear them curse in front of my child. Then I had to wait in line while 2 managers curse I had to ask if they could take care of the quests in line . Then another employee rung us up . Because I said something if not they wouldnt give a dam about or time . These employees getting paid without doing nothing so many people that need a job and these employee should be checked . Very disappointed. No respect. For the custermer.

I have no idea how this is even a successful business. Couldnt get to the aisle with bday cards because they closed it to fill baloons. (?) Overpriced knick knacks and plastic crap. Didnt have the cool noise makers that I had in mind or the card I wanted so I left.
