I had a great experience at Grayce Bridal (was Blush then!). I found my dress as soon as I pulled up to the building! The staff was excellent, friendly, and made my appointment comfortable and fun for everyone. Was not pressured to try anything on that I wasnt interested in, and the staff was very respectful of my budget and preferences. Highly recommend!

Blush Bridal in South Portland was absolutely beautiful from the dresses to the tiaras and veils to the actual building and rooms I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! We did the vip appointment and the mimosas and snacks were amazing and the robe I got is so beautiful! I was so happy to have found my dress with the help of Emilie she was wonderful to work with!

Where do I even begin! To put it simply, I started and ended my dress search with other bridal stores in between who just didnt measure up. The staff here are unbelievably fit for their jobs, making me feel both comfortable and excited about the dress shopping experience. Eryn was fantastic and provided the exact commentary I needed to help further my vision. She was genuine, attentive and took my feedback (or lack thereof) to help guide subsequent dress choices. I never felt pressured, I just felt like I fit in and was with friends who wanted the best for my big day.

I had a wonderful experience with Toni at Blush Bridal! The whole place, especially the private suite/dressing room area, was beautiful and comfortable for my family and me, and with Tonis expertise, I found my wedding dress in the span of an hour. The whole team at Blush was accommodating and kind and helped me to feel special and confident during my visit. They were also very considerate of my budget, which I really appreciated. The champagne toast and Polaroid photo of our group to celebrate was so fun!

I am awestruck by my experience at Blush! I was lucky enough to be gifted a Luxe experience and was blown away. My consultation call with Eryn was reason enough to spring for the luxe experience. I didn’t want to hang up the phone- she was so kind, excited, and genuine! She asked me about my style and preferences, we talked about the wedding vision and how it reflected our relationship. When I met Eryn at the appointment I felt like I was meeting up with a lifelong friend. I walked into the private suite to find mimosas, snacks, a rack of dresses pulled from the inspo pics I sent, and flowers and a note from my fiancé that they helped coordinate. We started the appointment looking through the rack to talk through what I liked. Eryn was so patient with me when I had trouble articulating what I did or didn’t like about dresses, she went out of her way to show me options, incorporate my feedback and talk through styles and customization. While I didn’t end up getting my dress at Blush, Eryn and the luxe appointment was the highlight of my dress shopping weekend and I’m infinitely grateful!

I had a tough time figuring out what I wanted for a dress, and my stylist at Blush was very patient. Ended up finding my dream dress and cant wait to wear it!I did feel extremely rushed during the check-out process and I wish they had taken a little more time to show me how to bustle my dress and talk through the different lining/color options instead of just rushing me through the sale. That made me feel pretty upset at the end of what was otherwise a nice experience.

Sensing my exasperation, Emilie encouraged me to try on a couple of different styles for fun.Turns out that was the push I needed, because in those last few minutes of the appointment I fell in love with a dress I never thought I could ever confidently wear!! I had an amazing experience at Blush in Portland. Unlike other bridal shops I had visited, I never felt like I was being rushed in and out of dresses. The space itself is charming, and I loved that each private studio has a built-in curtain divider--I got to stay in the same place to both try on and reveal dresses to my guests. I had Emilie today for my bridal appointment and she was wonderful. I really felt that she listened to me and kept my vision in mind the entire time. She also didn’t want to let me try on a dress that was off the rack, something that would have had to fit exactly or be too big, and she didn’t want to let me love something I couldn’t have in the end! I thought that was really a good idea and good foresight lol. I said from the beginning I wanted a lot of sparkle and she really catered to that. She had a great balance of helping me pick out dresses and letting me browse on my own. She really included my friends that I had with me, and listened to their thoughts and suggestions also. I had a thousand questions and she was patient with them all. She even went to ask if I had a question and she wasn’t sure of the answer. The dress I ended up choosing, is the one that she had thought of when I said what I wanted. I couldn’t have had a better experience today; she really made me feel bridal and special. The shop is gorgeous! The atmosphere is amazing! The fitting assistant was wonderful! She made sure the bride knew her dress options and made sure to show that the alterations will look like to ensure the bride was 1000% positive her dress was found even when the color she tried on wasnt what she was ordering.

