We had an awful experience. We hired them to clean a dog urine stain on our sofa. The result was a ruined sofa with more stains than we started with. The entire sofa is now stained, the fabric is ruined, and the whole thing smells. We had to replace the sofa. We called to complain and never heard back. Absolutely the worst service we have ever used.

My husband and I could not be more happier with the outcome of DryServ cleaning our carpets. We had a really bad experience with another carpet cleaning company who used the wrong rake on our new carpets. After 3 yrs. carpets still have rake marks!!Pedro, who cleaned our carpets yesterday, was very knowledgeable on what had happened previously. He actually brought in the rake that was NOT suppose to be used by this other cleaning company. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner. They took my custom window treatments and damaged them so badly they are unusable and charged me $60.00 a pair for 5 pairs. Do not use this company. I wish I had researched them more. When I looked up their website my security system said not to go on the site it was not safe!!!!

Called the company for an estimate for 2 area rugs to be cleaned, both 5X8. The operator said it’s $128 for EACH RUG. That is 5 times the amount every other business charges. What a rip off!!
