Took one of last 2 carts. The rest were outside all over the parking lot. Checkout went fast ladies pointing out open stations quickly.

Friendly staff today. Rude customers. Very busy. Love the self check out. Good parking. A lot of empty shelves. Not much of a selection throughout the store. Store was clean. Great prices. 🛒🛍

Walmart is always out of stuff compared to other grocery stores, other grocery stores are well stocked thats to bad and there prices are ridiculously high they will lose a lot of business because of these reasons

The worst experience Ive ever had at any customer service. My wife and I own a business that deals a lot with child upbringing / child education. Some items we had purchased for the childrens outdoor movie bash, that we did not need after all. We went to return them to the customer service lady whose name was and Natalie. Not only was she one of the rudest individuals I have ever seen in my life that would not help us one bit, we did not expect or want cash back. We wanted something else that we could trade for children instead. Got her whole attitude was it was not her problem and she was not going to help fix it. I will never return to that Walmart again, as well as no longer be doing any kind of business with this Walmart for our future benefits.

The young people who work in the online pick up center are amazingthroughout the pandemic they have be thoughtful, helpful and super friendly

One of the worst Walmarts around Jayme up front is rude to the customers, the assistant manager Michael has literally refused to assist customers when they ask him for help . The customer service associates up front spend more time playing with their hair and ignoring customers. This store is basically a joke I quit going to this store months ago .

I am from Pennsylvania, and we have entirely different laws regarding alcohol. It is really refreshing to walk onto the local Wal-mart and literally grab everything I could ever need. Bravo Nebraska, been a state for over a 150 years and have their stuff together! Quick history lesson, Pennsylvania was the second state into the union (Delaware beat us by 2 weeks) and we still cant have alcohol in the Wal-mart, bravo to you! Prices are great, staff was friendly and the selection is excellent!

The food was more expensive than the tag said when we got to check out. Then it was self-service so we couldnt complain. This place is a rip off!

I love Walmart, but i bought a battery and Ive been there 3 times lately and cant get them to swap a bad in warranty battery wo a 1 1/2 hr wait. Its ridiculous.

I got the Walmart app and was looking for an item I wanted and it said it was in stock at store. To make sure I also went to the website and it also said it was available at store. So I went in and looked for it and I couldnt find it in its section so I just thought maybe it was in the back. I went to go ask a worker if the had it in stock they said they didnt know and just kinda looked around and just gave me an ordinary response Ive gotten at other stores before. So I didnt much of it maybe it was just glitched and it wasnt in stock yet. So I cane back the next day and I got the same generic response as last time. At this point I was thinking that it was still a glitch and someone already bought it and they didnt even have it anymore so I went to the website and ordered an item similar to the one I wanted earlier. So placed my order and after awhile now they still havent even confirmed the order yet. I paid for it, I paid for a protection plan and I even payed for the fastest shipping. And even though that said 2 day shipping it has taken way longer than that and the item status hasnt changed from preparing order. Well I just wanted to rant. Have a nice day and a happy year everyone.

At checkout, I became a Wal-Mart employee. No cashiers available, only self checkout. No discount for this. Store is nice and well stocked but unless they want to give out discounts I dont want to check myself out.

I am sure they are short staffed however it would be nice if they could keep the store cleaner. Walmart has the most competitive prices in the area.

It was your normal visit but employees are friendlier here than some of the other Wal-Marts.

While the manager was very helpful, to assist with a gift card that wouldnt work. The lines to checkout were a 30 minute wait. 10 lanes with only 3 manned. Do NOT go here in the evening!

Well-managed store: clean, stocked, easy to maneuver, employees helpful. Would have given five stars except for an elderly greeter who had no idea where to find the closest face mask for sale (left mine in car & i have disability which makes walking painful). I apologize if this was the wrong Walmart as this one usually has younger greeters.

