Nice place to shop, not crowded and helpful staff.

Google says they close at 8pm and I got there at 7:30pm and the lady had already locked the doors. I wouldn’t be goin back.

WAS IT BECAUSE OF MY SKIN??I have been accused of being in the store too long, asked if I needed help more times than needed, and stopped a transaction with another customer to see what I was doing. It was very obvious I was being stereotyped and she did not apologize for her actions. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The rudest people I have ever met so greedy and unprofessional. The lady that had helped us said to pay her 50 cents. I didn’t have 50 cents with me! I told her that i had to go to my car and she made me keep my daughter there. While i was out i am 100% sure that she was cussing at me in Japenese. My daughter and I were heading out and she screams at us this is a store not a play place. I advise you to never step foot in there.

I’ve been going here for over 7 years for my clip in hair extensions! I moved to Rochester a couple of years ago and still come back here. They are always very helpful and accurate at matching my hair. Love this place!

There is a hair dresser on staff who does a phenomenal job with doing weaves, wigs, and especially crochet braids!

Imma keep it real with y’all it’s some bulls**t going on in that store. The lady at the front desk asked for my ID, checked inside all the boxes, and weighed by stuff to make sure I wasn’t stealing, never did that to any other customer. I’m not surprised they going out of business because that’s no way to treat a customer. Plus this selection is garbage and it’s hot as hell in there. Good riddance!

I stopped by this beauty supply to buy some moose for my daughter hair. As my daughter, mother, & myself walked in the metal detector went off. The lady at the counter told me she needed to check my purse because the metal detector went off. Clearly I didnt take anything especially from this beauty supply because we just walked in. Ill take my business else where.

No surprise to me that this place is closing. I went there earlier this week and purchased clip ins that were NOT cheap even with the discount. I decided to make an even exchange for another brand. The lady behind the counter was VERY rude. She said You should have been sure about your purchase before buying the hair! The receipt says, Exchange within 7 days but she would not honor it because theyre going out of business. Smh had to put in a complaint with the credit card company. These people take our money and catch funky attitudes. I was exchanging NOT asking for a refund. She literally shoved the hair back into the bag. Not called for. Glad their moving on. Dont come here for wig. Trying to make me buy sample. WTH!

I went into this store while I was out running errands and impulsively wanted to try on a wig I saw. There was a sign that said you had to purchase a cap for 50 cents in order to try on the wig, so I got one from the front cashier and went over to a woman who I believe was an owner/manager. I asked if she had a specific type of wig and it turned out they didnt, so I asked to try on the other one I noticed. The woman immediately started telling me I could not just try on a wig, but I had to be sure I was going to purchase it before trying it on. This was in direct contradiction to what was written on the sign at the wig area, TWICE, which only said you had to purchase a cap and could only try on a maximum of 3 wigs. I do not know anyone personally who has felt comfortable buying a wig immediately after trying it on for the first time. Despite that employees rude behavior, the employee at the front remained kind and professional. It is unfortunate, however, that I was not able to try on the wig I was pretty sure I would end up buying because of the blatant disrespect and dishonesty I faced from a higher level employee. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I encourage others to do the same because this was not okay.
