This is a hard to find honest mechanic shop . When I say this is the shop I will say I been coming here ever since I worked in limousine. The guys William, David, Elias will take care of you as if you were friends from a long time. This shop is located in south san Francisco to some it may be a long drive to get here but it is worth your time. When coming here they will inspect your car free of charge to make sure you know if anything is wrong or needs attention and they will show you while it is on a lift.Ladies bring your car here it will be service correctly they will treat you as VIP.

When I needed repairs done, these guys were the best place I called. They were quick, well priced, great communication and even found that some parts that a different place had installed were installed incorrectly and fixed it for me. Got quoted more than double what it would cost for a 20 minute job on top of the 150$ inspection just for them to look at it.Got it done at another shop. Only reason it’s 2 instead of 1 is that the guy that I spoke with was very nice about it all. Get multiple opinions before going here or else you may be overcharged.

I have a Lincoln town car and whenever there is an issue of concern with my car I take it to Royal Auto Mechanic. I live about 60 miles away, but it is ALWAYS well worth the travel time. They are all expert mechanics. They ALWAYS get it done right, the first time. Theyre thoughtful and know that time is of essence.

First time here with a CarMax MaxCare warranty repair. Williams took my call and helped me through the whole process. He ket me up to date as things were happening and even showed me the part that was replaced to explain how it worked. Overall, it was easy, fast and professional. This is a very high quality shop. They work on commercial vehicles and personal cars without an appointment. They are quick and thorough. Been going there for over 3 years with commercial vans and busses and can’t say enough great things about them.

Price is very good 65$ for a Synthetic oil change. Waiting area is very old and dirty. Waiting time can be long sometimes, but usually is around 30-45 minutes. Its much better than Speed Dee and Midas. Here mechanics are honest and friendly.

Recently had some work done here at Royal on my Chevy Uplander. They did me right. It took a while and it wasnt the cheapest but my vehicle passes smog. Wish they were a bit better with communication but patience is a virtue and you dont want to rush them so the job is done right. I will definitely be returning for any future needs I cant handle on my own.

If youre looking for a shop that is honest has a commendable staff this is the place women pay attention. This is a shop you want to come to if youre looking for that shop thats going to tell you straight up whats wrong with your car you have to come here. David, Elias, William and Yosef will make sure your car is running on specs. They are not the mechanics they are the guys that run the whole shop of 40 mechanics on hand. And if you just want to install your own parts but it willing to pay for your labor they can do that for you too!

Royal Auto and Williams are the best Ive ever used, and Ive been driving for 50 years. They reprogrammed my S430s ECU and other modules while I waited, when everyone else told me it couldnt be done and Id need to buy new modules. Ive never had to wait for an appointment, either. Now theyre replacing my engine and Im confident they will do a perfect job. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Royal will try their hardest to knock out your repair issue. No appointments. Drive in. Oil change with coolant flush came to $107, which is an excellent price. Out in about 2 hours, which isnt bad for a Friday. Closed S & S. Free WiFi. Lavatory clean. Direct TV flat screen for television entertainment. I have been coming to Royal since March 2014. I am with them until my last breath. Thanks, Royal for getting me out fast & cheap.

Their service is prompt. They have a large number of mechanics so your issue gets looked at pretty quickly. Ive always felt that they gave an honest answer for what they do and charge.

I highly recommend them, as they tend to your car right away and for the most part by end of day its done. Always reasonably priced and honest when compared to others. Been going here for over 8 years.

Bring a book or two. You gonna need it. Service was fast, long ago. Now it’s just slow. Owner is an excellent mechanic, but not there as often as he used to.

Ive been going here since February and my check engine light keeps coming on. Its like everytime i go to get work done here something else pops up. The worst part is they dont even tell you. Today they gave me my car back running a little worst then what it was when i brought it in. My rpms are now park idle at 2500 when it didnt do that before. Its irritating. Honest? Defiantly not. Skillful? I consider theyre work hack work. The quality of this shops work has let me down time after time. I did trust them until I realized they would let my car leave their shop in such a condition. Like for real you know there is something wrong if the car is idle at 2500rpms in park when it was not dont that before so why give my car back? I found more information about my car then these mechanics over looked so careless. Still made me pays 220$ for what I thought was going to fix my car but left me with another issue. A vacuum leak which can be very damaging to my engine. This was just today I dont even what to go in what happen in march where they replace a piece that broke again two weeks later after they already had the car for two weeks prior. They supposed fixed it again which ended breaking again in June. Long story short quality is not the best but theyll work on your car if you pay them.

This guys are good, but what a costumer service they have, I just cant believed the answers that they give... they keep me waiting for about 5 hours, they dont even call me to let me know my car will not be ready on time, when I asked them what is going on, they keep saying is not ready and cant do anything about itSad!
