Unfortunately Im too familiar with this place lol. They do great work though. I worked with David and Lupe and they were wonderful. Made the whole experience of mutilating my car bearable. Car looks brand new again and the work is guaranteed for the cars lifetime. You cant beat that!

Peninsula Auto Body is excellent! They took care of everything for me, and the process of a fender bender very easy to deal with... their staff was friendly, knowledgable, and they were perfectionist when repairing my car. I appreciate that they were able to keep me updated on the repairs via text messages.

Anyone who needs car repairs know how frustrating and nerve-wracking it can all be when it comes to going to body shops but this wasnt the case with Peninsula Auto body shop. They were super nice and efficient the moment I walked through the door. I felt like my car was in good hands and I was able to get it back right on time. All I can say is that they are awesome

The staff are very friendly and reliable. I called quite a few times and every time they were happy to answer any question I had. They’re quick I had to have my back door replace with paint job along with a couple of other dents fixed, and they were done less than a week. They also fixed a few small things free of charge. Thank you so much 😊 I definitely recommend!!!

I have brought my car in here on two different occasions, once for a deep scratch on my passenger door and again for a bumper replacement when I got rear-ended. Both times I was very impressed with the team’s professionalism and quality of work.They worked with my insurance seamlessly and kept me updated on the progress. My car was ready on time or a day earlier than expected on both occasions. I have a tricky car color and both times they were able to do an exact match on the new parts!Most recently, I called in asking if they could take a look at my door. I had to get a locksmith to break into my car and the seal hadn’t been the same since. They said to come on by that same day and, less than five minutes later, they drove the car back around and it was good as new! He wouldn’t let me pay them, so this review is just a thank you for the friendly and helpful service. Will continue to come here for all my auto body needs!

I worked with David Rollin who was not only professional but extremely accommodating. To put it simply, I dropped my car off about a week before everything went crazy with COVID-19. I had to leave the state for a new position in NY and with my mom in CA being immuno-compromised, the Peninsula Auto body shop not only did an excellent job with my vehicle, they were understanding and caring as to my particular unique situation. I will recommend them wholeheartedly to any person who wants honest, great help and support throughout the entire process. If you can, work with David. He did an excellent job and Ill be forever grateful to the entire staff for their support and kindness.

Had an after market pair of LED headlights installed on my car as I really did not like the halogen lights that came with the car.They got this completed for me in less than 1 day, and did a phenomenal job. The cost was also very reasonable. They did it for half the process of what another shop had quoted me.I hope I never do, but if I ever need any body/repair work done, I am hands down going to be taking my car to this shop. I am amazed by the work done on my car by the guys at Peninsula Auto Body. My 2016 VW was dented and scraped on the side by another car. The guys at the shop left my car looking brand new. Super impressed and satisfied with their quality of work and customer service, including the Progressive Insurance agent Nancy and estimator David; they both kept me posted on the progress of repairs and were great to work with. Paul, one of the owners, was very hands-on in tracking down and fixing a mystery rattle that I noticed after I picked up the car. I very much appreciated him understanding that even though my car was fully repaired, a rattle was still worth the extra attention. Both he and Doug were very visible and interacted a lot with customers and were very aware of all the jobs going on and who was working on which cars- they were not tucked away in their offices. Very much recommend Peninsula Auto Body!!

I took my car here after it was in a hit and run, and had to get the whole rear bumper replaced. Dealing with insurance and getting your car fixed is never fun, but Peninsula Auto Body made the process as painless as possible! The people helping me (both at the body shop counter and at the Progressive desk) were both so helpful and nice. They called me with updates within a day, and even got it done sooner than expected! I dropped off my car on Tuesday night, and picked it up Friday evening. They did a great job on the repair and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car! Additionally they washed my whole car, shined the wheels/tires, AND cleaned the inside, including scrubbing the all weather floor mats! Phenomenal customer service! I would absolutely go here again if the need ever arises.

Having to have your car repaired is never a good thing. However Doug and Paul over at Peninsula make the process as smooth and clear as possible. The quality of the work is too notch and the service is first class. Not only did they handle the repairs, they even helped me coordinate the rental on drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I have had my car for 5 years now and would never think of taking it anywhere other than Peninsula Auto Body! Most recently I was in a pretty gnarly accident, and Paul was more helpful than my insurance company! He answered all my questions, kept me in the loop about exactly where in the repair my car was and gave me peace of mind about the whole situation. The best part? Got into my first accident recently. Of course my car received some damage on the rear bumper. I was recommended by my friend to come here. And I’m glad I did. These guys really took care of me. First time Ive needed to use a body shop, they worked with the other parties insurance, my insurance and even took care of the rental car return.Doug and the other guys were very personable and were available when needed, staying in solid contact through the whole process.Hope I dont need them again, but if I do theyll be a first choice. My rear Bumper Cover got hit and required replacement. Thankfully, nothing else behind the Bumper was damaged but just the Cover. Ms. Lupe Veliz assisted me to get the actual repair done within two business days! beforehand, she helped deal with my Insurance company, rental car, and obtaining parts. At first, my insurance company only wanted to get me a reconditioned bumper (most likely from a wrecked car). But I was adamant that the part must be a new OEM part from BMW. Lupe went to work and managed to get me a new Bumper at San Francisco BMW, from BMW. It cost me an additional $120 more than getting a used one, but that was not a big deal. Their workers painted the Bumper to perfection! It looks like a brand-new car. The paint matching, fit and finish is perfect. Thank you, Lupe, Workers, and PAB! Lupe is very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable.

Best auto body shop on the Peninsula. All work is done quickly and results are great.They also have good relationships with all major insurance companies and this takes a lot of hassle out of insurance work.
