By far the grossest bathroom in a retail store I’ve ever experienced. BYO-TP! The staff does not maintain the premises, it appeared it had not been cleaned or stocked with TP for a month. The sanitizer was completely empty. Target, I’m disappointed! I’ve been in highway restrooms or 24/7 gas station bathrooms off the highway that were more pleasant than this.

My Target experience was Great. I got everything I came for that day.

Clean, easy to get around, proactively helpful and friendly staff

Made an online order for pick-up, on my way to the store I received an automated email stating the wallpaper I ordered was out of stock. Still went in to pick up some items. Was walking around and behold, the wallpaper I ordered sitting on the shelf. I took the same quantity to customer service to essentially fulfill my own order and keep it simple. Said it wasn’t possible. Asked it we could give the wallpaper to an associate to fulfill the order. Said it wasn’t possible. Had to double purchase the wallpaper and call customer service to return my online order. Not a big deal, but the pure lack of willingness to make it work or find a solution was interesting to say the least.

This location is always well stocked. And associates are always pleasant and willing to assist

Southfield target 🎯 is the cleanest and most organized store compared to others. Customer service is very good and employees are so friendly. 😃 when I walk in I’m greeted right away! Im impressed

UPDATE!I SPOKE WITH ASHLEY AND SHE INFORMED CUSTOMER SERVICE PJS ARE APPAREL. DEAL WILL WORK IF CASHIERS/SERVICE KNOW SALES.ware of small black print! Sale says spend 40 and get 10$ off apparel. Apparently apparel doesnt cover pjs. I even asked before purchasing and i was told yes and after i checked out at self scan no 10 off and than was told pjs did not count. Its apparel so employees dont know sale and pjs are not apparel. I had a bad experience cause the customer service said at first it had to be cat and jack than she didnt know math and tried to say my clearance item didnt count....witch i knew cause i spent more than 40....than it was because of pjs. I just asked for my money back. Absolutely worst Target out there

The staff here is awesome!! Especially Destiny is so helpful and went to the back to see if a toy was there in stock for my son. Long live Target!!!!

Very pleasant shopping trip

Overall a descent store.The main company website doesnt always match what they do or do not have.Some of the aisles are not labeledWas looking to buy:1.a new ski mask. (Website showed image but only result was mouth and nose masks). Stated they have limited stock of plain baseball caps.. couldnt find the p aisles. Ended up finding there limited stock of baseball caps near the backpacks by the changing rooms. No ski masks or plain caps in the color shown on the site... FYI2.Was also looking for a tote in which the site stated they had limited stock. There was none there and the aisle was marked wrong.3. Cell battery. Was at the opposite side of the tech center near the headphones...the aisle on the site doesnt exist.The stacked registers can cause confusion as well.Most of the staff is polite and professional.The promotion people in the aisle near the tech center should be giving out pamphlets if they are going to be advertising. None of them are rude, but Id recommend a pamphlet system instead to make it less ackward

Because this is a truthful statement. Target is in my neighborhood and most items can be purchased at Target. I enjoy the atmosphere and most cases Target smells really good.

This store usually has little traffic and very helpful employees. Today the female checking us out ( not a lady) was continually rude and her manager was as well. Truly squashed my holiday happiness. I felt bad for the elderly lady behind us to have to deal with them.

I just love the employees at Target and the cleanliness of the store. It’s always nice and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I love that they usually have a nice variety of vegan/vegetarian foods and Magnum vegan ice cream (wish they’d get more of that *wink*) and I truly love the Good and Gather brand, especially the Almond Milk. It’s the best of all Almond Milks and trust me, I’ve tried them all. Great work Target, as usual you’re right on 🎯

Very bad experience, just when we had the toy in hand, an employee came to take it from us, arguing that they would not go on sale until tomorrow. Why we have to pay for his mistake?. That was quite rude.

Clean and friendly! During this period of covid clean is exceptionally important. I walked into Target and was immediately handed a clean basket and was informed by the employee a discount offer i can receive today. Later in my shopping, there was something i could not find. The employee actually took me to the item not just state an aisle.

