I had such an AMAZING experience. The woman who assisted me was Dasia . She is so nice and gave me such a good deal. I will definitely recommend. She doesn’t rush you to pick or buy and she let me actually get comfortable and try out the beds in a safe way. She answered all of my questions even up to a couple days before by bed was delivered.Update- I will NEVER buy anything else from here. Things did not work out with my bed so I had to return it..that’s not the bad part the bad part is there was a ADVERTISED SALE that was on mattress firm window and website saying that if you buy a bed for a certain price the sealy frame is free. Well I am left paying $2,673 on a $600 frame that was supposed to be FREE because somehow not wasn’t “mentioned” in the lease. Also I was told that I would be getting a $175 refund for shipping and something else that I was NEVER given. Also I was told that I would be given store credit on progressive leaving that mattress firm go through which was a LIE, Prog leasing said they don’t do store credit it just went to my outstanding balance which also was a lie because I screenshot the before and after balance and it literally was exactly the same. I was told that I could pay monthly for a certain amount and that was a lie it would have been 3x the amount I was originally paying. Literally the list goes on I just will never ever ever shop here again

After what seems to be countless “good deals” I was getting sick of shopping for a new mattress. Keisha greeted us at this store and I instantly knew this was going to be a pleasant experience. She was so kind, she knew everything about the mattress I had in question, and made me feel safe by following the COVID safety guidelines. I’ve never felt so confident about a purchase like this.

My sales experience in store was good with Keisha. I was sold a good mattress and received good enough service to be upsold on additional items. However once my balance was paid off, my service experience went down hill from there. I was placed on hold for extended amount of time with the store i purchased from, i was also told i would receive a call back and never received it. At that time, i was trying to schedule delivery and get confirmation of delivery sent to my email. I paid $125 for platinum delivery i did not receive that. I had to pick up one of my items myself, how is that platinum service? For this i was not offered any compensation either. It also took delivery 3 trips to deliver the rest of the items because the drivers did not review my order. I was told by my sales person that i should understand because of human error but they simply did not review the order. After, I was told that they could not guarantee delivery of missing items within a timely fashion, so i let my sales person know that because of my experience i would like to schedule a pick up of all items delivered and a refund. Only then, did she call the drivers to deliver the rest of my items. I really do not believe the amount of money spent matches the service i received. I expected more from Mattress Firm.

This company is a rip offI order a mattress and bed frame over three weeks ago, the mattress came but not the frame. And there is no one to talk to they keep sending me emails saying nothing about helping or getting me my money back. They also stop answering my email I had to put a fraud case in with this company cause they will not return my money...in response to the person who tries to contact me telling me to call you I did and no one picked up, as well as your machine allows no one to leave a message I know you trying to make yourself look good but please stop and give me my money back.update: i was do to get a refund but never received it, was told it will be here in May now they said June 6 and still no refund

This store is great. I ordered a mattress foundation during Covid. They dropped it off and we were going to take it into the room. We couldnt get out upstairs. Keisha was very helpful, she helped us exchange it and worked with us so we didnt have a bunch of extra fees because of covid. I would never purchase a bed from Mattress Firm. Their warranties don’t cover what you paid, so you lose. Not to add in the months of hassle and wrangling! Purchased a mattress that was listed at $1795 for their “sale” price of $1000. Got a mattress for $799. Then they delivered the wrong mattress and made me wait three weeks more, without compensating me at all. They don’t budge or do anything to make the customer happy. Shop elsewhere.

My over $1000 Mattress began to dip in a short time. All the Mattress Firm stores in town closed. I had so much trouble getting through to them online and on phone, for months! Then there was the hassle to find a mattress equal to exchange. They would only give me a mattress at MRP, Not at sale price, as most were, even though my mattress was the sale price.They were either cheaper (where I would lose hundreds of credit), or they were over the allotted price (starting at $300 over). Plus they want to charge me $100 to deliver again!This experience has been so stressful and traumatic that I can not recommend them to anyone.Their warranty covers THEM ……… Not the customer!
