Purchased bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture during the COVID pandemic in 2020. The owner and manager Steve Giorgi helped me via emails and on the phone. Things could not have been better - very helpful, informative, efficient, fast communication from Steve! Made the furnishing a condo project a relatively easy task during the shelter-at-home time considering the circumstances related to no store visits, no in-person appointments, and no staff available to help customers. Giorgi Bros carries a wide variety of great brands from classic to modern and high-end luxury. I received competitive prices that beat its competitors because Steve called manufacturers and negotiated the best deals for me. Every thing came as promised although with some delays due to the COVID-related closures at many manufacturers. Once, the store opened its doors after the restrictions were lifted, I visited the store to say hi to Steve and checked out the store. The 2-story show rooms are spacious and beautiful. I highly recommend Steve and his team at Giorgi Bros. Very reliable, honest, hard working, and, the most importantly, competent people. I will be shopping again at Giorgi Bros when I need furniture in the future. OI

Selection is fantastic. I bought 2 beautiful wool rugs for the dining room and living room. Med to high end quality goods sold here. The staff had expert knowledge of all products in the store. They have from classic to on trend cutting edge styles. I will be buying multiple items here to fill the house I moved into. There is also a great clearance section.

We were shopping for a reclining couch and went here, even though it was a bit out of our price range. We ended up buying a great floor model at an excellent price. We dealt with one of the owners/buyers, who wasnt pushy, answered our questions, and gave us space when we needed it. They rushed shipment that day (late afternoon on a Saturday), and raced home to get there in time. The delivery crew was quick, careful, and professional. We love our new sectional, are would recommend Giorgi Bros. to anyone looking for great service and great furniture!

Overly priced for quality and extreme superior attitudes of staff. I went into the showroom after looking at several others in the area. All were very helpful, but this store, the only acknowledgement I received was from a well manicured woman sitting at a desk taking notes. She gave me the eye and not even a hello. I was in the store for 15 minutes before a team member asked me if I needed assistance on his way to the bathroom.I may not have been dressed in my finest to shop, but why should I? I have several rentals and need to furnish. I think Ill take me $ elsewhere. Quality or no quality, I do not like attitude. Perhaps your clothes render your pocketbook?

I have purchased my kitchen table, chairs, and counter stools here, and was so pleased with the customer service, pricing, and HUGE selection of both high end and more reasonably priced furniture that I have now been a customer for years. I honestly see no need to go elsewhere--they carry outdoor furniture, high end lines such as Bernhardt and Pearson, as well as American Leather, Stanley, and other value priced lines. Very friendly, great guidance in selecting your piece and then the fabric, etc., extended hours, lots of parking. LOVE them!

This place is overpriced and super unfriendly. I went to get a dining room table. When I walked in the guy behind the desk actually turned his head away from me towards his computer screen. I spent 20 min walking around 2 floors, saw several sales people and not one greeted me. I didn’t find anything I liked because their rustic tables run for about $8,000 (thousand not hundred), whereas other places charge at most 50% less for the same thing. But the worst happened at the end.... they have highly polished concrete floors and I slipped and fell. The sales woman with big glasses stood and watched not bothering to help me up, which other customers did. She asked me from a distance whether the floor was wet, which it wasn’t. At first I thought it was just my shoes (flat Toms) until I saw another another customer slip. So I brought the incidents to the sales woman attention and she said: “strange; we didn’t see anything.” On my way out I passed by the desk of the guy still staring at his computer screen. He didn’t even look at me. “Thank you for coming” & “Have a nice day” don’t exist there.

Have made several purchases here. Good quality furniture and low pressure staff. Awaiting our new recliner.

High end, high priced, large selection, expansive showroom. If you can afford the good stuff, this is the place to check out. Staff does not work on commission, so its easy to deal with anyone if you make multiple visits.

I bought a leather sectional sofa at Giorgo Bros for $1,800 LESS than at other stores. Folks working here were professional, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable about all product lines they sold. Will go here for all my furniture shopping from now on.