The management was very rude and passive aggressive when I had simple questions about products. I have never felt so disrespected. When we where at the cash registers the male manger was staring at my underaged sister it was disgusting. This has happened multiple times. Do not go here

The manager there Eli is prejudice called the cops on me for no reason and wouldnt sell me a collectible item said I wasnt in line. Singled me out of a crowd then the police escorted me out. For a GI Joe classified collectible item. he deserves to be fired. I was in the store and he singled me out of a crowed of people. And they wouldnt let me purchase the item. He said someone called and said something he didnt like over the phone. And I never even called or talked to him or anyone else I just walked in and got in line.

It was useless. The wrong item was selected. I had to search for the correct item. My guest services experience was horrible. I left the incorrect item at the register when I went to look for the correct item. When I returned to guest services, they didn’t know where the item was. It was a tragedy of errors from start to finish.

The staff was really helpful & pleasant. I went to get some hair products & I was having trouble deciding what to get since my hair got longer. An employee named Devyon saw I was troubled & helped me. She was very informative about the many products available & really helped me decide what to get. When I went to checkout the staff was very organized in keeping everyone at social distance of the check out.

Best Target ever!

Tried to buy a switch, nobody was in the tech department to unlock the glass. Instead were super aggressive ATT salesmen asking me what my phone plan is.

The managers don’t care about their workers and only the company. There’s been various times when i’ve been at the store and the managers are being rude to their workers. The store owner was yelling at a young worker in the Toy section. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

Excellent service, give direction to customers with a smile. Polite cashiers.Clean carts. I appreciate the workers. Doing a wonderful job during this pandemic.

Usually pretty good, but when it’s bad it’s obvious as a car crash. Went to electronic’s just to check out three things the cashier was standing behind the counter and began a conversation with another co-worker passing by and when I approached I was told that only electronics could be rang out in electronics. Which I would’ve believed if I hadn’t done it plenty of times and formerly worked at this very location. It’s a shame that these indifferent employees are tarnishing the store.

The wrong sized item and it seems someone wore the shoes and brought them back I had to go get a replacement item myself not happy, this defeated the reason for shopping online for pick up. I will never go to this location again.

Its the middle of winter. We need winter stuff, not easter stuff, that is 2 months away. Get a clue.

The parking lot is always full of trash. It would be nice if someone cared to clean it up. Especially since Covid began all you see are masks and gloves everywhere.

I ordered a new phone online. I received two confirmation emails saying its ready for pickup. I drove an hour to the store, when there I waited about 15min until the women finally acknowledged me. As I showed her the confirmation emails for my new phone, she cuts me off saying she never approved the order. Telling me I should of got two emails and I explained to her I did receive two emails saying its ready for pickup. She just continued to be nasty with me. And I didnt get a phone. I wont be back to this store

Pretty good selection but the Southfield store is dirty and the parking lot is littered with trash every time I have gone there. They are not sanitizing the carts or the check out area. The Troy store is very clean and they sanitize the carts and check out areas. I will not be going back to the Southfield store. I will stick with the Troy store.

Great customer service throughout the store!

I purchased an air bed that was defective. It already appeared to be opened and returned and with good reason. You need to inspect things properly that people return. The bed I purchased bulges up in the middle so theres a big lump impossible to sleep on. The bed is unbalanced, completely wasted my time and money.

Always find stuff I need/want

The store is usually stocked with the items that I need..Your up and up products are nicely priced as well as other brand items..the employees are helpful and friendly...The managers are approachable and willing to listen and help with whatever issues you may have...

The pick up process was very quick although nothing was required from me to get the items. Also the On Line pickup area could be more visible.

Overall a decent place to shop. Very friendly staff. Would of given a higher rating if it wasnt for a particular supervisor ignoring my request for help at the self checkout. Very unacceptable customer service shown by a SUPERVISOR!

