South Sioux City is better than Hamilton. At least they dont scream at you and say you degrade them on the way out. Tried to return a phone purchased from there that the lady said she couldnt fix. I told her someone else fixed it in a short time by rebooting it. She screamed at us on the way out. She said no refunds. She said there was no manager only her. Dont feel comfortable dealing with her. I feel like she wasnt completely trained. Yelling is not good customer service.

The store was clean and entire staff was professional. Tiffany and Ricardo were patient, took the time to explain everything and were very kind to my friend who ported over from Straight Talk! Thank you both!
