NAPA is always the best chance of finding what you need.

Most helpful and actually knowledgeable staff Ive ever known from a auto store. I highly avoid going anywhere but napa. If they dont have what I need they can normally get it and id rather wait then go to other places like auto zone.

Parts might be a little more but way better partsThey definitely make up for that in knowledge of the industry

2 comments, first, I was flipped off by a NAPA driver in truck EE383. He cut me off, and then he flips me off. I threw my hands in the air with in a ‘are you kidding me’ action. Secondly, I called the store to report the driver and I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes. Needless to say I’m not waiting any longer. Just thought ppl should be aware of the quality of the personnel at this location.

The owner and/or management team at this NAPA location has assembled a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I always prefer purchasing parts from people that have used the products they sell. They know the ins and outs of what they are selling. Like other parts stores most products are offered in 3 quality levels regular, gold, and platinum. It has been my experience that this location is well stocked. I have never run into a situation where they were out of stock on what I needed. If you are a fan of Royal Purple lubricants they have most of it on hand and in stock. Be sure to sign up for the free NAPA preferred customer program to receive all of the discounts, special offers, and rewards. You can get their best pricing in store unlike one of their competitors. Called on Sunday was told it would be ordered there on Tuesday and requested a call back - no call.Called on Monday and they forgot to order it, said it would be WednesdayCut out of work early to show on Wednesday and now I’m told Thursday.No communication, terrible service.

I went there to replace an uncommon size RV battery since the previous battery had a NAPA label on it. They had it in stock. He also tracked down a hold down strap in their inventory. Very helpful parts guy - will visit this storr again.

I have used NAPA Auto Parts two times in the past year. Both times for a burned out headlight. They were EXTREMELY patient with me both times on the phone and in person. They even took the time to show me how to install the new bulb, saving me time and money! They were courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to return.

I was in a very long line of customers waiting to be served. Although I felt little bit frustrated because Ive spent 15 mins in the line guy at the counter desk was super polite and helpful which cheered me up. He even apply some kind of discount on the things Ive purchased. All in all - good business!

The guys at NAPA were extremely helpful. We purchased parts at AutoZone, however some pieces were incorrect. The employees at NAPA helped us figure out the proper assembly even though we purchased parts elsewhere. We will definetly be going to NAPA from now on.

I wish my experience today was like last months brake purchase here! The guys even carried them to my car. This time I tried to buy my favorite STP cleaner and could not locate it. A man with the name Chris helped me and proceeded to offer me a sale priced cleaner. When I said I would like the STP he persisted on trying to sell me the other cleaner. He was being very stubborn and not listening on why I wanted STP. I know what I need! I think maybe he was a new worker there but I really wish he would have taken my opinions and feelings into consideration. I like NAPA but Chris did not make my experience very good this time.Richard

In the era where brick and mortar stores are falling to the wayside to online stores such as RockAuto, NAPA always has what I need and always has someone to help at the desk. At Autozone, Advance Auto, or OReilly I can rarely get immediate service and once I finally get help they usually dont have even have what I need. I guess this is one of the reasons that the South Milwaukee NAPA does the most sales of all NAPA stores in the nation (or so Ive heard).

Helpful, curtious, counter people, will take the time to look up older vehicles and boats.

Good parts place and you can usually get coupons to use.

Drove 20 minutes to get there....time was 7:53 pm. Two employees were counting out the register with the door locked- i tapped on the glass and pointed to my watch- the one guy shrugged his shoulders while the other tried to look anywhere but my way- MUST NOT WANT MY BUSINESS!!!-👎👎👎

Had a negative experience with one employee a little while back. He would talk with a passive aggressive tone. He also would talk to you like your not mechanically inclined. Other than that, I still come back because the other employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