They had no cashiers at all. Self checkout was the only place to checkout and not enough help there if there was a problem. I had to pickup prescriptions otherwise I would not have been there!

This Walmart seemed like it was under construction or perhaps they were changing out decorum for the season. I was unfamiliar with the store, itself and that was the only reason I had a tough time finding my desired items. Otherwise the store was clean and the staff was plentiful.

Had an issue with one of the self checkouts not taking my money. 2 cashiers came over to fix the issue while they were having a personal conversation the whole time. Didn’t say a word to me and walked away after correcting the issue. Very rude. Horrible costumer skills.

Worst customer service they never pick up their phone and when they do you get transfered to a line that wont stop ringing maybe you should pay your employees more so they stop ignoring people and actually have satisfied customers this is why I cant stand Walmart.

One of the worst department stores around you cant find anyone when you need help .The customer service associates up front are rude and lazy .And there is this old woman who works the pharmacy/ health and beauty section area on the night shift I believe her name is Bonnie who thinks its okay to put her hands into customers carts and rearrange things . The manager of this store needs to have a talk with this woman cause I really dont appreciate employees reaching into my cart and messing with my things 😤 especially with my child in the cart and you see this old woman coming at your cart with her arms extended out there is clearly something wrong with this employee

Walmart is always a unique experience. However, during the pandemic, I wish they would enforce the mask mandate in our area. More people not wearing masks than there are wearing them.. sometimes including the staff who have them under their chin.

Found everything I wanted at this Walmart. Workout gear (shorts, sweatpants, tshirt), a Pokémon card for my son, a gummy supplement and travel size toiletries and a few snacks all under one roof! The changing room was open which competitor Target closed due to Covod 19 so made sure my clothes fit! All in all a great shopping experience.

Trying to get state park license waited for over hour no one was able to help me even though they said they called for someone. Never go to this store if you need some type of license no one knows what or how to do it .

This has slowly become one of my favorite Walmarts in the Sioux land area. They have plenty of self-checkout options. They in my opinion seem like the cleanest and most well maintained Walmarts in the area.

Easy going for a quick shopping trip. They only sell wide width shoes, thats to bad .

Prices were on the product shelves which is a giant plus for me. Products were well stocked and competitively priced. Self help check outs were attended to if problems arose which is another plus. Walmarts could have more sales on their groceries more often though.

Checkouts are terrible. I never go here anymore.

Only self-checkouts were open, had to wait about 15 minutes for a worker to come take theft deterrents off products. Around the toiletries aisles it was one entrance/exit, not exactly ideal when were supposed to be observing spacing.

Ive come here multiple times for groceries and run into the same issues. Theres an overemphasis on self checkout lanes. The chip readers on them dont work. I have to wait for a manager to come over to approve of an alcohol purchase. Theres never enough people running the checkout lanes.

I would literally give this walmart a zero star review if I could. The associates are rude. They dont carry half the stuff the other walmarts carry in the tri state area. Only reason I went there was because I was in that area and I will never go back

Smaller then I am used to but everything was easy to find.

Management is terrible. To be specific i mean customer service management. I went to go return an item and this one manager named “jeimy” was being awfully rude even though its her job to manage customer service. I dont recommend coming to this walmart.

I wasnt happy with the service this time. Young men or boys I should say, never knew what I was looking for. I finally gave up explaining. I found it myself. Took me awhile but I found it.

THIS IS WHAT A WALMART SHOULD BE! Clean, neat, well-stocked, friendly, helpful workers. On our way home to Arkansas - home of WalMart - but this one was hands down the best Ive ever shopped in. Great experience.

It has a very large selection of items, though the signs above aisles are sometimes not very clear. The staff are helpful and not pushy. Overall, it has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Generally, a good experience. However, we wanted to purchase some material in tge craft department and there was no one in the area. We pressed the help button about ten times and no one responded. Finally found an associate who tried to help but couldnt get his mobile device to work so we left without purchasing any material. (Poor management?)
