Staff is super helpful and friendly. The prices are too high, though. But thats on the owner/management. Five stars for the kind and personable staff. Its not a big store, but they always seem to have what I need and the staff will go check in back to find something if its not out front. Thanks, you guys and gals.

Love my hometown Ace! 20 years of fixing my bungalow up with all their caulk, paint, lawn care, latches, nuts and bolts they have it all. Including great advice on product. I just had an issue with a product and they immediately sent Zach out to my home to look at it. Great service.

Love this place better then any big box store.

I walked into Ace in search of a garden hose and reel. I was greeted by 2 staff members within seconds of arriving. An associate was able to guide me to the hose and reel section (answered all questions I had) and I was ready to check out minutes later. A different associate helped carry the reel to the counter and upon seeing the two small children I had with me, immediately offered to carry it to my vehicle as well. Every associate I encountered was polite, professional, and helpful. I will be making this Ace my go-to store from now on!

This is based solely on getting a Christmas tree here. Took a long time for someone to come out after pushing the button. The guy cuts a couple branches and the bottom off then says Im all set. I go ummm do you have any twine? He looks around and throws me some. I didnt bring scissors and tying a tree to a car is easier with help. Went here the last 2 years and both times they walk the tree to my car with twine and scissors and are super helpful. I always tip for helping but not this year.

Normally love how helpful the tree lot is at ace, this year was a major disappointment. Cut the trunk super funky, didnt offer any assistance as usual for mounting the tree to the car(which covid so ok) but then just tossed me twine after I asked and had no scissors. Just annoying.

Small selection of stuff but extremely over priced compared to home depot or menards. 9 time out of 10 tour best bet is to drive the extra distance to menards or home depo.Staff is friendly and helpful so no complaints there but its just not worth paying a higher bill.

If I could give this a zero I would. Was in there 30-45 minutes. Not one worker asked if I needed help. Would’ve been nice to get acknowledgement like other customers who were getting help. I turned, a worker was standing right at the end of the aisle I was in. Another walked past me with an empty cart. I had questions on products I was looking at. Cashier asked if I found everything ok, stated the above. Her response “well we’ve been pretty busy all afternoon”. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there.

Just a good old fashioned hardware store. Always have what I need and the staff are very helpful. Join Ace Rewards to get lots of $5 coupons in the mail. They do all the little stuff like cutting keys, fixing screens, cutting glass, etc. A true gem that is hopefully around a long time!

There is an Ace store closer to me that I usually go to but I stopped at this one out of convenience running errands today. Ill be driving the little extra distance to go to this one from here on out. Andrew was amazing! He helped me with some washers for my faucet handles. It took over a half hour to get some stripped screws out so the washers could be replaced. Andrew replaced the washers and screws for me and saved me $40. My total bill was $1.67. You just can’t get service like that today. I will always go to ACE first. I am simply amazed at the fabulous service. Thank you so very much!

Always have what I need. Extremely helpful staff. Always courteous. They are a little more expensive than the big box stores, but so what. You dont have to contend with 2000 other people to grab a gallon of paint or wait 30minutes for someone to help you. Always support your local hardware store. You will miss them when they are gone.

This is under new ownership as summer of2016.. this is a real old fashioned hardware store built in 2016. They have it all. Attention Hobbyist .. if you need a nut, bolt, bracket grommets and. A whatever for your project. Look in the last three isles on the right as your waling to the rear of the store... I bet you stay a extra bit of time ... Just window shopping. They have timeless selection on quality items. If they dont have it .. youll simply have to make it...

I feel unjust giving this place a 1, as that overrates it. I have never had such poor customer service. I called to order a lawnmower, and they had no problem taking the order and promising me a discounted price because its a local store. I also asked that they not assemble it because it wouldnt fit in my car full-size and I was fully capable of doing it myself.I was told it would be in 2 days later and they would call me. That call never came. I called and was redirected to a service department that didnt answer after a half-hour on hold. I called the next day and was again redirected, again they didnt answer. The third day I called I told the person they were just ignoring calls, and at least she came back on after 10 more minutes to tell me they were busy.Sick of waiting on hold, I drove up to see if my lawnmower had come in. It was there and there were no customers. Not sure if they make a habit of ignoring calls or if I just had bad timing, but spending more than an hour on hold didnt sit well when the place didnt seem to have much business. I went back to find my lawnmower fully assembled, which I had specifically asked them not to do. And to no ones surprise, it didnt fit in my car. We managed to finagle it in, but only with it balancing all the weight on the handle, which was snugly up against my right ear as I drove. Very unsafe and certainly not good for the new piece of equipment I just spent almost $300 on.Didnt call to tell me it was in, didnt answer their phones, and didnt follow simple directions that would have made their jobs even easier. I will never go back, which is sad because this is my local hardware store. It saved me about $5 on the price of the lawnmower, but Id rather go to a big box store or order online where maybe they could actually do something right.

Thought I would shop locally, got a coupon to use, went to check out, was told it wasnt any good on the products I purchased?, why not print the disclaimer on the coupon, why not honor it and explain, why not shop Amazon?

Their loyalty program is a joke.... spend 20 and get 5 off on regular priced merchandise. Ok for one next time please ensure you mark products that are on sale before I stand in line to find this out. I even ordered to pay full price which I would still be ahead 3 dollars. Cashier wouldnt even offer to ask someone for help as she seemed unsure. Gladly will drive across town to Menards until Im less irritated and may come back. Great helpful staff for the most part, but Ace needs to relook at its rules of its truly a LOYALTY card type company.
