Horrible company. They lie to you about what insurance covers, send you a CPAP and then proceed to charge your credit card for things “not covered”. Oh and then try to call. 3 hours and hung up on 4 times and still no customer satisfaction. I am sending the CPAP back and will never use this company.
Absolute worst customer service and impossible to schedule an equipment pick-up with that doesnt interfere with a normal 8-4 work schedule.
I found Mike the equipment delivery person to have a be very pleasant and very easy to speak with on delivery and pickup of my O2 concentrator. Thank you!
After hospitalization for lung and heart problems, Apria was at my home in 45 mins. They brought a large o2 machine, 3 tanks and a little shoulder bag, and came back 3 times to help me use it.Thanks, Apria!!!
We are new to Apria, Kim and Judy at the local branch in South Portland, ME are exceptional, they return my calls promptly and always professional and helpful. I did not have much luck with the out of state help center, but the local office is wonderful!
We have been dealing with Apria for at least 20 years. We started in NY where we were called every six months to review our needs to now in Maine being put on ignore. Their service has gone from a plus 9 to a minus 20. Orders are not shipped. phone numbers are constantly being changed so it is impossible to talk to someone.
Like many people,I find this company to be the absolute worst customer service. I have been with them for ten years. If you are just reordering CPAP supplies, it is OK,if you dont mind repeating the same info overtime you order( 3months). They cant answer anything that is not on their usual script. I tried to call their Portsmouth,NH,office to talk with a person who had previously spoken with me. The call remotes into their call center which I think is in New York. They kept insisting I go to Lewiston Maine for my mask fitting. They would not listen to anything I said to the contrary.I have complained to my insurer as well as my pulmonologist about these people. They agree its a terrible company to deal with, yet they keep referring people to them. Why is this?? DO THEY GET A KICKBACK FROM THEM??
Impossible to talk to the local office. Automated system takes several minutes to enter info, only to repeat the process and then end up in the Phillipines.
The worst customer service i have ever experienced. they cannot deliver one small part. they are 3 miles from my location, yet i must speak to someone outside of the u.s.a.
I have had nothing but trouble with this company. They keep getting my insurance wrong and keep trying to get money out of me for services that have been paid for. I keep getting calls from people in other countries, asking me for private information regarding bills that have been paid. Choose another company do not choose this company when deciding a provider for your personal healthcare needs..
I am still trying to get my 600 that my insrance paid them after I spent over 1200 on CPAP equipment that I found on line for less than 500. Then they had the setup in the hallway. Unbelievable for the worlds largest medical equipment supplier. Shame on you APRIA
This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They cannot seem to coordinate anything with my insurance company, and I have to go back and forth with them every month to resolve an issue with a $300 piece of medical equipment that was rented. I know our healthcare and insurance system is messed up, but this company must only employ idiots. Thanks for nothing!
You can not talk to anybody at this company except their oversea call center. I have tried 4 times to set up an appointment to get my CPAP repaired. Evidently these guys get paid to talk on the phone but are not rated on successful experience because they have hung up or got disconnected on me after 20-30 minutes and never called back.
