I needed 6 shirts embroidered for a trade show for my job- and needed to have the shirts back within less than a week. I called over a dozen (literally) local places that do embroidery. Every single one needed like 9-14 days to finish the job. And they were so unsure about each question I asked them. When I finally called Triple Crown and explained my situation I got Yeah, we can definitely do that! They took care of my problem, got the shirts back a day earlier than I needed them and were super friendly. They saved me! Thanks guys!

Called for info and pricing on screen printing project. First time they said theyd have the expert give me a call back- never happened. I called again amd they said they would email me the details/quote- also never happened.

So my business is one of their smaller regular customers. They initially did a great job - quick turn around, product matched proofs, etc. However! We had a quality issue with one of the orders - ordered regular Ts and got long sleeves. Which wasnt huge, the problem was when we washed them, all of design came off! We just picked up our newest order and let them know of this quality problem and if they could make it right. They told us that we dont spend enough $$ with them so we could pound sand. Guess who just lost a growing business!
