WARNING: I was employed by this company for 7 months. Never had any type of coaching or negative feedback. Busted my butt worked plenty of overtime, and even ran the office for them during their vacation. I got an excellent 3-month review report and the customers loved me. Im a 42 yo female. They hired a 24 yo male and paid him $11,000 more per year for doing exactly the same job. I voiced this complaint to the HR Manager and it was brushed off completely so I filed a claim with EEOC. Shortly thereafter I was called into a meeting which I was advised that Im Not a good fit (this was conveniently 2 days after his 90 day probation period) they would not give me a reason why I was terminated but simply stated theyre an at-will company and dont need to provide me one. They are currently under investigation for WRONGFUL TERMINATION due to DISCRIMINATION and RETALIATION. I even had the customer service manager sign next to my comment on my release paperwork. They will be sued once the investigation is complete. Clearly Im not the first victim, but with this track record and what could be multiple lawsuits, they wont be in business long. GUARANTEED! So enter at your own risk..
Absolutely terrible. They DISCRIMINATE -- God forbid you have a minor disability!!!! They lie also and tell you things that are not true. I am an honest and fair person and I was mistreated horribly for my minor disability!!! Even better: my Letter of hire said: Attitude and effort is far more important than actual performance. Something like that! I threw it out so as not to be reminded of this awful experience. Really???? Then why did you fire me after telling me I was great with the customers (Customer Service position.). Right after.... They noticed my minor disability enhanced by the fact that I was sick (cold and bladder infection.). Whatever guys..., KARMA.... It all comes back around.
