Just bought a TIG Machine for our workshop. Great selection (welder had all the features we wanted), stock was available, and prices totally reasonable. Staff was super helpful. We ordered our machine online and arranged to pick it up. Glad we were able to get everything, including parts in one spot!

Great customer service!! Natalia took my order for a Powertig 200dv and was very nice and even called me to check to make sure I got my invoice emailed to me. Max and Alex were very knowledgeable in the parts department and even upgraded me to a better torch and pedal for little to no cost as they discounted the welder so I basically got them for free! They even called me back to make sure I was completely satisfied, I’ll definitely be buying from them again!

Definitely worth the money works great at 120v max 1/4 steel on full blast. On 240v it does up to 1/2 steel. Runs nice and hot also easy arc strike. We used 7018 rod.

I really like this company & the two machines I have from them - I would ABSOLUTELY buy them again and cant fathom ever paying 2-3x for a comparable red or blue machine. The performance is excellent & the customer service team is very dedicated.Stuff Ive learned in 2 yrs - I use a 3/32s electrode (2% lanth) & a #7 cup for almost everything and rarely exceed 160 amps for any common job. At that rate the machine goes all day & has never overheated and Ive never needed a larger machine. Adding a CK gas lens diffuser cut my argon use by about 1/3. This machines good for up to 1/4 aluminum, any thicker & Id want helium or a bigger machine. If I welded more Id add a #9 torch & a water cooler, thats about the only improvement I wish for sometimes, when the torch gets hot after lots of use. For filler rod, ER70S-6 in 1/16 and 3/32 covers most any mild steel job, and 3/32 only for aluminum.Evidently the 2016 machines are all modular & they can just send out sectional replacement boards if the machine has a problem. This makes the warranty process very quick & easy.

Its a nice little machine for the price the only problem I have with it is that the amperage seems to be wrong at 120 amp using 1/8 7018 should be perfect but with this machine its way to hot 90 to 95 amps is perfect have yet to use it on an open root with 6010 hope it weld good

Machine is great, weld is very smooth, controls easy to use, very convenient size, more than ample power. Thats where the good ends. No footpedal included, which is a must with a TIG. The warranty is basically worthless. The regulator was dead on arrival, they fixed that right away. My cooling fan quit working after a few uses, that they havent done a thing about, apparently its all on me to do the leg work now. Shipping is on you both ways $100+ in freight. The turnaround time is maybe eventually, if they decide they should at all. Customer service is basically not helpful at all. I would not buy again. Not anything from this manufacturer.

I unloaded an old Miller Thunderbolt AC/DC welder for this. I was glad to see the boat anchor go. This machine is so much lighter, strikes an arc easier, and has a smoother arc. I have welded with 6011, 7014, and 7018 rods so far. The display seems a little hot for the amperages I am used to, however the company says this is normal for an inverter with adaptive arc force. For example, I am running 1/8 7018 rods at about 85-90 amps, whereas I used to run them at about 120 on my old machine. I havent tried 6010 rods yet, but it does a great job running 6011 rods in the 6010 port. I have had no problem running 5/32 rods with this machine. It actually runs so hot I think that I could run 3/16 rods with no problem, although I havent tried that yet. As smooth as this machine is, I have moved away from my mig welder a bit. Basically for anything thicker than 1/4, I now stick weld it. Do not be afraid of this chinese machine, it is well built and welds better than any stick welder I have ever used.

America you cant buy a better welder for the price! Its half the price of those Blue, and Red machines but packs the same punch! The hours our shop put on it, is comparable to industrial quality Blue and Red machines. Sense the Blue, and Red machines have 90% Chinese internals, one may as well go Everlast. The blue and red machines are now over priced in my book....that said, either the Blue or Red lower their prices or become Borged = consumed by the Green machine. Its a new day, and I tell you the green machine will match anything the Bule or Red machines will do, and remain reliable while doing it. New Day!

For the price, hell, even for more, this machine is great! Ive been in and out of shops and schools in my 10 years in the trade and have used the red, blue, and yellow varieties of tig machines. This one is surprisingly well made. The accessories are ovbiously junk, but the whip, ground and torch are middle shelf (I cut off the dinky thumb switch and bulky cable/case) (the whip is not flame or abrasion resistant btw) I wish the pulse setting was controlled with a variable dial instead of a selector switch with two drastically different modes and I wish I could drop the amperage to under 20A, but like I said earlier, for the price...

