The store was well organized, clean, and the staff were friendly. Found what we needed in under five minutes. The wait to check out was a little long but they had a few new people so it was understandable.

Decent Michaels. Still no Halloween stuff as I wouldve expected but enjoyed walking around seeing what they had for now. Will be coming back though to get some goodies once they have their full line of horror beauties

My sibling works there, so I feel the need to be incredibly biased. The employees are very nice and helpful! Whenever Im looking for something specific there, Ill always end up seeing something else I like, and end up buying that too! A really great place to find materials for crafts+hobbies!(Theres also a lot of really good snacks near the cash registers..)

Arts and Crafts are an amazing way to make business items while getting In some paint therapy. Since my drawing skills are limited, I bought some stencils and stamps to decorate my market garden signs and containers.

Clean well stocked store. Lots of employees walking around unfortunately they dont speak to customers. I was only spoken to say the register when she let me know my total.

I love Michaels ❤💞❤ its an awesome place to find the best decor, inspiration for crafting and decorating your home to making personalized gifts for any occasion. I get lost in this store just browsing. The sales are great too. The staff is aleayss happy to help and support your latest project needs. Beware: set a budget b4 you go. If not you end up spending $60 on stickers and planner stuff, like I did last night. Being sort of the planner nerd I am I was super excited to see the planning supplies.

Usually the line is very long and the number of cashiers is low. Try to visit during less busy times or it could ruin your mood. Its not the newest Michaels but they are always well stocked.

2 cashiers handling line of 5 customers until I am last one waiting and the empty cashier LEAVES TO DO STOCK so I have to wait more until other cashier is open. WHY NOT HELP THE ONE REMAINING CUSTOMER?

Sunday morning the store was empty. Polite and helpful workers. I wanted a 50% off Christmas tree. They gladly brought one up front. Also, with 50% off it was a better buy at another store.

Was looking for Rit fabric dye. Michaels had it in stock in the color I needed, where Meijer did not, but Michaels price was $2 more - bu they did have it.

One of the largest craft stores in the area and the people who work here I very friendly. its best to look online and find out if they have what you want available before making the trip and going to the store. sign up for their rewards card on their website its worth the savings

This is a great Michaels. The store is pretty clean but its sometimes hard to find staff which is why I made it a four star review. But once I find someone they are excellent help.

The sales person who greeted us was so very pleasant and helpful.

If you need help, you have to go all the way up to the front and ask for help.Time (0):As long as you know what you’re looking for, you should be able to get in and get out quickly. Only problems are that the lines are usually long since they only have 1 or 2 registers open, and if you can’t find something, it can be quite tricky to find someone to help you.Price (1):Although a lot of their stuff is fairly expensive, they always have a ton of coupons going on, and the clearance rack usually has a lot of good stuff for a decent price. Looking for a glue remover like Goo Gone. Scores of glue items but not one item to remove it at this store. Asked cashier at checkout and yada, yada wasted 10 more minutes to ask again for cashier to say Oh yeah, she said we dont have anything like that.

I ordered curbside pickup. Followed the check in instructions. Waited 20 minutes. No one came to my car. I went inside. Flagged an associate down. She retrieved my ordered, but never explained, emphasized or apologized for the poor service.

The best store in the world! They have an awesome variety of craft items. I absolutely love Michaels collection of paper products, packaged blank greeting cards stock, artificial flowers, drawing products for artist, plus more. Their picture framing department is the top of the line. ♥️♥️

Employees lazy and not helpful at all. Trying to buy 2 frames at $70 a piece. She wasnt interested in seeing if there was another frame in stock or calling another store to see if they had another one because I needed 2 and they only had 1. I just left. Customer service is at all time low since the pandemic. I wont be surprised when these stores have to close their doors. Then they lazy butts wont have a job.

I had an online order. When I arrive to pick up my order I was not aware that one of the items was not available. They are short-staffed and there is practically no assistance for customers. The two cashiers that were available were at least friendly and professional.

Found the Mason jars I needed. Store was clean. Only 1 cashier which was a little frustrating. But she did a great job of getting ppl out quickly.

I really like this store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The young lady at the framing counter a gem. She was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Sometimes the line can be a little long, but the cashiers move the line efficiently and in good humor. They have always been very helpful with helping the customer find the best coupon for their purchase. I would love to work there, but know I would spend my whole paycheck there.

Very pleasant place to shop.

I knit large projects, such as coats,dresses etc. The yarn supply is very minimal. If I need more than 10 skeins of yarn they never have enough in the same color and most importantly the same dye lot. The staff are not educated as to what and how important dye lots are. Tried to order on line and got the same result they thought I was talking about color and did not know about dye lots, when I explained I was told they could not guarantee that I could get the same dye lot on a large order. Guess I will be ordering my yarn from the large private shops on line.

Lots of fun stuff. We got all kinds of colored sprinkles for a party. Great selection and service. A fun store to shop in as they so many random things. Toys, kids projects and arts and crafts supplies... We enjoyed our trip there very much.

Typical Michaels. Shadowboxes are overpriced and they didnt have the pens I wanted in stock :(

First Impression: Neat and organized place. Customer service at front with polite and warm. Loaded with beautiful art and craft materials. However, in the midst of their wide variety of supplies there was no staff present to offer help.

After waiting over an hour for framing services...I learned that the sole employee had to leave when my turn came around. There was no one to relieve her..so I ended up leaving without service. I informed the manager who offered an apology and acknowledged staffing problems as being the culprit. Dont waste your time.
