These guys are great. I had a major electrical problem right on Harrison, everything electrical in my car shut down, engine included, nothing was responding. The employees came out with me, tested my battery, helped me diagnose the corroded cable and replace it, and got me back on the road. They deserve a raise

Manager most helpful. Had radiator overheat and brake lights not working. He kindly provided water and checked the brake light fuse. Greatly appreciate their support of Veterans & Military. Will definitely return when the need arises.

The store manager is a very good one! Very friendly and knows his stuff. The others that were there also seemed very knowledgeable, and not the does this have a v8 when asking for wiper blades type.

I’m a small girl and didn’t really know what I’m doing so I asked kindly for help checking my oil and the younger guy Just says I got a funnel and tosses it to me and walks away so I had to tip toe and ask a guy in the parking lot to help me reach since it’s a bigger Jeep like coool thanks bro

I went to this location and salesman Trevor really helped get me the product I need. He was very professional and resolved all my concerns. I walked out with a new battery and he even recommended some other products I didn’t even know I needed. My mom and I have been to this location multiple times. There have been a couple encounters with some staff that haven’t been the best. Mostly attitude and act more superior. We are obviously there for their help bc we don’t know much. We do love the Ogden location and we told them about our experience & they even recommended to come over to their location and their costumer service was amazing.

Excellent. Selected what I needed online and paid for it, then stopped in to pick up my order. It was exactly what I needed, and they had it waiting right at the counter. In, out and on my way in minutes.

Staff is quick to help you look up the item code you need. They used to offer their assistance, but anymore they either say they do not know how to do that, recommend you go to a certified mechanic or seem as if they just do not want to. Still the pricess are decent and its close to my house so I will continue to get items from here as I need them.

Probably the rudest salemans Ive ever met. I was asking about parts and was standing near the front door, the phone rang and he walked towards the counter to answer it, this whole talking to me. I guess I wasnt important enough to give info to. I left and went to another parts store, they were happy to talk to me and take my money.

Great customer service. Needed headlights replaced and a gentleman installed them for me really quickly and without complaint in the cold weather. Wish I would’ve gotten his name! Highly recommend.

Bought brakes there last month and I am very happy with the lifetime warranty. Had a battery go bad that was purchased in May. Took it back and they exchanged it with no hassles. My mechanic recommends them and so do I.

Got the stuff i needed however there was a redshirt autozoner working, older gal. Wearing a political mask. I almost had to turn around and walk out but was greeted by a nice gentleman so I was helped fine. I just dont think its very professional to wear political anything in a place of business where multi view customers would be shopping and some people take great offense especially to a certain parties views. Very unprofessional.

My husband had sent me for some auto parts, the service was fast and efficient. They even talked to my husband on the phone to make sure I was getting the right parts.

Contacted Perry by phone. He listened, understood and told me to come to the store. Once there he finished with one customer and then gave me his full attention. New battery, installed and on my way in 20 minutes. Professional, great service. Glad to now have Auto Zone in the neighborhood.

Used to really like this store, then i needed to rent a slide hammer for a bearing removal. The lady didnt know anything, she tried to get me to rent it without knowing if I had all the parts and said three times,, you know you get your money back right? Yeah not my time though which is worth way more. Then I decide fine Ill try it out, she continues to charge my card 3 times 2 days before Christmas. Thanks lady I hope your Christmas is supurb. BTW I never rented it and removed it without it perfectly fine....

I like the staff here. They are courteous, attentive and usually knowledgeable. I do think prices can be a little higher than other places.

Trevor was awesome. He was knowledgeable on my vehicles AC system and he helped me understand how to recharge the system. He saved me over $100.00 which is what the dealership was going to charge.

Customer service is horrible for the exception of a few... They should lower the prices, offer more European parts and reformat the cashier/check out process. Put a kiosk in the lobby so customers can lookup parts in their inventory and print out part#s.

These people are awesome! I have a 1994 car and dont know much about cars. Everytime I go in there they make sure I am buying the right part and show me how to use it. I will always come here for my car.

Staff is extremely helpful. They greet you at the door and ask you what they can help you find and when you tell them what you need they walk you to the exact spot and then ask you if there is anything else that they can help you with. If not then they will leave you alone to go about your business. This autozone in South Ogden is by far the best one to go to for service and especially if you dont know exactly what you need they are knowledgeable enough to help you find it. Another note.... This store is also emaculate and well organized which I much appreciate the added effort from the employees that work there!

They had the ball joint pulley and press that I could pick up at the same time so I had the tools in order to get the ball joint on and able to return the tools and got my refund back for those it was very nice to have the equipment I needed in order to fix that for my Jeep

Very busy place but the staff there was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that has questions about their car/truck.

A nice new building that invites anybody to come in even the homeless to be able to grab a bite to eat cuz they have snacks available use the internet and just have a warm place. there are multiple classes available and its support groups however there needs to be updates both on their internet and brochures because there are multiple places that are no longer in service.
