I always make a point of stopping at this ScrubaDub Car Wash location thanks to fantastic, unforgettable service from Matthew. He is so capable and accommodating. He takes the time to help me understand what services will get my car in tiptop shape, then makes sure the job is done right. (I also love the fun in-store water gun!) Will be back. Thanks, Matt!

A great quality wash and very good customer service. My car always comes out shiny and clean. The guys are great at fulfilling any request I have and do it with a smile on their faces.

The customer service at the South Portland location is excellent! Inside the store and at the wash I’ve always been greeted with a smile and the attendants are eager to help. Kenya in the store always offers a warm welcome and some light to your day. Great location!

Jacob helped me was my car twice when the kids used marker to write on it. After two washes a few spots remained. Jacob said I could go through again if I liked and even suggested some additional cleaning products. He went above and beyond for a touch less care wash experience. Very friendly and know the only place I’ll get my car washed. Plus free vacuuming.

I was greeted by two gents (Both named Matt) I had never been before so I had questions about the wash. They were both helpful friendly and funny. They urged me to join the plan but I wanted to test the wash first. I will be back in the future. Great wash for the $$

Matt is great! Helpful when you need help putting air in your tires. The car wash is great. Coin operated vacuums on site.

They have a very good system here and my car came out sparkling. Jacob was very nice. They also have fair prices. I would return here again.

The manager Matt was super helpful in cleaning my Jeep and helping with some minor scratches on my passenger side door. Will definitely be back when I’m back in Auburn, ME. Keep on scrubbing scrub a dub!

I had my Honda CR-V detailed here after taking it on a cross country trip. I could hardly tell what color and condition my car was in. I googled car washes in Maine when I arrived, and came across Scrubadub and when I saw the reviews I had to try them. AHHHHMAAAZING SERVICE!!! From beginning to end I was not pressured into any upgrades or anything I did not want. My car looks better than before and I cannot thank them enough for their professional service, and the manager Matt was so detailed and made sure my experience was great. Highly recommend!!

Went to this location for an exterior car wash. All the guys were professional and the car looked great!

This was the one car wash I trusted. I am leasing my vehicle from Berlin City and every time they do my routine service they give me a voucher for a free wash at Scrub a dub, so I figure if they trust them I will. Didnt have a problem at first (I was making the trip in weekly by this time) but then I went through and there were circular scratches all over my hood! Just what I wanted on a lease vehicle. I will not go back even with the free vouchers.

My first carwash as a driver/grown-up (yes, Im a grown adult who has been driving since 16). Theyre great for kids - Disney characters hanging up and lots of stickers handed out for children. Part of my avoidance was finding the carwash scary as a little kid, so I always avoided it. Nice that my son is excited to go again!

My car is covered in white road salt and theyre CLOSED! 😥 And most the time I have to go through twice.

Dans customer service with luxury car owners who need help with car features like brake assist is top notch.This is a quick rinse wash location.

Paid for the most expensive wash ($23) and it was the fastest wash ever. My car did not get as clean as it should for that price and there was still soap and bugs along with break dust on it afterwards.

Great car wash that gets your car clean quickly and easily. The whole process is very streamlined and efficient. Youre never waiting too long to get through and the tunnel does a great job.

Forever this place had free vacuums. I would get gas here, use the vacuums and get a car wash every so often. Now you have to be a member or pay $2 to vacuum? Yeah no thank you. I have a small shop vac at home, your gas prices are a bit high and I can wash my car at home. You lost about $80 is business to charge an extra $2 for vacuum usage. I loved this place for the convenience and that I didnt need to wash my car at home or drag out my shop vac. Hate companies that just try to milk money. Not to mention, there was no warning of this. I ended up waiting for a spot near the vacuums to find out it costs. Extremely rude and a dumb decision to make as a business. Lost my business :)

Paid 22.50 for a car wash with tire shine. Tires did not shine after I told them twice that the last 2 visits they also did not shine. They even wrote it on the windshield. Went back and they all discussed it, wrote it on my window again and sent me through again. 1 tire now shinesIts ridiculous

One of the few car washes where they have towels, window cleaner, and free vacuum cleaners. They have the machines properly adjusted so my mirrors dont get folded going through, like most, and the car is always spotless after going through (Ultimate Wash - most places dont get the bugs off the front). I live a hundred miles away, but make a point to stop whenever I am in the area!

The machine broke my rear view mirror and all Im getting from the supervisor is attitude which is very unprofessional

Their staff really do care about customer satisfaction, I once lost my rear wiper blade in their carwash and then mentioned it to the woman behind the counter. After they found it in the wash the next day, their manager called me and asked for some info about my car, then ordered me a new one, free of charge, he even helped me install it. Their wash cleans my car very thoroughly, I love the unlimited wash program and use it at least once a week since the parking lot where I work is directly under a firing squad of Seagull droppings all spring and summer long.

The cheapest car wash is $14 and yet my windshield still had tons of bug guts and the side of the car still had mud streaks after.

Normally this is a great place but on busy days and the staff cant direct traffic properly... I dont think i will be going back there. I am not going wait for a half hour in line for them to tell me to back up and let other people to continually cut in front of me... I dont have time to sit there all day...

Great place for a quick wash

I went here to vacuum my car, and the vacuum has no suction. It seems like the hose might have holes.

Staff here are great and this is a company Im happy to do business with.

Love the free vacuums but no place to recycle? Most of the time I need to clean my car its bottles and receipts that could be recycled!

I came in to get my truck washed and it was extremely filthy very friendly staff great job making the truck look brand new will definitely recommend to all my friends

Very short car wash 9 bucks for a basic wash..

Nice car wash. Automated with an attendant completing a pre-wash with a wand and brush. Good drying cycle. Nice touch with cloths for wiping down the car afterwards. Not cheap but none really are.

Great customer service. Had a situation with a lost wheel cap after a wash which was taken care of promptly and professionally.

Decent wash, attendant pre washes dirty areas, reasonably priced at $8. Free vacuums that are powerful.

Paid 17.50 for a wash and my car was still filthy. Vacuums are always full. They probably upcharged me and pocketed the extra considering that there is a big tip jar full of cash for a TOUCHLESS wash. My car was in there just as long as everyone elses.

The more expensive wash didnt clean any better than the cheaper wash and the attendant was as pleasant as a rotten lemon.

A bit pricy but a great wash.