The first time I arrived was amazing! Kaylee was a pleasure to work with and did everything in her power to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The second time I arrived to pick up my dress was a different story. I’m disappointed because this was my final look at the dress and my consultant wasn’t helpful and didn’t guide me in any way. The top of my dress was big, so I was hoping she’d clip it up so I could get an accurate representation of my wedding dress or maybe even “dress it up”. She barely spoke to me and made my friends and I feel awkward so we left. And unfortunately I left feeling discouraged. I love my dress and I love Blush, but I was just disappointed with how my final fitting went. I expected more.

Katherine at Blush was very personable and helpful when trying on wedding dresses.My bridesmaids, my mom, and myself all had fun looking through the selection and the time flew by. I found my dress during that first visit within the first 30 minutes! The rest of the time was spent trying on other dresses just to confirm it was the one. Katherine took pictures of us and helped us celebrate!Katherine was able to offer suggestions for seamstresses to help with alterations based on the type of dress I got, which was awesome. Also, she gave me suggestions for cleaning services for after the wedding, which was something I did not even think of until that moment!Blush is all about those details that make wedding planning and dress shopping special and helpful.

I’d like to start this review by saying that I am SO impressed with how the store manager, Amanda, handled the situation! **Please read to the end** Last month, I went into Blush Bridal with a group of bridesmaids to get dresses for my friend’s wedding. We had made an appointment and we had checked to make sure (over the phone and over Facebook) that there were a variety of sample bridesmaid dress sizes to try on, as multiple women in the party are plus size and we were driving a few hours to shop! After being told that there are a large range of sizes to shop through in the store, we were very excited to go in! Of the 3 bridesmaid dress brands Blush carried, we unfortunately picked the one (Bill Levkoff) that didn’t send Blush a good variety of sample sizes — Bill Levkoff was picked by the bride simply because of the exact color she was looking for, but we weren’t told that would mean there wouldn’t be many sizes to try on! We didn’t know that some of the bridesmaids would not have any sample dresses to try on at all... so some of us had to buy a dress by just looking at them, not trying anything on. We left disappointed. One of the bridesmaids left a review about this experience and the manager quickly reached out to her to ensure her that the experience did not speak to the vision of Blush and she made the situation right with that individual. THEN, the manager proceeded to reach out to the bride and personally apologize .. AND the rest of the bridal party. She also refunded us an amount off the prices we paid for the dresses, apologized, and informed us that they actually are not longer working with Bill Levkoff because they don’t match their store vision. I really appreciated the level to which Amanda personally connected with each of us to ensure that we were heard. That meant a lot— not many businesses care about their customer experience to this degree and I think that speaks volumes about the business’s authenticity and empathy. I will absolutely be back in store because of the type of business Amanda proved to me Blush is— one that is size-inclusive and body-positive!

Highly Recommend, They go the Extra Mile!! I feel extremely fortunate to have contacted Blush Bridal for my dream wedding dress. As I called Blush to order my wedding dress over the phone, providing them with the Dress Maker and Style Number, they worked with me to order a dress that was in stock to ensure it arrived early enough for my fittings since my wedding was on a couple months away. As this was a phone order, I was grateful for all their guidance and help to ensure I got the right dress in the time required.And then the Corona Pandemic happened...As many small business have been forced to do they closed their shop BUT not before contacting me and delivering my dress to me! It was an amazing moment to know I would still have my dress for my alterations appointments and finally see it on! Kylee and team were just terrific throughout every phone conversation and keeping me appraised of updates. They made me feel like a special bride every step along the way. Thank you Blush Bridal! After initially feeling disappointed by my experience at another bridal salon, I went to Blush with low expectations. But within the first ten minutes of trying on gowns, I was blown away by the selection and particularly by Seve, my bridal consultant. She was incredibly kind, patient, and nurturing to create the experience I was looking for. So, while I did not enjoy my original experience with Blush, the shop is truly beautiful and the owner is clearly very dedicated to making sure every bride has an amazing experience and anyone who does not has the issue addressed. I already purchased my dress elsewhere, but after my experience with the owner I would highly encourage any bride to visit Blush!

Blush was the absolute best! I was lucky to have the first appointment of the day and work with two amazing consultants who made sure I found a dress that I loved and felt comfortable and confident in. They listened carefully to my feedback and brought in dresses until I found the perfect one. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Blush and would highly recommend it to any bride!

My consultant Skylar was absolutely spectacular. She was patient with my fickleness and had great taste! I found exactly what I wanted and feel so beautiful and confident in my selection. Highly recommend! Brides are also able to look through the dresses themselves, which other competitors in the area do not allow. My experience at Blush was 5 star for sure and the boutique is so aesthetically pleasing and spacious.
