Big lots is like a yardsale of all the other stores in the area lol staff still wear masks but theres an older guy, cashier, always friendly and helpful, think his name is Kevin - star employee! He has tried so many times to get me to sign up for the discount card haha

Ive never been into a big lot store before I was surprised at how much they had and how much they didnt have. I think I would like it more when I have time to go and look at it again and see what they have to offer. I live in Evanston so I dont always get down to a Big Lots.

A simple place trying to be make things better for everyone. They sell a little bit of everything and not bad at all. Somethings are the same price of Walmart. But have cute stuff for every holiday and try to stay up with the times

Im not sure where to put a review. We came into the store in South Ogden on 9-14- at 2:30. Kevin was checking and so cheery and helpful. A young man also helped me look for a specific item and was so kind. We love your store and employees. Great job everyone. Good job Kevin.

Looking for furniture for sons first apartment. Cost was on point, Selection and Quality available, and we found one that was just what he wanted and able to take home same day!!! All around great experience!

Not bad as far as Big Lots go. Some of the selections were a little slim, but it ebbs & flows. Clean & friendly.

The store was real clean. Biggest Big Lots Ive been to. Cashier was real helpful and curtious.

Prices are dirt cheap. Good selection of dirt cheap food/groceries. But constantly have office furniture on the floor not in stock. The people that work in furniture didnt seem overly helpful.

These guys go the extra mile to provide excellent service. The manager Jason was a rocking good dude and helped take care of me after I forgot to get my discount the day before. I returned to the store, and he got me almost $18 cash back from the sale. He even made me laugh, with a pretty good joke, which is worth a lot in these stressful times. Thanks for everything. I will be back.

Thet really have the best holiday decorations and really good prices. I always find more than what I was looking for. They have way cute Christmas decorations, lights for the yard and Christmas trees. Would totally recommend it.

Under construction. Not very pleasant place to shop

This particular location needs its administrative overlords to get it together and finally fix the face of the building. Its been over a year, now, and the front looks like it was abandoned after a hurricane.

It has been years, no decades since I have been in a Big Lots store. The one here in Ogden is light years beyond the one next to K-Mart in Woods Cross I went to pre-9/11. Clean, well-lighted aisles, hundreds more products, well organized and competitively prices.This is truly the best discount store in Ogden!Walmart beware, Big Lots is coming for you.

Currently in the midst of construction so the front of the building looks sketchy. Inside, half of the shelves are empty. Employees are nice though, that being my main reason for giving 3 stars instead of 2.

I went to pick up an item that wasnt available to pick up at my local store and initiate returns. I showed them the pick up email on my phone to scan, then they asked to see my ID. Wouldnt be a problem, but my wallet fell out of my purse, so I didnt have it. Had to leave the store, find my wallet in my car, get back in line, and show ID. Then they informed me they couldnt do an online purchase return from the email order number, I need to bring a receipt. They would give me a cash return at the lowest selling price (I paid full price on most of the items) as a courtesy. The website clearly states packing slip or order number from shipping email for returns. Cant find the packing slip for all the items, but will go to my local store with the emails and try there. Huge headache going to that store. 🤬

A good size store, though they arent the biggest Big Lots Ive been in. Large parking lot and easy to find, just off a main road. Theres hardly a line at the registers when I go in, and cashiers are quick to help you.

I have always loved Big Lots. I wish they would put one in the North Ogden area.We have a lot of demand for stores and land..however, we dont have many options close to us..especially since ShopKo went out of business.I would frequent Big Lots on a weekly basis(and spend way too much money), if they built one up North.I love the store. If it were closer, you would be seeing a lot more of my money.

I havent been to Big Lots! In a long time but there prices on decor are awesome! The employees were all very helpful, and the cashier was incredibly nice! If youre looking for a few random things, this is a great stop.

They have decent sales but non sale items are regular if not a little over priced. I bought a dresser for my daughter here for a fair price but quality was poor. Quality of furniture items is suspect but expected for the cost. Best to go here to by housewares and food items.

My mom took me in there to exchange some slippers that were wrong size. The two different ladies that helped us were helpful, welcoming and had great customer service. One thing though is it has a weird smell and most of the store is unorganized.

