Best place in town for flooring. I have used this company many times and each time the service was very professional and the prices are really affordable. the sales team can fit any reasonable budget.

I was told a date and time that wasnt honored. I called back and finally got the service I wanted. They were able to come out and measure, the carpet will be installed soon.

I had a terrible experience with this company and I would not recommend anyone using them.They were completely unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills.1.) I only used this company because they refused to refund my mother a $100 deposit in which she no longer needed their services.2.) They do not schedule “times” they schedule “days”. When the sales rep came out I was instructed to unhook my computer/workspace. When I called the day prior to installation to ask what time they will be coming, the representative did not know and said she would call back. She never called back. I called again and stated I have to work and will reschedule if they could not provide a time. The representative again stated she would call back and never did.3.) The carpet installers showed up around 9:45am, No Mask, during a Pandemic! I would not allow them to enter my home without a mask. They left and I had to call the company for an update.4.) I was advised they would send out different installers with a mask. The previous installers came back and dropped my carpet off in the driveway.5.) I again called back and asked what time they will come back because I had to work. The representative said 15-30 minutes which turned out to be an hour.6.) The process for 1 bedroom carpet installation lasted from 9:45am-3:05pm. This cause me to miss a full day of work. When I called to complain they only offered to take $25 off my total price of $655.This place is very rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service and communication skills. This could have been prevented with a call back the previous day to reschedule. This was the worst experience ever, just awful.

Do your research before dealing with this company, know what questions to ask(I didnt) They will talk a great deal if they sense that youre naive (me) thought I had done my homework in price comparison and went with this company..BIG MISTAKE I Overpaid ALOT for basic EXPECT MORE #704 and SUBPAR padding, Had a deadline to meet so I could not back out of sale..Theres no such thing as FREE INSTALLATION/FREE LABOR. Lesson Learned.Avoid this Company at all costs

The customer service is horrible! They have poor communication and they are rude and unprofessional. They do not communicate the service times or return phone calls. Their installers also do not wear masks. I would not recommend this company.

This company/Installer is very unprofessional and didn’t show up the first day the second day they came at the end of the day the carpet installer left his tools In the basement did not come back to the next day late evening finish the job but left carpet on the front lawn padding and carpet in the basement figured both in the basement and broke multiple plug covers on a brand new renovated house.

They gave me a price when the installers came $500.00 more. Husband gave then a check. Had a accident with water they keep telling us they are coming out to look at the floor. Oh we have a lifetime quantee which they are not honoring. Never worked with a company so dishonest. Never would u reccomend them

Fast, reliable service. Got my flooring installed same day. The installer was very professional and cleaned up after themself. Would definitely recommend a Flooring Express.
