So far so good. I had a slow leak in my tire, and couldnt find the cause. 1 hour later I was rolling out with a tire that holds air. Great group of people.

Really disappointed, I went here to get my tires rotated and balanced. And when I went to go pick up my truck they said I had 2,000 dollars of work I needed to get done on my truck. With disbelief I took it to another mechanic and he said nothing was wrong with my truck and it was fine. Other than my tire weren’t balanced. I will not be going back to this place. Mind you I’m a 27 year old female, I don’t know if they were trying to take advantage of me or what. But I’m just glad I took it to another person that I know wouldn’t take advantage of me and nothing was wrong.

In so ways, from the services that they provide to their customers, and their understanding with family hard times. Speaking with Craig and his whole crew they have help tremendously I just want to put out a huge thank you keep doing the great work that you guys have been doing thank you.

Took my car to a dealership to change breaks because they were soft and i was getting vibration when braking at high speeds. They said everything was fine. Took my car here they squeezed me in at the end of the day, got them changed in the matter of an hour and half.

This place is awesome theyre very professional theyre fast service Janelle very professional answer all my question I highly recommended this place if youre looking for any service on your vehicle or tires they have an awesome customer service highly recommended!

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldnt give them zero. Extremely inexperienced to the point of me having to have everything re-done at a different second business. Called me several times throughout the day and each time was a different clueless person who needed me to explain what I wanted done all over again.

Les Schwab is the Target of tire stores. I will go here over other tire stores because of the quality of the employees and the cleanliness of the stores. On top of all that they are kind and do real quality work and I trust them much more than any other place I could take my car.

They repaired a hole in my tire for free. Great customer service.

We took our car to le Schwab yesterday to get the oil change. We had an appointment, but it still took 2 additional hours to get our car in. When we got it back, they said it was fine and we drove it home. We then noticed it was leaking oil all over the place, so we took it back, and they said that the previous company that did the oil change, not them, put the plug in too tight and they were not able to tighten the plug again. They wrote it down on the notes section but said no word to us yesterday about it. They said there was nothing they could do and to take it to Jiffy Lube. I went out, spent 4 dollars on a new plug, emptied the oil and replaced the plug.I spent $60 on the oil change. If we didn’t notice our car was leaking so much oil, we wouldn’t have known there was a problem until the engine seized. Any customer service that has such an “oh well” attitude is a dangerous place to take your car.

The professionalism from Les Schwab Tire Centers is far better than than most tire centers. They were quick, took care of what I needed and as I said very professional.

Its hard to justify going anywhere else for tire service. These guys do everything they can to earn my future business. Today they pulled a nail and patched its hole, rotated my tires, did an alignment, checked my suspension and more for $130. Thats a heck of a deal. Theyre professional, quick, theres zero pressure to buy junk you dont need.I do a lot of my own work - that said, Im just glad to have a place like this where I can sit back and know theyre doing the right work the right way for the right price.

I got a card for free tire rotation. I figured it was about time for that so I went in. Was told I needed 4 struts replaced and 4 new tires because they were wearing. I did not feel comfortable with that. It felt like a typical upsale scheme.I took my Traverse to my local and trusted mechanic for an oil change. I had him specifically check the struts and tires.He said both were fine and did NOT need to be replaced.WHAT A SCAM. Terrible customer relations and service. I am considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Good deal for 4 all season tires. They were quick and super nice. The only issue was they scratched up one of my rims. It wasnt terrible enough to complain.

My wife always recommends Les Schwab and now I understand. We had a tire pressure indicator come on during a trip to Denver. We stopped by and talked to the manager Kraig. He got us in immediately and straightened everything out which was greatly appreciated as we had our dogs with us.Excellent service. Ill remember these folks when I need new tires.

I absolutely love these guys. Great customer service over the phone and in person. Able to help me even though I have a super busy schedule. Matt, Dorian, and Craig were awesome helping me out today.

While a little pricey sometimes these guys always do a good job. When there have been problems they just took care of them and didnt nickle and dime me. They do not install custom parts but have always serviced my modified jeep. Tires I have bought in the past were good quality and balanced well.

The guys and girls at this store are amazing. I have had multiple emergencies that they have helped me with my cars and boat trailer. 5 stars all the way!

Went to this location to get my shocks replaced, tires and wheels. As they were bringing my truck in the tie rod broke. The service manager Kraig and his men worked fervently to get it replaced, get the shocks replaced as well as the tires wheels and alignment. They were not able to actually start until almost 3 pm no fault of theirs. They all stayed well beyond closing to complete the job. I must say they are great to deal with and always get my business as well as our company. Craig H.