This review could be summed up with one word - smooth. I only weld as a hobby, and I have only ever used an old Miller Thunderbolt AC and an even older Lincoln red tombstone, but this Everlast welder is a totally different experience. Striking an arc is smooth, even at very low amps. Running a bead is smooth and quiet. My very old Lincoln AC welder lets you know it is on and it lets you know when you are welding. The Everlast welder is so quiet, especially while welding. One thing I will mention is the fan is loud, for a fan. Though the decibel level with the loud fan is still much less than my Lincoln tombstone (some call buzzbox)(both the everlast and Lincoln are quieter than the old Miller I use).Pros:-Price/value-Smooth welding (especially at this price range)-Quiet, especially while welding. (fan is kind of loud, but not as obtrusive as the buzzing and zapping sound my Lincoln makes.)-Simple/clear controls. (the digital readout is better at a glance than the Lincolns notches or the crank of the Miller)-Absolutely useable on 110v. (before making a pigtail for my 220v outlet I tried this welder on some 1/8 inch plate. It did very well. I used some 1/16 and some 3/32 rods. The 3/32 rods ran fine through a large range of amp settings. I could strike and maintain an arc at very low amps with 3/32)(I will keep the 110v adapter handy, instead of just throwing it in a box in the corner)-Light weight/portable. (I would have to check, but this is less than half of the weight of the Lincoln tombstone or Miller Thunder bolt. The Everlast welder comes with a shoulder strap type handle and it is EASILY carried on your shoulder).-Not a bad ground clamp. ( I was expecting such a cheap ground clamp that I ordered a replacement before the welder arrived, but the clamp it comes with appears to have copper teeth and a copper band connecting the two halves and the clamp. I dont think I will replace it)Cons - (these are trivial, but I wanted to mention them)-Shipping from the west coast caused delays, I wish there was an east coast distributer (I almost gave it four stars because of this. The company does have control over were they ship from so you cant just say it is UPSs fault. The package took 2 days to leave California. Then there were 5 days with no updates. Finally UPS reported weather delays and it was delivered 2 days after that. In the future I might just pay for faster shipping)-Cheap/overpowering made in China plastic smell (the rubber/plastic leads and power cord smelled so bad I was unboxing inside but had to take it to the garage pretty quickly. But lets face it, I wasnt going to weld inside my house anyways)-Only a shoulder strap for carrying, no hard handle (I knew from the pictures it didnt have a handle but I miss it more than I would have thought. The should strap it comes with is totally usable, and I do use it on my shoulder. Also the strap sometimes hangs down in front of the display, it seems to catch me at the worst moments).-Unknown life span (Hey it is made in China and I really dont think the Everlast welder will last as long as my Lincoln tombstone that is built like a tank. I think my grandfather bought the Lincoln in the 1970s and it still runs fine. I wasnt buying the Everlast to replace my Lincoln, I just wanted to try DC power and I wanted something more portable). If this welder works out, I might have to get a plasma cutter to go with it ...

Easy to set up, easy to use, works flawlessly! I bought this because I had an aluminum fuel tank to make and my ESAB will only do aluminum with a spoolgun, yuck. Right from the beginning I put in a Monster 12 cup and gas lense and started mocking up the tank. I noticed I was using 140 amps of its 185 available with this .125 walled 5052 sheet so I opted to return this one and get the Powertig 210EXT. The Powertig 185DV is way easier to use than the 210EXT, as I later found out.

This is my 2nd Everlast welder. I bought the 140 st last year, and found it to be a very nice welder. I bought this one because I needed another welder at my 2nd home. I havent used the tig feature on either one, but look on You Tube for that. This is a POWERFUL welder! I dont have any 6010 rods to use, but I used a 5lb box of 3/32 6011 on a trailer build, and had no problem running that rod. It is a dual voltage unit and I used 110v for the second half of the build, and had no problem. After a lifetime of buzzboxes, dragging a 100 lb welder around, trying to find 220v power, trying to squeeze a weld or two out of a 110v welder, all I can say this is one time I dont miss the good old days. If you need a GOOD stick welder, with lift start tig feature, this is the best value out there. IMO.

I am more than frustrated with my experience with everlast. After the machine not working correctly with AC aluminum, I sent it in for warranty. I called, went through the process were the guy was rude to me the whole time assuming I had no idea how to use a welder at all. Then after I had the settings just so as he described and it still didnt work, it could be sent in. 6+ months later, I get it back, and it still isnt working correctly. Now the high frequency start doesnt work. Since a Miller tig came into my life, Ive had 0 use for this. I decided today to get it out and try to figure out whats going on to find that at some point at everlast it has obviously been damaged MORE. As you can see in the pictures they glued the plastic back together, and the metal on the top of the inside is bent. Now I cant tell if this damaged the internals, Im extremely displeased with this company. They were rude, never fixed anything, and potentially broke my machine more.

I have to say Everlast has exceeded my expectations. Now that I have this machine & the 140st I have put them through their paces. I really have no complaints to speak of. I have my own welding business & 10 yrs ago I would have said your crazy if you think your gonna catch me welding anything But a Blue beast. But I am starting to break away from them even though I am around Miller everyday. I use them just as the example everyone seems to compare machines too, & I am around a lot of them. I have really come to use my Everlast for all my stick needs & basic tig needs. I weld everyday & these machines show no sign of stopping. The IGBT inverter is the way to go & the arc is smoother than any Miller I have used. I had a hard time believing that but its true & I now have other welding buddies that have struck an arc with my Everlast & say the same thing. Now they are buying them even their MIG machines & loving them. For the price that these can be made vs Big Blue. It really Is not worth it just cuz they say 100% USA built. Thats fine but dont charge so much. Miller has parts in their machines that are being imported & they even have Miller Electric Bejing. I cannot say that they are a bad company for a second, or bad machines, but come on they are losing the competitive edge. I run a lot of 7018, 11018, 6010, & 6011 some 308L stainless in stick. Just a little 6013 here & there for for ornamental & decorative. Tig mode I weld 308 stainless & 309 great with the 200ST & carbon steel. Lift start tig is very predictable every single time. I have wonderful beads & switch over to a nice gas lens kit with stubby gas lens & WP-17 flex torch. If you weld often & your really not super happy with your machine because it is a transformer unit & heavy or not very nice arc characteristics. If all you have is an old Lincoln ACBuzz Box & you weld more than once a month, its time to upgrade. Try this one out. Between its power, smooth arc, & light weight & price tag plus warranty. You cant beat it. I plan on buying the 325EXT next.
