Clowns 🤡Severely lacking customer service my boyfriend and I tired to return an inverter we purchased we lightly used for 2 months the employee checked to see if it was in working condition it was. They called my boyfriend cheap. For wanting to return the inverter as it didnt meet our needs and damage some of our electronics.I guess their idea of good customer service is calling people names and not being knowledgeable about the products they carry Never again will you get my business. Its no problem for us to resell this inverter.Better off buying elsewhere dealing with these people is completely ridiculous that should be the name of this business.We bought another one that is working for us......

Bought 2 batteries and they both died within a year I took them back multiple times only for them to charge me for their bad products. Never again totally not worth the money.

Got a great battery for a great price. After reading lots of bad reviews about lots of batteries from auto parts stores I was worried about getting a battery that wouldnt last more than a year. So I decided to go to a battery specific store and was not disappointed. The guys there were very knowledgeable about their products and got me set up with the best battery I could get. I have been to this store several times in the past years to purchase batteries. Today, i returned to purchase a car battery as i walked into the store there was no staff at the counter so i place my old battery at the lower counter for returned item. I also took my old battery bracket with me to be sure i got the correct width. A guy come out from the back office to assist me as i place the bracket on the other counter top he told me not to put it there not to scratch it. i said to him what is it for Oh! by the way thats a good counter top for that matter. He went on to get me a new battery i told him the battery on the return counter is mine. AGAIN, he said i did not see you come in with old battery only the bracket. i told him thats my old battery. And, he says did you leave a battery at home i said AGAIN thats my old battery...hes doubting me even when i told him thats MY OLD BATTERY he wasnt at the desk when i walked in BUT continued to express DOUBT. PAULP THE salesman was very RUDE to me i never thought a black man on a cold day dressed in skull cap/thermal shirt busy doing outdoor clean up would be talked to in a very disrespectful way. He could use sensitivity training.

Buyers BEWARE! I PURCHASED A NEW Battery from here on July19th 2018. I was told I had a one year warranty. I began having problems with the battety with-in the next week. I took the battery to OReillys and Auto Zone and was told that the battery was weak.I have a new starter and a new alternator and had the starter rechecked to find out what was giving me problems. The shop said it was the battery. When I went back to Complete Battery Source they refused to replace it for the second time. Although they have lower prices sometimes you get what you pay for. Please spend the money elsewhere even if you have to pay more because I had to pay twice.
