This store has great customer service in my opinion. I went into the store looking for a hat (because unfortunately, they dont carry my shoe size.) It was very difficult for me to find a hat to match the outfit that I was wearing. When asked by the customer service team of they could help me find anything, I told them, No, Im just looking at the hats. Are the all in the front? They said, yes. As I was staring at the hats and about to give up, I looked to my right and one of the team members was holding a hat that matched my outfit. I was elated! This is stellar customer service in my opinion. Keep up the good work!

The staff was great

It’s early October and I just went to buy a jacket. For some reason a female African-American employee that seem to be the manager about 6 foot tall was very rude to me and made my experience very difficult to buy a simple jacket. She made me waste my time I’m guessing because she was having a bad day. All other employees were very nice aside from one other female Who made a rude comment with her. I simply ignore that they’re rude comments and proceeded to buy the jacket.

Great shoe selections

I stopped in for a quick visit on 11/19/19 to grab a pair of shoes before Ieaving for my first Cruise. I ended up grabbing a pair of joggers as well. The store is fully stocked with all the latest clothes, shoes, boots and more! All of the Staff there were genuinely friendly, very engaging and professional. This includes the male Salesperson on the floor, the 2 young ladies at the Checkout Desk and the Manager. Its nice to see people happy and smiling at work. I had a great shopping experience at this Mr. Alans and will be back.

This location is very unprofessional. Headquarters of this establishment is NOT aware of the store closing well before posted close times. Staff coming to the door, clearly not being truthful, stating store is at its 70 persons capacity. This has been on two separate occasions. Management needs to be tightened up.

Terrible experience at this location sales associate Antonio Phillips disregarded our presence in the store. My son needed school shoes and no associate was helpful. I will NEVER shop there again the associates at store 101 need to take their customers more serious as WE are the ones actually spending OUR money to support their store and their paychecks!!

I went here on multiple occasions to buy gifts for my boyfriend and every time I’m greeted with smiling workers ready to help. One of the workers, Alyssa, is always eager to help me put outfits together for what I should get and I never walk out empty handed. All of the staff are wonderful, but she definitely is a reason I come to this location in particular. I KNOW I will find something my picky boyfriend likes with her help!

The air was broke on a 95 degree day which wasnt their fault. But they allowed the line to wrap around the store to check out.I was in line to pay for at least 20 minutes. I dont understand why they couldnt just open up another register or something temporarily.

Came into Mr. Alans a few days ago looking for a specific pair of shoes. Note - I normally go to foot locker, but I was pressed for time and this was closest shoe store to me. I was genuinely suprised with how much quicker this store’s service really was than all the competitors. My experience in this store has changed my mind about Mr Alans as a whole. I had someone eager to help even before I had made it over to the shoe I was looking for. The sales associate Alyssa helped me through the process, at the end of my 15 or so minute visit, I left with not only the shoes I was looking for but a hoodie and a pants to go with it and I was more than happy with my visit and purchase. Full 5 stars.
