Very frustrated by a couple of aspects of Appliance Warehouse’s services. We ordered a fridge from them with the understanding delivery wouldn’t be for another nine days. Our fridge was on its last leg, but we figured it could make it just that long. Noon the day before delivery, we were told the fridge was back ordered another two months. I completely understand they rely on suppliers, Supply Chains are in disarray right now, and the pushed back order wasn’t their fault; however I have two very big grievances with how this situation was handled from that point: 1. Why did they wait so long to tell us about the extended back order? That was precious time we lost and we were left scrambling because the fridge at that point really was gone. 2. They charged my credit card before the fridge had even shipped to them. I find that an unprofessional and made this whole situation ever more complicated. The sales guy I worked with was apologetic and handled my frustrations well (I know it wasn’t his fault specifically), but the only thing he was willing to do for me was offer a smaller fridge at the same price I had already paid or an awful color. All around, we are so frustrated by this experience which left our family for a week without a refrigerator just as the weather turned hot and we’re still in quarantine trying to limit grocery trips. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but the lack of transparency and their audacity to charge such a large amount on my credit card without shipping confirmation has inspired me to warn others against Appliance Warehouse if they are in a similar situation with an appliance.

Tony was friendly and thy buying experience was great. What was extremely disappointing was the delivery men and the excuses given to wheedle out of delivering to my upstairs apartment. I mentioned that the house was 200yrs old and that a washer and dryer were delivered 13 yrs ago by them. Suddenly, no one can lift dryers anymore. Ive had 3 appliances, 2 queen beds brought up over the banister during that time. I am waiting for a full refund and do not recommend this company unless you have single floor living only.Update: Appreciate the response, Jim. As mentioned in my post, Ive also had Three (3) appliances (with sharp corners) delivered without mishap. Two (2) of those appliances (dryer AND washer - same size each as the one that was not delivered yesterday) were delivered by your company from the same location making parts of your reply moot. Thank you for making sure a complete refund will be made. Best regards

This place is as busy as ever (phone rang probably 20 times while I was there) and Jim took the time to print out details on every single item which I needed for my new home. I am thrilled with the honest prices and transparency with delivery time. I have been to several appliance stores (Agren, Home Depot, Lowe’s) and walked out because of my disappointment in customer service, or lack of customer service. Nevertheless, placed my order for appliances this morning and feel very relieved. Thanks Jim & team!

Tony the sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I had to change the delivery date because of rain. The two delivery guys were right on time, very pleasant, and quick. . I was very pleased with the whole process!

Ive done business with them for over 15 years and never been disappointed. I feel so comfortable that I just called on the phone last Saturday afternoon to order a dishwasher - sight unseen. The plumber called on Sunday to schedule the delivery and installation. My new Whirlpool dishwasher was installed within a few days, and I couldnt be happier with everything. Super local business!

I dont know what is his title is or if he even has 1. But Tony is the man!! He could seriously teach classes on Customer Service! If it werent for him I think we would have LOST our mind! Let me back up 20 years. When we built our house 20 years ago we went to A.W. and had GREAT success with the products. Our original fridge STILL works! About 10 years ago we updated our appliances from a Big Box store. That was a mistake! Anyways, we decided to try A.W. again (thats where we should of gone when we updated) with our latest reno. My husband is a researcher, so prior to going he/we already knew what appliances we wanted. We went to A.W. and spoke with Tony (SO THANKFUL WE DID! ) He didnt have the appliances we were looking for but could certainly order them for us. Perfect! Fridge & Range came in direct from Manufacturing warehouse. The guys delivered it, unboxed it in my driveway. Lets just say they dont build things the way they used to! Called Tony, no problem, he immediately ordered us replacements. Long story short, Tony nor Appliance Warehouse could help how the manufacturer made these products. BUT it was Tony and his handling of our nightmarish problems that SAVED the day! 3 fridges, 3 stoves and 1 dishwasher later and we have the products that we are happy with. TONY SAVED THE DAY! I know beyond a doubt that the customer service we received from him we would NOT have gotten at a big box store. I CERTAINLY hope that his supervisors & boss know what an asset he is to there business!!! Tony, you need start a school on Customer Service! Oh and I should mention the 2 delivery guys, Matt & Corey ( I think) they were also very nice as well! I want to recommend EVERYONE go ask for Tony!

Great experience with Cameron here. Needed a new washer and dryer, went here after going to three other stores. They had the best price and I got them the next day. Delivery guys were great.

Very nice employees. Very helpful. They were more interested in making sure we got what we needed rather than directing us to the most expensive items.

In my time of need, they came through! I have bought many appliances at Appliance Warehouse. When my refrigerator died on a Friday, I rushed over to their store to pick out a refrigerator. The grandkids were having a sleepover on Saturday night. I COULD NOT be without my refrigerator. I arrived 5 minutes before closing. All the paperwork was done, and the information I needed for a rebate and warranty was very clear and easy. It was delivered on Saturday morning. The delivery crew was exceptional. Appliance Warehouse is ABSOLUTELY the place I will always go to.

If you have any problems with your appliances talk to Jim the owner. He is very thorough and will even borrow parts from his showroom to get your appliance fixed. Bought a couple rhings from here. Very satisfied

I needed a through-the-wall Frigidaire 12000 btu air conditioner when I moved because my apartment windows face south and the heat plant is close to my space. (It had to be a Frigidaire because the casing for the A/C was already in place and was for that brand.) A salesperson named Keene helped me and I put a $200.00 deposit on it and made payments until it was paid for. When I made the final payment, Keene brought the A/C to my truck and set it in the bed. Not only did Appliance Warehouse have the best price but their staff was very courteous and helpful. I have recommended them to several friends and they told me that their experience was the same.

I have purchased several appliances from Appliance Warehouse because the pricing is good. When I had a recent problem with a GE air conditioner they stepped in to help me with GE who was giving me the run around. AW resolved my problem at their expense while GE customer service ran me in circles. That is good customer service.

Transaction started badly. Refrigerator malfunctioned from first day--the freezer was too warm, and the main compartment was too cold. Two service calls failed to fix the problem: the issue seemed to be much more than settings adjustments and standard fixes. When I called to document the weeks of poor performance, the sales manager said he would contact the company to see what could be done. To my surprise, he called back in a couple weeks to say that the manufacturer had agreed to replace the faulty appliance, if I could wait a couple weeks. I could, and a new exact replacement was delivered, as promised. Now, months later, we have had no further problems, and we are very happy with the unit and the responsible service . Recommended!

Do not go and buy anything from this place . I was told finance was 100% guanted . Drove all the way down filled out the papper work and it was a no go . That was lie 1 . Lie 2 was the bank they told me they were going through . They clame they use merser bank . They insted have me fill out an app for G.E capital. Then clame they only take credit card . Gee boys scam much . I have reported them to the B.B.B. AND I WILL BE SEEKING MONEY FOR THE 5 HR,S OF MY TIME THEY WASTED . I WILL BE PLACING AN LEAN AGENST THERE STORE TO BE SURE THEY DO MAKE IT RIGHT BUY ME . BUYER,S BEWHERE DO NOT GET SCAMMED BUY THIS PLACE . - C. MEARS

The worst service and sales ever . Regret buying all the appliances from this business . Does not deserve a star.. And now 3 years later, The freezer door handle fell off, 6 service call for stove and counting and the dishwasher burned out!! Absolute junk and to this day it pisses me off that I ever walked in to that building!!!
