Horrible customer service! I called to ask the age requirement for employment for my daughter and the man answering the phone said “no” I asked again and he could not answer my question!!!!

My boyfriend needed a new phone&plan, and after not getting any help at a Webster location (I know they are separate dealers), Nour and Moe were really great helping us with getting everything we needed - great phone, plan, and assistance switching providers. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Im very happy I went to this location.

A friend of mine went there on Saturday because he had a question about how to use the phone he had and the person there wouldnt help him because he purchased the phone at the Worcester store the day before. He told him to go back there. That was very inconvenient because he had to borrow a vehicle to go back to Worcester.
