I showed up expecting and easy in and out but when I gave my name all I received was a look of Oh no. I was told my order was set for Saturday and they had called but the arrangement they made was now no good. Needless to say I got a bit hostile and being 63 365lbs and a infantry combat veteran, the lady behind the counter handled the situation amazingly. When i pulled up the email it had the wrong date and wrong phone number on it and I appologize for the error and proceeded to ask what was needed to fix this since it was my 1st year anniversary with my wife. Her reply was nothing but it would take an hour to remake. I thanked and apologized for my reactions earlier and they banged out a beautiful arrangement in just over 30 minutes. My wife loved it and it tasted absolutely delicious! Thank you for saving my present for my wife and dealing with my attitude!

New had a totally satisfying experience. The arrangement was awesome, it was delivered at the appropriate time and the fruit was delicious. I would recommend Edible Arrangements to anyone. It makes a super delicious gift which can be shared with others. A wonderful way to surprise your loved one or friend at work or at home. Great idea for someone recovering from an illness or surgery at home.

Less than satisfied. I could rant and rave about how inconvenient this whole experience was but I’ll just say, for people who live a long ways away, they rely on things like this to surprise loved ones. So to receive an “I couldn’t care less” attitude by whom I spoke to on the phone and no straight answer as to why their “best driver” was unsuccessful twice for my arrangement’s delivery was extremely disappointing. Next time, I’ll drive the hours to get to my loved ones and make it myself. At least I won’t have to spend as much.

Delivery driver was blaring car radio for 10 minutes in my driveway at 7:00pm. Do you give them a crash course in courtesy 101? So very rude. Upset my entire household. Gift card had spelling errors! COME ON! Spell check?? Very unprofessional. This was a very expensive thank you gift to my family. No Excuses for a gift that has a hefty price tag. There is always room for improvements and corrections. You are unique and one of a kind in your profession. Don t take that for granted.Your baskets are amazing so dont ignore these issues.

It is so refreshing to see a company that really cares about the product and how the costumer feels. I never write reviews, but feel this store really deserves some recognition. My coworkers were impressed, and we voted the chocolate covered bananas were to die for. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

I went to Edible Arrangements for the first time today. I was completely pleased with the arrangement we got. The fruit was fresh, the chocolate coating was just the right thickness. The people who received it were grateful and thrilled. Everyone was happy. :D

I would give 0 stars to this company. My package showed up 4 days late, completely melted and destroyed. Called the local store in South Portland Maine and they were rude and offered no help. Called the 1-800 customer service number and got nothing but a recording. Never got my money back and never got any help from anyone from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Delivery fee is normally $14.99 which I found reasonable. My mother lives a mile beyond their 15 mile limit. They want to add on a whopping $30 fee to go the extra mile. Thats more than the cost of the product. I asked if there was a military discount or anything else they could do, to which they simply said, no. Clearly this is a franchise that does not go the extra mile.

Ive ordered from Edible Arrangements a few times as gifts (I even received one for Valentines day once) and every time has been a great experience! The first time I had no idea what to order for a friends mom for her birthday, and Jessica helped me decide on a lovely & affordable arrangement. My friends whole family loved it much more than regular flowers! Dont let any of the bad reviews steer you away- in all my experiences Ive received an amazing product that shows the staff really care. I cant wait till the next occasion I get to give one of these, theyre always a hit & so unique.

What a waste of time. I drove an hour to get here and they forgot to make it. Then I check my email and it says picked up and not canceled. The store claims they put in for a refund and customer service Won’t answer. So I’ll deal with the return from my bank later.

Complete rip off... Not what was in the description of what I ordered. There were like 5 pieces of chocolate covered fruit. I also had it delivered to my boyfriends shop so I got to see it when he opened it. So disappointed especially for the cost. Never again!

Customer service is everything. Called the shop with a fairly simple question and was taken aback at how abrupt and unhelpful the woman was. Oh well. I have other gift options.
