My first visit to the store was great. I found everything I wanted and more. And their prices were amazing. The employees were just awesome. One young man helped me carry my bags to my car. His name was Charles I believe and he was wonderful. Now I’m a regular customer. I have 23 year old twins and they had never worn Bass before and everything I bought them they loved. The BEST STORE!!!!

I want to compliment Michelle who was on her 3rd day at work when I went in to shop. She was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. She answered questions and made suggestions, without being intrusive or pushy. She was pleasant and patient. I hope the store appreciates what an exemplary employee they have in Michelle.

I was shopping for some fashion boots and weejens over the Christmas holiday and the entire staff was new and very pleasant to everyone. Randi and Charli are the new managers, they were very knowlegeable of the products and what they had in-stock in the store. They also mentioned they could order my size in the shoe I wanted that they didnt have online and send directly to my house for the in-store pricing. Needless to say I spent over $600 my first time in there with them alone and my entire shopping list was complete! Very happy and highly recommend them

I was limping at Tanger Mall. I was attributing my limp to my age and recent feet ailments. For some reason, my sister wanted to go into Bass. I had never thought about going in the store. When I walked in I noticed it was a unisex store and they sold shoes. I tried on a pair of sandles. They had a nice cushion on them. As I walked, no limp!!! Wow!! I knew shoes made a difference but I never imagined one this significant. The sandles on my feet were name brand and cost over $100, but I guess over the years they were no longer very good for walking. I put my old sandles the new shoe box and walked out without a limp!! I placed an order for another pair in a different color to be delivered. They didnt have my size in stock. It cost me 10 dollars more. The prices were very reasonable 65 dollars for two pairs or 39 dollars for one pair. Comfortable! !

I had been looking at some duck boots I wanted since Christmas and continued to go into Bass to see if they were on sale. Well today (Memorial Day) I walk into the store and the advertised price was $135 with %60 off witch would make the boots $55. I take them to the counter to check out and Chase Gonzales an employee at Bass in a very rude manner said he would not honor the price that another employee must have put the wrong sale tag on it. He changed the price in front of me and my girlfriend and walked off. I asked him who the manager was and he said that he was but on LinkedIn it says he is only an assistant manager, I have contacted Tanger Outlets and Bass Corporate Office I am waitying on a call back. If this is not resolved I will not shop there anymore. I have been wearing bass shoes for almost 30 years. I guess we will see if my loyalty is worth the $25 difference in advertised price. If so I will re post the outcome.
