Balanced my tires on my Mercedes 190E 2.3-16 after another shop failed to eliminate a vibration. John was really nice and even took caution to lifting my vehicle properly! Its unfortunate what happened to one of the reviewers on here and Ill let him know next time I see him. It is only him running the whole place and he is also in the middle of doing an amazing restoration on a 1970-something Mustang convertible there! He is a busy guy. He gets 5 stars for helping a random walk-in customer with a simple job!

Ive taken my car to John 3 times, and every time he has fixed it in a timely manner, is always professional, always explains the problem to me (I know NOTHING about cars), and always gives me fair prices. Mind you, I live in Boston, and yes, get it taken care of way out (to me) in Southborough. I cant recommend him enough!
