I went to converse to return some shoes bought online,First of all the store is clean everything was in place,the atmosphere was inviting.The customer service was excellent,the two young men that served me were kind,professional and went above and beyond to make the return and purchase a new pair,I left the store a happy customer.

The store was clean and staff was helpful but they didnt have my shoe size.

They even had my daughters favorite color

Even though we didnt find something my son loved, the salespeople there were the BEST!! They were very knowledgeable, professional, fun, helpful!! We went to every show store in that shopping mall, and these 2 people were the BEST!! All other stores, could barely get help, and they werent professional. But here were 2 awesome people!! I hope Converse doesnt lose yall!! Thanks for all your help!!

I love the atmosphere of the store. Its well organized. Easy to find. Associates with offer to help. Even go over An beyond to help. Like Whitney she kept a smile the entire time while helping me with finding shoes for my daughter. Reasonable prices!!

Some good deals on shoes and some not so good deals on shoes. Just have to look carefully. It might help if they have a price guide as well. So if the shoe cost $30 and I get 40% off how much would it cost me.