My wife had her flat tire fixed here this morning. She was helped by Matt and Chuck. She said the service was excellent. I have been there before and was helped by the assistant manager Ryan. He listened to my concerns and was very honest in his diagnostic report. These guys are exactly what you want when you are having work done on your car. Very rude costumer service. Stopped with someone to get a tire fixed there. Was asking about a new set of rims and tires and was treated like I knew nothing, and could not get any help. So I ordered the same set of rims and tires online, while standing in their store. Friendlier customer service online!Update: 15 minutes after they plugged the tire it went flat again! They said they would submerge it in water to check for any other holes and obviously didn’t because there was one plug and 4 or 5 holes!

Great service and they work very hard to get you what you need.

They get the job done but the prices are just as bad as a dealership, if not worst. Easily three times the price as anywhere else on basic services. They try to replace every little thing, in order to make more money.

I have been a Les Schwab customer for over 20 yrs.The people make the difference. Their service and commitment to my familys needs is amazing. No matter where you break down or need repairs completed their staff is always ready to help. This is by far my favorite Les Schwab location and over the years, I have visited plenty. I had a fantastic experience at this location. let me tell you what happened.I noticed that My tire was really low so I stopped first at a competitor first. I was dressed for a business meeting so I couldnt change the tire myself. The guy at the counter was demeaning and really rude to me. So I left and drove on what I knew was getting to be a really bad flat tire and went to Les Schwab. Chuck helped me and was so kind and understanding and took care of my car and tire quickly. I am so grateful they they were there for me that day. It may not seem like a big deal but I was already having a crappy day and Les Schwab really helped turn it around for me. I will defiantly be going back to them from now on.

Dishonest location. I stopped by to have a slow leak repaired and was told that my tires were “way too bald”, that he couldn’t legally repair it, and that I needed 4 new tires. I took my car to Discount Tire for a second opinion and found that was not the case; my tread was at 6/32”. Also of note, a new set of tires (should I choose to get some) are $300 cheaper at Discount Tire, with the same warranty.

What a freaking joke this place is, I went in because I had a flat and was told before they could do anything I would have to buy 3 new tires. I didn’t have that kind of money so I was a mess all day trying to figure out how to buy tires. Was also told that the flat tire had a nail in the side wall. Decided to check somewhere else and guess what??? No nail in the side wall, didn’t need to buy any new tires and the problem was a leaky valve that was fixed for me for free. I will never step foot in a Les Swhwab again in my life.

So I wanted to share a great experience that I had this weekend with Les Schwab in South Ogden. Kraig the new manager as of 4 days ago and Matt, and they really took care of me.We had a nail in our truck tire and they checked us in the morning and told us that we could take our truck run errands. We came back about 2 hours later and we were first in line.As they were fixing the flat, Matt came and showed me that the lug nuts were the wrong size. I took the trucks tire iron and behold he was right. If I would have had to change my tire on the road it would have been impossible.He quoted me a very reasonable price for the lug nuts. I decided to wait till my next pay check for the lug nuts and there was no pressure.The best part is that they didn’t even charge me for the flat tire. I drove away from there without spending a penny. They told me that they may not be the cheapest place, but they try to take care of their customers and do things right.I don’t know you’re previous experience with these guys or this location, but Kraig is the new manager and he’s awesome. I’d recommend them to anyone who’s needs any work done on their tires.

Since Adam left, not interested in service unless youre buying tires. More interested in making money on unnecessary items. Long wait times for service after youve spent your money on new tires. Riverdale Road location is a much better location.

A tire on my boat trailer blew the night before a family trip to Lake Powell. I called this Les Schwab a few minutes AFTER they closed, but they still answered and told me to bring it in. I ended up needing to replace all 5 tires. They had to drive to the Riverdale store to pick up 2 of them! Anyway, three of them stayed for an hour and a half past their close time. I still got a great price on the tires. I insisted that they take a $100 bill for a tip and the employees refused. I highly recommend this place!

