Horrifying…literally and figuratively! Don’t buy anything here. They tell you you can return/exchange through a certain date..we go in to exchange (before the end date given at point of sale) a pair of tights that were not sized according to the packaging and we’re exchanging for another pair. I spent 78.00 originally and only wanted to exchange the tights for a bigger size and were told by the same person (manager) that we could not. I was absolutely disgusted by this. She ended up doing but kept telling me she wouldn’t. All those years of shopping here…I will never be back!

If youre going to any spirit of Halloween store pick this location!! The Biddeford location is AWFUL the selection is entirely lackluster and the manager is a giant jerk who will lie to you before hes willing to get off his bum to help you. This location at Maine mall was amazing. The staff was super helpful the products were actually available unlike the Biddeford location. I mean its night and day in regards to how much better Maine mall location is. So trust me its worth the drive.

Im not gonna buy anything from a store that scams their customers. Not shopping here again.

Absolutely love this store and look forward to shopping and just looking around every Halloween. I wish it was open year round. I always buy my childrens costumes here and am always pleased. Also buy home decor I keep up year round

Several displays were not working, the heat was turned up very high causing me to sweat profusely and the prices were on the High side.

Idk what the standards are for halloween props but the things they are selling here look and feel dangerous. Their fake axes, and knives, and such are still very sharp and made out of hard plastic. Im a soon to be new parent and walking in here made me realize that. What happened to foam??? The place was very chaotic. Service was awful. Not sure what halloween is to people anymore.