I found this Big Lots to be a great store in a convenient location. The staff on duty were all very friendly and super helpful when I needed assistance. The isles were clean, well stocked and organized. Most items were of great quality with reasonable prices. All-in-all I enjoyed shopping there and definitely recommend this establishment to all.

It has everything, I went everywhere to find what I was looking for and finally someone says try big lots, I never been here before I thought it was something totally different but they had what i needed and it was awesome priced! I will be going back!

My mother lost her purse and when she asked the manager for help he was very rude and said that sometimes people get their belongings stolen, while they are in line, waiting to pay at the register by the person behind them. However as she informed him that the person that was directly behind her was her sister (which being that they both drove together and both came to talk to the manger of the store together. she obviously didn’t steal my mothers wallet. And my mom never said it was stolen just if anyone had seen it because she must have misplaced it. And Just asked for help from the manager to maybe look on the cameras, or ask over the intercom/ loud speaker. As well as maybe just be a kind person to someone who’s lost something but he did non of those things he tried to say it was stolen and that he can’t help her he was very rude and crass. He had no tact for someone that’s in customer service. It’s a shame because the counter girl was empathetic and helpful. If not for this guy i would shop at this store but just trying to have a conversation with him was beyond anything I’ve experienced. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or that’s how he is all the tome but if you looking to shop at this location. Avoid that guy!!

Very helpful staff, I enjoyed the friendly shopping environment & I had some questions that were answered immediately.

Was in there shopping with my five-year-old son and the cashier Kevin kept yelling at my son. People like that should not be at work and they have no right yelling at other peoples children probably will never come back here again. He had no right yelling at my son when my son was doing nothing wrong.

I was looking everywhere for a decently priced 5 tier bookshelf, and I went to Big Lots and they had one for a really good price. I also explored the store more while I was there, and they have so many good deals on a lot of different things. Honestly if youre looking for a new set of sheets, this is a good place to go. They also have tons of kitchen appliances for good prices, and they have lots of discounted stuff. Its also free to sign up for their membership things. Their staff is also really helpful. I walked in and they directed me to exactly what I was looking for.

I freaking love Big Lots! Especially this one. It has the furniture department on north side. The prices are great. They always have those items I need for a quick pick up. Staff is always friendly. Very easy to get to. Huge parking lot. By far one of the best Big Lots on UT.

Big Lots is a weird store, but I love it. They have everything from food, to toiletries, to even furniture. I came and got some good cheap kitchen items from here when I first moved out on my own. I like to come look for gifts here as well. They also have great cheap snacks

I love shopping at Big Lots, and have so for many years. Not because they have some of the best thing there at a good price, but because the people that work there are so helpful and go out of there own way to help you find what you are looking for. I am Always tell my Family and Friends about Big Lots, I have been in the Salt Lake, Ogden & Layton Big Lots and I have injoyed my shopping experience in everyone of the Big Lots Stores. Had everything I needed

Ive been a shopper of Big Lots 4 years used to go to the one in Salt Lake. Now that Im in Roy High go to the Ogden one its a good store. Lots of variety. And sometimes you can find some items are you dont find anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I purchased a twin bed set from Big Lots and I have to say that it is by far the most comfortable mattress I have slept on for years. It was priced right, the salesman helped load it in our van. For a discount store, the furniture is decent.

I just had to return a rug doctor for my girlfriend. I was there when she rented it, and it took way longer than it should have. Giving it back was a breeze though. The man with white hair is great, very professional.

Went to this Big Lots Furniture outlet yesterday to buy a sectional, they were having a 20% off sale. Scott, the salesperson, was congenial and efficient. His assistants, Javier and another gentleman whose name escapes me now, were also very helpful. They helped us get the couch loaded up on our trailer and we were in and out in less than half an hour! So far we love our new couch, and the price -- even full retail -- was better than any other furniture store in the vicinity was offering. Best of all, it was made in the USA! Of course, time will tell the true tale as far as the quality of the sofa, but the service we received was excellent.

Big Lots has a little bit of everything. Everything is usually priced decent and a lot of times you can find things that you wouldnt find out your typical stores like Walmart. The people are very friendly if you need to find something they will definitely go out of their way to make sure that you can find it.

My wife and I love shopping here. Especially for baby food. They have great prices and a great variety. This Big Lots also has a Big Lots Furniture which is nice to get things at a reasonable price.