I usually love Les Schwab, but some of the guys who work at this location are dishonest. I was told I needed new tires when I went in for a rotation a few months ago. I asked how many miles I had driven on those tires and was told 27,000, which seemed quite low for needing to replace tires. I asked for a pro-rata adjustment on the price of my new tires since my old tires had a 40,000 mile warranty. I was told that my vehicle had alignment issues and, therefore, the warranty was void. So I bought new tires. After I got home and looked at invoices I found out that I had actually only driven only 21,000 miles on those old tires, rather than the 27,000 miles they said I had driven on them. I was a little frustrated that I had never been told about alignment issues and voided warranties during my previous rotations.After checking the invoice for my new tires I also noticed that they said current the mileage on my odometer was 9,000 miles less than what the odometer actually was. Which means my warranty would expire 9,000 miles sooner than it should have. I called them about it, but of course they pleaded ignorance. Seems a little fishy that there were two significant mileage discrepancies that impacted my warranty on the same day.I wont go back to this location. Aside from the dishonesty I experienced, they always act like I am burdening them when I go in to get my tires rotated, and they take forever to get them done.

I have unfortunately driven over many nails this past year, and every time I come in here all the employees are so helpful and kind. They make a stressful situation easy and pain free.

Got my car aligned here, and the following month I had saved enough money for tires. They put them on and in just over 6 months they were badly worn on the sides in the front. I asked them what was going on and they said my alignment was out and my warranty was void because it had been a month and a day after the alignment that I had the tires mounted. I went to another shop and had an alignment done, and got a call 15 minuets after dropping my car off. They said the front end is so worn and loose that it would be impossible to align. I replaced the worn parts, bought a lifetime alignment warranty and a set of tires and a year later I am still driving happy. For all but simple matters steer clear.

Awesome store and crew - I got some tires last week for my Focus RS, and wasnt happy with them, not the they sell bad tires. But, my car is a high performance car - so I need a tire that meets what the car puts out - and theyre going to swap me out to a hire performance tire, more than happy to the pay the difference, but they were willing to help..

Horrible...this a my second review for Les Schwab tires at a second location. I should have learned from my first review. I took in my tiller tire to have it put back on the bead..2 minute job. She said I needed to wait that I had 4 cars in the bay and 5 work orders hanging before me. I left and went to Smittys Tires down the street. Full bays and the fixed the tire in 2 minutes.

Paid $20 one day to dismount/mount a tire. Came in the next day and was charged $50 for the same exact thing. Just go to big o.

These guys are awesome! I think theyve saved me close to $1,000 by giving me a second opinion on my car multiple times and telling me that I dont need the work done that other places tell me I need to do. I can trust these guys.

Ive never had a bad experience with the South Ogden Les Schwab. When you walk through the door and they know you by name, how can you go wrong? Prices are a little higher than other tire companies around town, but the experience is always well worth it.

Hate this place. They are rip off artists. I could not get a firm quote on repairs and their prices are 50 percent higher. I would up doing all the work myself over the weekend and I the process I found out about the great service from Pep Boys. I would rather flush my money down the toilet than give any to Les Schwab

One of our fleet vehicles needed tires and the manager John, was not much help. He quoted me more than $50.00 per tire than the Riverdale store and wasnt too helpful. John told me the price difference was because of shipping prices...Riverdale is 5 miles away. So I sent my employee away. I love the local center and have been working with them for over 5 years. I am sure they do good work here and some people have great experiences, but unfortunately not me and has me re-thinking who I use for our out of state work. I have a national corporate account with Les Schwab and sure hope this is a one time deal, or else I made a poor decision with choosing Les Schwab as my go to for customer, employee, and my families safety.

Usually really like working with Les Schwab and last time they sold me on tires that had an extended warrantee. Failed to mention the fine print and constrictive conditions of the warentee. Beware of the fine print.

These guys are masters of the upsale. At first they said replacing the whole brake system would be the best idea but I fought that. A few days later they quoted me about $500 to replace my rear wheel cylinders and resurface all my brakes. Thats nice but I decided to do it myself for 1/10 the cost. Also, Ive felt my brakes and they are perfectly smooth and dont need resurfacing. On top of this, they killed my battery while inspecting my brakes (brake system only has two wires in the whole thing) and had my car hostage until a tow truck came. They care about your safety so much theyll call the cops on you if you try to drive an unsafe car back home. Chuck is the best upsale guy.

Went in to have them put new tires on my truck. They said that they wouldnt assist me because on my door panel, for stock TPS and stock tires it needed to be set at 80 psi. I have modified tires (35s) and new TPSs for 65 psi. Yet they still refused to help... UNLESS I purchased 4 new TPSs at 80 bucks a piece. It was a wonder why nobody was inside, they try and screw everyone over. Good riddens Les Schwab.
