Everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly and courteous. I only needed an inspection sticker, so I was in and out within an hour. I came in for a new sticker. The old sticker was removed and the new one was applied with precision unlike any Ive seen before in sticker application. They even supplied a full one-year, dont-get-pulled-over-for-expired-sticker guarantee on the sticker. This is a review mostly about Jeff Campbell, a salesperson at Pape Chevrolet. He was the person who got my online inquiry about a 2017 lease-return Bolt that was featured on their website. We were searching for a specific type of Bolt that included the DC charging capability - after learning the hard way (being deceived and sold a Bolt without DC charging from a local competitor), that some Bolts dont have the feature.Jeff texted with me for more than an hour - answering each of my questions and providing me out the door numbers for both the older car and new 2021 Bolts with the type 3 charging capability. He even shared that the 2021 price might very well be going up tomorrow - Chevys price-change day. BTW - they did increase the next day.Jeff was very knowledgeable of EVs and even open to sharing his negative opinions of bad decisions made.Jeff even took the time to go over additional rebate possibility questions for the 2021 EV.The next day when we went in to check out the car in person with our Bolt expert friend, Jeff dealt with Tom just as professionally. Jeff also introduced us to the Pape dealership owner.We highly recommend asking for Jeff.

Last Friday I took a friend to Pape Chevrolet to trade in her truck. We met with Edward Myers, Sales Professional. He was pleasant enough but had very little interest in selling my friend a new truck. His attitude was cavalier at best. Ive been in the automotive industry since 1969. One thing I have learned over time, was the value of a customer, and a satisfied customer. When a customer came through my door, I made sure that they were treated as the most important customer to come in, and in fact they were. I relied on my customers to tell people how well they were treated, and for them to tell their friends. Eventually, their friends came to me for repair and that is how a successful business stays in business. Perhaps Pape Chevrolet can afford to let a sale and customer slip away, but that is a very poor way to conduct business, especially if you want to stay in business. The bottom line is that we went to a Ford dealership, were welcomed as potential customers and purchased a beautiful 2019 Ford pickup, all because the dealership went the extra mile to secure our business.

This was a very low pressure sale. Our salesman, Ben Welch, couldnt possibly have been any nicer, easy going, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the fact that he let us, my wife and I, take the truck out for a nice test ride alone, and that gave us a great chance to get a feel for the vehicle and talk about what we should do!!

I need all 4 brakes and rotors on my car, but you are way too expensive. You markup parts by 54% over what I can purchase parts for. Also, your labor rate is 21% higher than other local auto repair centers. If your price quote wasnt so outrageous I would have considered having you do the repairs, but I can save $250-$270 to have the repairs done elsewhere.

Amazing experience with the sales team

Back window would not go up or down. So for $125 they looked at it. Said probably a broken wire somewhere. How long will that take to fix. Dont know we have to follow the wire. At $125 an hour I dont think so. Service department has always been poor for years.

We stopped buy to test drive a used vehicle. Scot helped us and there was great because it was not high pressure and he was just helpful and informative. We were slightly in a rush but we were able to get in and out quickly without feeling like youre being interrogated like some other car dealerships.

Fred Pape personally oversaw my entire experience. Price was great, in and out quickly, very sanitary environment, everyone wears masks, and the spirit is high.

Pape is always a pleasant place to be. All the sales people are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the service staff is very prompt.
