I purchased clear plastic car mats from Automotive and their swift delivery was appreciated. Upon receiving the mats, I decided that the product was not really what I wanted, so I contacted them for refund/return. Their reply made me feel as if I was being helped by a mom-n-pop shop :) They sent the labels and everything was set for return and refund. I did NOT get a refund immediately, however, they were very communicative. I emailed them about how displeased I was about the refund, and like I mentioned earlier about how they responded with a mom-n-pop shop feel was consistent with how the situation turned out. Quick Reply and great service. RECOMMENDED!

The product that you sent me was very good but a latch was bent but easy to fix. They were quite professional overall and covered my order. The only thing that didnt happen was they were going to send me a consolation product because at first what I ordered was backordered. It never came about but the product I received was what I asked for and in a fairly timely manner.

Easy to use website. The headlights I bought, fit and work perfectly in my Infiniti. Product was delivered in less than a week from date of purchase. Will definitely use Automotive Parts Factory again for future purchases.

After receiving the product in a timely fashion I installed it into the vehicle. Suddenly I was under the impression I had installed the wrong parts. After calling the customer service phone number and leaving my information they were prompt to get back to me and very patient with my concerns. Later I had found the mistake to be my own. I would just like to let everyone know that the company did research the problem for me diligently and professionally and stood by their name. TERRIBLE company. i ordered one part and got it in the mail. a day later they emailed me saying that they mistakenly shipped me two parts instead of my one part i ordered and that i need to return it or they will charge me for it. how am i supposed to return something i dont have?? also they sent me another invoice showing two parts but i have my invoice that shows only one. you can see they photoshopped the second part in the invoice or something. i definitely DO NOT recommend using this company. their service is garbage and they will 100% try to scam you as they are scamming me now. Ill never buy through this company ever again and i strongly advise everyone the same.

They went out of their way to cancel an order and send a substitute item and get it to me in 2 days! All was done by email. Beth is the best!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Luke, chose to berate me and question me as to why I would inquire about a tools color since I am colorblind and it shouldnt matter anyway. As I explained in a response back, color DOES matter to me for tool retrieval on an assembly line with other associates beside me so I am not mistakenly grabbing their equipment. It would have taken no more than a couple of minutes to verify that the tool in question is as it appears in the image on the website rather than question why I would ask such a thing and then brush me off. I tried calling to get a hold of any other person at this company and to no avail...no one can be reached in person. Very, very poor customer service.

I received nothing from this company, they just took my money, no order confirmation, no product, no tracking number, no response of any kind. The Microsoft Sam voice that the phone number has screams shady business led me to nothing. I reported them as a fraudulent company because even during their business hours they still couldnt be bothered to pick up the phone. Everything about this company seemed shady, I can in no good conscience advise anyone to shop with this vendor!

Dont buy anything from these idiots. If you dont get completely ripped off you will get items you didnt even order. This is the biggest internet scam of a company I have ever seen.

I recently purchased a replacement passenger side turn signal lamp cover for my 96 Dodge Intrepid. An internet search indicated that Automotive Parts Factory (APF) had the part with the most attractive price. The part arrived a few days earlier than promised. It was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The lamp cover fits perfectly in the car and is indistinguishable from the OEM lamp cover. I am impressed with ADFs prices, their service and the quality of their merchandise.

Horrible non-existed customer service reps called Anna and Beth. They need to be terminated because they offered absolutely no customer service after shipping my order to the wrong address.Their BBB rating is a D.Buyer beware!

FAKE DONT USE. they said they sent it and that I put the wrong name on shipment address ( I didnt ) and they charged me for the shipment and the restocking fee.
