Best party store in town

A worker in this store refused to honor and item priced at 5.99 that should have been 10.99. Upon my complaint the worker decided he was not going to allow me to purchase my other items. He advised the guy working the floor to put my items back. Although the floor worker repeatedly tried to convince the worker to service me he still refused for no good reason. Very bad service!
