Blue Ribbon has Excellent Customer Service. When the pandemic started, I could not find toilet paper and towels for dispensers at my business. Well, Blue Ribbon had them. My poor customers suffered for 2 weeks before realizing I could get them @ Blue Ribbon.

Costco had just run out of Clorox wipes, so I found out about this place from nextdoor. I placed an order online and received confirmation that it would be delivered the same day! I was expecting that they would ship it through ups or USPS and I would wait for a week, but I was massively impressed that one of their employees would drive by and drop it off for me. I will say, however, that I am local to their location, so ymmv. Nonetheless, I was super touched by their promptness and consideration. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thank you Shirley and Lucy!

Carolyn and Blue Ribbon supply have gone above and beyond during this time of crisis. I think this is going to be the new measure of a company of what theyve done to pitch in and help during this time. Blue Ribbon has certainly done their part. Highly recommend them for their quality of products and customer service.

I have been buying various supplies for my company from Blue Ribbon Supply for over 15 years. I have always found they have great prices and excellent service. We normally get our orders deliver to my picture framing store in Sunnyvale. Their delivery drivers are always nice and polite. On the rare occasion when I visit their warehouse in South San Francisco there customer service team are knowledgeable and very helpful. Now they have a great new website that allows me to order supplies anytime.

Method, Seventh Generation, Costco, etc. I’ve tried them all looking for the ideal laundry detergent that isnt outrageously overpriced and harsh on my super sensitive skin. Knowing my issues, a friend recommended a commercial laundry detergent called Blue Ribbon Wash. Apparently it is made for hotels so it is quite concentrated. I tried it and love it. You only need 1/8 cup of detergent for a regular load. After using it for many months now I can say it works great and doesn’t bother my skin. I recommend anyone who has a problem with laundry detergents bothering their skin, try this detergent. The smallest size it is available in is a 25 pound box, but it is concentrated so that box will last a long time. You don’t have to drive to their office to get it - it can be easily ordered on line at their website.
