I’ve taken my vehicle to Daland a few times over the last 6 months and they’ve been fantastic to work with. I loved their customer service and attention to detail when they did some body work on my car and decided to only go to Daland for detailing as well. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and highly recommend them to my family, friends and also anyone looking for a body shop.

I was instructed by Esurance to take my car to this shop. The customer service given by Moises was excellent!! He is a ROCK STAR!! He showed genuine concern over all aspects of the repair process, from explaining how the repairs will be done to a car rental. I will be bringing my car here for repairs!!

Brought my car in on a Monday afternoon and got it back on Friday. They are friendly, fast and do great, guaranteed work. The shop was incredibly clean. Everything about my experience here was good, and for a older woman having to deal with a body shop, that says a lot. The best part was that my car came back looking and smelling like it was brand new! Thanks Daland!

I had a bumper and fender replaced and colored matched and their work was mediocre but there customer service was even worse. This was my first time dealing with a insurance claim and they did nothing to warn me using the other parties insurance was going to be such a hassle. The service rep down played the whole thing easy work, easy color to match, have it done in 4-5 hours and also said he would have all the scratches touched up. So I dropped it off expecting it back the same day based on what I was told. Later in the day talking to the service rep he denied saying it would be done in a day and got all defensive and said it would take a week. It took over a week and then I was told it was done but I couldnt pick it up until the insurance company paid. So after holding my vehicle hostage two days I went down and covered the bill so I could get my vehicle back and none of the touch up work was done. Once pointed out they tried to rush through the touch ups but it was sloppy. Its obviously a successful business and theyre probably resting on their laurels because a new business operating like this would fail.

I love the work that DALAND has done to my car. The people here are also really nice. A lady named Dawna at the front desk always had a nice bubbly personality and called me with updates. The reason Im giving it 2 stars are mostly because I came to DALAND 3 separate occasions, I believe (dont judge me). Every single time it was through insurance. All 3 times they quoted me about a week and a half, every single time they had to push it back anywhere from 3-7 days. I didnt mind since I had a rental through the insurance and they kept my insurance updated. Now the biggest reason why I give it 3 stars.. I went back on my own behalf, the clips were falling off since I ran a tire over on the freeway. The guy who did the estimate asked me if I was going through the insurance, I explained that I just wanted the clips and didnt care about ordering a new front bumper. He put something in the sides and told me that if for some reason it came back out I should call them and they would order the clips which were like $40 each. It came back out within 2 days. I gave them a call and told them I would like to order the clips after all. The receptionist (who was not Dawna) told me she would pass on the message. They never got back. I think that it just wasnt a big enough project for them to make money from. If it would have been through the insurance Im pretty sure they would have loved doing business with me.

Got My Car Back Early. But Metal Trim On Front Area of Windows Were Loose, They Stated On The Work Sheet That Was Left In My Car That They Cleaned The Door Fobs, InsidePart Of Car Doors..Daland Denied They Touched It. Wont Use Daland Again. Wont Reccomend Them Either.

This is worst shop ever. I hit a rock on the freeway my transmission was cracked. I dropped off for an estimate Friday they tolme there were not going to be able look at it till Monday. But my daughter had an accident and she past away I call them and told them that I needed to travel out of the country and they said it was fine and I came back I had no money to fix my car I have tow it out then they charge me 3.5 hours for inspection my transmission was cracred i dont get how they spent 3.5 hours $350 and $1300 for storage

2nd time I had my convertible Mustang 1st time great job... 2nd time not a good job.... 1st of all my convertible top wont go completely flat when open it, another the driver side that repaired is bent, and they were supposed to fix my alignment cause from the accident, not fixed, I was told to call my mechanic and have him fix it that its ware and tare..... I get a rent a car usually and need a deposite no problem but not being happy with there work I think they should take care of deposited for the rent a car. Wouldnt recommend Daland wont go back there if I ever needed to......

This is the worst place ever my things were stolen out of my car when i brought it to daland body shop to have my fender and hood repaired. My daughter forgot her back pack in our family van along with my sunglasses and my husbands gps that was in glove box. Everything all gone. Thanks rich some great place you got! 😢Dont go here they also did a terrible job on my mini van. Im taking it somewhere else to have body work done

Very unpleasant experience.They seem to be on the insurance side of things.I m posting this review so I might save someone the headache that I went through.I would not send anyone to them for anything.Do not go to this place unless u want to get screwed.