I bought a patio furniture set from the Target in Southfield, MI. I paid for a brand new table and received the floor model which was fine at first. Upon getting that table home I noticed that there were gouges taken out of the glass table top, multiple scratches on the glass, it looked awful. I called the store multiple times and after finally getting someone from customer service on the phone I was promptly hung up on. I then called corporate, after I called the store back about 15 times unsuccessfully reaching them, and the lady I spoke to within the customer service department was probably the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. I am a frontline worker at a hospital, I get that everyone is stressed and scared, but we still have jobs to do. I now have to find the time after working 12 hour days caring for patients to disassemble the table fit it into my car and return it. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company. I love Target, I even do all of my grocery shopping at my cities store, but after this I will no longer be going to Target for any of my needs. Terrible, and downright rude service and apparently no accountability for a nightmare of a patio set.I only have one star because it won’t allow me to go any lower.

I wish that I could give a rating of negative/no stars; I asked for assistance in finding a game for my son and when the rep Scarlett told me it would take a little while to find it and I said ok, no problem, however, Ms. Scarlett proceeded to the stock room to lie on me and said I said something that I did not say and when I asked for the manager, Mustafa, he was so unfriendly, I left the store, in a pandemic, we should be showing kindness and professionalism, not poor customer service and rudeness. Im disgusted.

I was able to shop, buy, and pick up my order in less than an hour. I am a mom of 3 and this morning was too busy for me to keep bring my one year old in and out of the house. This has helped me tremendously. I will definitely do this again and refer everyone to Target for the drive up services. Keep up the good service!!!!

Target has a fast delivery service with their online ordering process and a convenient option for store pickup which makes shopping with them a truly positive experience. My purchases are exactly as described and the transactions run smoothly each and every time. I often run into my local Target for last minute things and am greeted very courteously by the employees. They go above and beyond the scope of their duties to provide me with the utmost care and service so that I may continue to be valued as a preferred customer of Target. I had a cashier named Mical he had to be the most courteous young man I have come in contact with in quite some time. He was so helpful as I am a senior citizen and he was so patient and helped me tremendously. I want to make sure he gets recognition for his services.

I shop Target at least 2-3 times per week. I mostly like how the store is different each time I visit. Meaning, displays change and the offerings of goods change or at least are brought to my attention on display.For the first time I used the option of pick-up in the store when I ordered an item online. Although, this option is fast and convenient and I saved money. I had no reason to spend my usual $100 because I bought more than I planned. Just joking. The convenience of pick-up was great.

The store was very clean, well stocked, and the staff was professional, helpful and took every precaution during this pandemic to make sure the store was safe and they even had an occasional announcement about giving 6 ft distance between customers.

The target drive up is great and soooo convenient if you have the forethought to order ahead of time. I love it. The employee interaction is hit or miss.

The best Target around! They always have things stocked and organized, even on the weekends. They also always have a full women’s clothing clearance section. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I love target it’s my go to place it’s affordable and they have stylish clothes and great handbags I just can’t say all they have they are a one stop shop.

I can only assume poor management. There is only 1 register open in addition to self checkout and both lines are very long and quickly backing up. Its 6:30 PM so the store is expectedly busy.I saw 3 employees in the same area: 2 were stocking whilst the other was entertaining them.

Southfield pick up was quick and easy. They contacted me in a reasonable time to inform me of any missing items. The app was super easy to use and they greeted me, in the cold, with a smile.

I went it for a quick wardrobe emergency and found Vivienne. She was nice, helpful and took the time to deal with me. Vivienne asked me questions to better assist me and finally helped me decide on an outfit. I could not have asked for a better sales associate.

Target is like the Disney store for women. I have never had a bad experience at a target. The only issue is I always end up buying more than I intended.

Easy to order, easy to pickup

Yes I had a issue at checkout. I thought I had my 10.00 gift card on my wallet but i didnt know that you had to actually push the save button on there so it fully attaches to your wallet on the target app. So I had to go to a different register. I dont believe the previous associate knew about having to ring everything back up again, so the gift card could be applied towards my order.

The store and layout is great. They never had the checkout lanes staffed appropriately. They have four self checkout stations and there is often a line. The guest services area normally has staff but rarely offer to assist in checking out. Once, you do approach staff they are always friendly.

A decent Target, all in all. The store could be kept cleaner, and I often see sections of shelves without product from resets. I rarely get asked for help, and picking up the red phone does not usually get my question answered. Lines do get long at busy times but they move fairly quickly.

Very courteous staff. Very helpful. Great store.
