I love dollar tree. But the employees here are always just talking to each other when you are trying to check out and not paying attention to customers. They dont talk to you. They walk away in the middle of a transaction. Very rude.

Staff was nice, ( Thanks Emily) I saw some items that I hadnt seen in our Dallas, Texas stores.

I Loved it!! I am doing crafts and I like that the store has craft supplies. The associate was very helpful and nice to talk to. I also received help to my car with all my bags.

I absolutely love Dollar Tree especially this location- its the biggest one in this area. Even know this location is huge the staff dose a great job at keeping its stocked up & clean. During Christmas this location was hit hard & yet the staff was still super helpful and friendly. They even had a cashier that dressed up as Santa- it was honestly so great to see in such hard times. The employee was super friendly while dressed up. When children would come through the line he would connect with everyone one of them making the visit a bit more exciting and special. My son on the spectrum & has a fear of Santa & once I told the man my son was a little spooked he was on a mission to make my son as comfortable. While heading to the back he stopped & asked my son if he was ready to met him. Once my son thought it was on his terms he was more opened to it & within a few short minutes my son was no longer hiding behind me but wanting to chase down Santa. Shopping with children on the spectrum can be very hard- Ive left many stores with nothing & both of us walking out crying, Ive been asked to leave stores due to him being to exciting & a bit loud, we had times where hes snuck out of his belt and takes off running, needless to say weve had some really hard Shopping experiences especially when its a busy store. Ive literally left stores crying & saying I would never bring him Shopping with me again. But as a single mom I barely go shopping without him there. And most of our shopping experiences arent the greatest not even good. So to have such a pleasant experience & someone go out of their way to make others smile in these hard times is absolutely amazing. And he made our day for sure.This store is opened during the pandemic and requires everyone wears a mask in stores. They also offer sanitizer.

A lot of great stuff thats really bad for you, at prices that allow you to get what seems like a lot! We love it!!

Its a great place to go

Wow! I know its a dollar store but Common! Busy store with ONE open register with a line of 15 or more lined almost to the back of the store. Having managed such a store, i dont believe the cashier was alone in the store. Wheres some help? Open a couple more registers!!! Wheres the on duty manager? Too important to run register?? And after two of us finally got sick of it and asked the cashier why, she says shes been busy working and didnt notice the line!! This with little social distancing and masking going on. Customer service is paramount.

I was able to get what I needed but The store was a mess. Everything was turned upside down. Need at least 2 people to organize throughout the day.

Normally Id give it a five or at least a four or a three because the food and drinks and other things at my own personal convenience as far as household living goes, but I felt Id give this a one (shouldve been a negative), and I believe I have that reason.On July 16, 2018 around 4 PM, when I was in the checkout line to buy some stuff, I have politely informed the clerk behind the cash register that only one soda be paid for out of cash while everything else to be paid in food stamps. I was very clear and specific of the instructions that I insisted the clerk to comply. I gave her a specific instruction that and I told her only one soda--not two out of cash while everything else is food stamps. She wasnt listening nor paying attention. I am sick of her major malfunction. She even gave me attitude and playing dumb with me because of a simple instruction. She is really incompetent and should be fired. And that is why Id rate this a one---because of her and ironically enough, that is the same rating as her intelligence, attention span, or even the way she treats me as I was trying to be polite and direct. I could boycott the location, but that would be too easy. Im just going to a different register where that someone else would be more intelligent and attentive to the specific instructions Id give them in regards of making a transaction to know what is to be used on food stamps and to be used on cash---and I mean real cash and not on the EBT card.At a different location later that day around 7:30 PM. the different clerk at least has treated me well---if not better, and she knew me well almost long before she was even employed in the Portland location---despite my past experience with that location a few years ago.

The store is very dirty and items laying on the floor in every aisle and also bits and pieces of trash everywhere. Wont come here again.

This store has definitely seen better days. This place is absolutely disgusting. Last summer they lost A/C for a few days and everything was melted and hot. Nothing was thrown out. I know its a dollar but cleanliness should still be important. Very unorganized and unfortunate

Big store. Good selection. Sometimes the housewares end up being a better deal per unit in bulk at other stores. Great place for helium balloons, kids party supplies, or when you need a little of something at a good price, $1!

Customer service there absolutely stinks.After waiting in line half an hour, the cashier somehow broke the machine. Manager came and moved the customer ahead of me to another line but I was told to go stand in line at another of the two remaining open counters, each of which had at least six people in line, with large orders. I had eight items. Cashier too bad for you, I dont know what to do. You cant fix stupid!!!!!

I use to love going to this store,notice though that it is starting to look dirty and unorganized.I really dont know why, once a clean store and items in the pass was easy to find had a sudden downfall hopefully they can make this place better again.I shop there now for convenience, but even then I dont find what Im looking for so I had to change the rating. I could see if it was the Christmas season like now, but this has been going on through the summer months as well.

Store is clean and well stocked. Wish I could give more stars, the only cashier was verbally abused by the man behind me. She handled his complaining with grace. There was some dish soap on the floor near her station...which she couldnt see and being the only cashier couldnt leave her station to clean it. This man continued to tell her how lazy she was (while she was ringing up my things) she said that she was super busy and would call someone when she got a chance. In an effort to stop his verbal assault, she called the floor manager while still checking my stuff with one hand. This man still didnt give up and tried blaming her for the mess on the floor when the manager showed up. I felt so bad for this cashiet, she was just doing her job. This is a great place to shop and employees well trained. I hope the manager gives her a raise or a paid day off!

Old female cashier causes lost sales while leaving their register on but refusing to walk over to it or even acknowledge the customers waiting at it. They looked at their line multiple time and even after their co-worker notifies them to walk back from refilling specific balloon bin. Go to any of the other area dollar trees let this one fail.

It is ok, but I have a hard time with the way the store looks. I wonder when they cleaned up the floor the last time...never vacuumed..just mess all over... available be merchandise is fine . But due to the cleanliness.ive been there a whole lot less than usual.

Me and my friends tried to enter the store at 9:44 PM, they closed at 10. when a man grabbing the shopping carts yelled at us NO he was a big meanie and we only wanted grab a pair of headphones. Im guessing he closed the cash registers early, and just wanted to leave. But we went to walmart and get headphones there. Stan walmart!!!

This was my 1st and last time at this Dollar Tree. The store was a mess!! Stuff thrown everywhere, empty shelves, dirty. Felt like I needed a shower when I left. Awful.

Great place to find things before you go to the grocery store or Walmart

Its dollar tree. Most things in the freezer section are jumbled so much and frozen with pieces of ice on them some packages you dont know what it is. Let alone something are open and sprawled out in the freezer area. The store needs a bathroom for customers. Saw a pregnant lady who asked for a bathroom they told her there wasnt one and she would have to go to the other stores in the shopping center. So its not the best place. But its dollar tree but the customer service here is non existent sometimes.

This store was very messy. The shelves were in disarray, very unorganized. Only 2 clerks on a Saturday so lined were long.

They sell Welchs soda.

The only thing that made it 5 stars is that the older lady at the register with the blonde hair was so helpful and attentive.. she should get raise!!!

The store is sooooo dirty. The floors look like they have never been vacuumed (at 10 am when they have just opened) and all the items are total mess all over the place.

Unfriendly....help doesnt care. Marnager walking around with big drinks as we stood inline.
