I come in there a few times a year getting stuff for my store. The staff are always helpful and wonderful. Even went so far to pull up a video to show me how to install/ fix equipment. Really love this place!!!

Ordered a DSP pan online for pick up at the warehouse. Minimal wait time and gentleman gave me some tips on seasoning the pan and how to get maximum usage from it. Absolutely seamless transaction from ordering to pick up!

Awesome store for the average consumer/home cook/foodie.

This is were the pros shop for their restaurant prep equipment but everyone is allowed to shop here. Sometimes they have specials that are fun to catch.

I ordered tables from them online and its turned they dont have it. I was waiting for 3 months with full payment and they did not send it to me. I canceled my order.Very disappointed

Came here looking for a tiny broom and flip dustpan. Found it. Such a convenient thing as well as the swish 360 dust and dry mop. Its just like a Swifter but so much better. I discovered this gem of an item while chatting with the housekeeping lady in the hospital. She tipped me off where to go and there you are. This is really for restaurants to pick up their big service items but little girls can get great things too. I highly recommend this spot. Another hidden gem for you. Oh, they have a website, too, but youd miss out on the friendly staff that way.

Ill be honest until today did I ever have a problem with this store until today. Not only was the woman who helped us probably the worst customer service rep to have for your business on Friday 03/12 at 4pm who consider herself a minion who takes answers from the top...needless to say...we purchased equipment from here back in July it is now March, between our old business and new business we have spent 6 figures in this store. 1st time ever have we tried to return 3 items totally $4,700...the unloaded our van to come say because the manufacturer warranty expires in 4 months were unable to return the items. Then comes back to say we will buy them back from you at 40% cost....a total of $1,900.00 off what the original amount would owe. Mind you here we are ready to spent another $25,000.00 today and their store is empty no customers. We ended up taking our 3 items back and leaving our carts full of stuff and walking out. How disappointing was this...also with Amazon being so strong with delivery and inventory its crazy for a local business to differ customers during Corona--virus days. On top of it upon delivery one of the heated cases was missing a pane of glass...with the whole reason being we couldnt return the items that mind u were still on skids because of the weight brand new never used not even plugged in...we were then told they couldnt pull a pane of glass because it would take from another display costing their company money that we could go to a website and purchase the section of glass. What a mind blowing situation. They let us leave angry with our $5,000 items for them to lose $25,000 in all the new stuff we needed.

Ive been doing business with restaurant Equippers for several years. Im a pastor and both of the churches that Ive served did business there. Always a good experience lots of help, knowledgeable staff, big catalog to order from if they dont have it in the building but they have most things in the building to look at in touch. I strongly recommend restaurant Equippers for your restaurant or church kitchen or catering. And there are lots of things that individual buyers would buy.

I order three door refrigerator, delivered to the front the building an pallet so heavy we couldnt movie it, I called the 800 # a man answer he wouldnt want to help me just rood answers even I said I will pay for it than I called the greenfield one Ken answer the Phone with happy tone I explained the problem the man offer all kind of help even no charge he made my day thanks a lot brother, I wish we have more happy and professional people like Ken .

Update: They finally did make this right and got us the right cushions for the seats we purchased. I might be tempted to give these folks another try, but it would only be after Ive checked out a lot of other places first.===========I was working with a team from my American Legion post to purchase new chairs for our club room. We found some great chairs that would more than suit our needs at this store. We purchased 40 chairs and arranged to have them delivered. The chairs were not assembled, seat cushions needed to be attached. Not a problem - or so we thought. Our order was delivered 4 cushions short and an additional 8 cushions were the wrong size. We called the store as well as the companys Cleveland call center in order to get the right sized cushions. 4 additional cushions were sent, all the wrong size. Later, another 8 were sent; again, all the wrong size. Now we still have 12 chairs we still cannot use and more than 20 cushions that dont fit the chairs. Its been 3 weeks and they still havent made it right. Well keep calling ...

The lady at the dock/ loading station was very rude.I was told by cashier over the phone that they can remove the wood frame from the box for me so it could fit in my car.At cash out again they said it was not a problem. When I went at loading station she kept saying she cannot do that and that it’s extra work for herUntil I told her that I was going to return it than she agreed to do it. It took her less than 2 min and she wasted my 5 min.I think her name was randa

This store could be confusing the first couple times you visit. The staff members are nice and willing to help. Just tell them what you need and they will show you where to find it. There is not have a huge selection although 8 times out of 10, I find what I am looking. Worth the trip out if you are local. 😁

They seem to have everything you need for the food service industry minus the food. Prices are good and the employees are always helpful. Plenty of parking and there does not seem to be long waits at the register. I will be back.

You can pretty much anything you are looking for if you are in the restaurant industry or have a business. Very helpful staff. Commercial prices are always higher, but this place is comparable to everything you would find elsewhere.

Parking lot was not plowed. A better truck than mine is needed to get in the driveway. Fix it, or will continue not shopping at RE.

You will find some deals there. But all in all, very expensive. Staff though, is rude and arrogant.I left without buying anything. It is in a convenient for me, but I will probably look for other places for kitchen needs.

Just drive 4 hours round trip to purchase a deep fryer that I found out by their in the store it was available for free shipping! Talked to the manager but he said he thinks it would have been a 50-50 chance that he would have offered me the free shipping when I ordered it over the phone 😖

Called to order to work tables plus extras. Was told that the drawers were pre drilled and bolt on that is one of the main reasons I purchased the tables.No pre drilled holes Was told that this was a new product and the sales person was wrong. Asked to get money off. Was told no ! Just send them back. Great now I have no storage! Would have taken two hours plus new drill bit and 16 holes into stainless steel. NOT HAPPY!!
